The staff were very friendly and helpful.

A great hotel, very renovated, with good taste in decoration and furniture. Pillows are not good. The hot water in the bathroom is unbeatable: immediate and with the taps not so new but correct. Normal towels.

The buffet is very good, especially by the staff. The coffee is not great but it is not the worst either.

Hotel recommended.

Very comfortable, very clean, very central. Just a little bit small, but you should not expect large rooms in the centre of a small city like Oviedo.

After the refurbishment they have done in the hotel, it remains one of the best I know in the center of Oviedo. The rooms are spacious and simply and comfortablely decorated. I really liked the detail of putting a reading light on the headboard of the bed. The breakfast buffet was very good. The bar, great for a good drink before going to bed. In my opinion a very good option to visit Asturias.

Two rooms, four magnetic card keys, and all four were unloaded on a day of stay. Incomprehensible!.

Excellent Hotel in the heart of Oviedo. You have all the services you can want. I advise your stay in it.

Fatal. First of all we booked a double room with queen size bed (depending on availability) through booking and we were put in a twin room. As we saw the hotel not very crowded, we were even surprised. We entered their site at the time and let us book a room of the same conditions but with double bed (attached photo). Something quite curious… Already forgotten the theme of the bed, the same day when showering, the shower water came out warm/cold and the artichoke was broken by three places. Also, it did not shine for its cleanliness the room. I commented to the girls at reception about the shower and the cold water and as if nothing, that the next day we changed to shower if such. I mean, I can't use hot water in the room in what's left of my day. (Having booked one night). I write this from the room from which I die of heat and it costs me to sleep. (And we're in February and it's cold outside that you hallucinate…). The issue of regular/bad air conditioning. 4-Star Hotel? For 70 euros I don't see it. And that's old is not the problem. Of course for my poor reception, the room bad, the location very well and the bar very well too. (without taking into account the theme of the bed and be able to book a marriage from your page, which I think of joking)

The room is comfortable, the breakfast is good and the staff attentive but the air conditioning very bad, we had a horrible heat and it was early January. The only solution we got was to change rooms or open the window.

Lousy attention!
I casè in guy mixes his and I must say that my wedding was wonderful the only thing that was catastrophic was the treatment of the hotel staff. The hotel itself is pretty crappy in terms of facilities and cleanliness but the attention is really horrible. The next day of the wedding we asked for breakfast in the room and they told us in very bad ways that they did not have that service. Bajè to the restaurant to have a coffee and a waitress told me to the grooms if they go up breakfast. In the reception bad faces, besides being very little qualified staff as they do not speak English, the foreign guests who had stayed there were very disappointed as not only did not speak in English but they spoke in Spanish and very bad face. He totally disadvised.

Location perfect. Hotel very clean. However, the bed was so hard it was like sleeping on a marble floor. I brought this to hotel's attention and they did put some blankets under the sheet… it made little difference… my back still ached. They need to invest in some mattress toppers… or decent mattresses. Despite having a room at front of the hotel, it was quiet with the window closed. But the air con was deafening and I needed ear plugs to drown out the sound plus it wasn't very effective. Staff helped with the setting. Parked in La Salle car park further down on left. €10/24hours. Hotel stamp your ticket. Did not have hotel breakfast… lots of nice places to eat close by. Black bar next to hotel was nice but pricey. Very comfortable. Reluctantly paid €7 for Cathedral visit but it was well worth it and worthy of a visit on a very rainy day! Enjoy Ovieda. Take your umbrella!

The place was nice, this is an old hotel that has been refurbished. The room (414) was comfortable, and because of facing a back Street it was quiet. There are only two small lifts and a small staircase is mandatory from reception to get to them. However there is same level/with ramp access from the underground garage. We were allowed to leave the room late when requested.

Good hotel we had bad luck with a room with no view.

A depressing experience. Unacceptable care. We went to spend a weekend as guests of a wedding and the experience ended with several burglaries in hotel rooms (cash, purses and handbags). After communicating it to the address of the hotel, we continue without receiving any kind of help or resolution to this incident. Don't return calls and dodge all the time to provide us with some means of solution. Lousy customer care. Hotel not recommendable.

An old but renovated hotel, good for travelers by being located in the Center, breakfast pretty good and offers parking, but you have to turn a major Park in the.

SHAMEFUL! A 4-star hotel where closed me the door of the car park on top of the car, ruling that officials have not been made after a month and a half.
