The hotel to stay one night is quite good. Not the best location but the price makes up for it. That did warn them that we were going with a dog and were not told that we had to pay 11 euros for it until we got there, with no time to react. We were told we could cancel for not warning, but of course you're not going to look for anything else while you were there anymore.

You know what you're going to find, and that's positive. But generally these concepts need face-washing and modernity. The breakfast was very good and the breakfast was good. It is relatively close to Ave Station.

Good location although not very central. Hotel a bit old in the furniture and in the property. Breakfast discreet.

Nothing special, maybe even quite ugly, but clean and functional, and at a good price.

We booked by booking and, how I am a regular customer, I called the hotel to ask if with that rate I could use my points to pay for the stay.
I was confirmed that there would be no problem, however, upon paying I was told that it was not possible to do this.
It would have cost me nothing to cancel booking and do it directly at the hotel (I actually offered to do this to the receptionist to save them the booking commissions) and I did not for their recommendation.
Every 15 days I go to a NH but I think this is going to change.

Clean and well-located Hotel. Without great pretensions. Good size beds and very comfortable.

Simple Hotel and very close to the Portillo station for excursions.
Simple rooms and with everything you need to spend a pleasant stay. Breakfast was very good.

An excellent deal, I went with my two pets are large breed dogs and they did not put any problems! Safe to repeat because we were delighted with the deal and the facilities.

The location (very ugly and half an hour walk from the center and/or the station) makes it not a good choice for a tourist visit. If it's for passing travellers, the value for money makes it interesting. An impossible area to park, you have to add the parking to the price of the room if you go by car.

Very good price, room and bathroom very nice, and great. The only downside is that it costs parking in the surroundings and is blue area. There is no stopping area ahead to make CHEC-in.

Rooms are small but comfy. All the staff are nice and the hotel has restaurants, cafes and a supermarket near by. Also 20 minutes walks from the centre of Zaragoza. Definetly will stay again the next time I'm in Zaragoza.

Within its category it is just perfect clean with very good service well located and ideal for people with pets.

NH Hotel, you know what you're going to find. With parking and Wi-Fi obviously. In my case I have touched a rather small room, but the bed very comfortable and the big TV. They have a coffee service and pecking at the entrance.

Staff, friendly and competent. But bathrooms need renovations. Heating, excessive heat. You can't get down in the room, it's general.

Nice and friendly deal. Good clean and comfortable hotel, quality price according to your stars. Many shops around and 25 min. Walking downtown. Parking rate comfortable compared to others. Only one fault you hear noise from the other rooms but the rest very well. I would repeat.

All in all its very nice, it is what you would expect from a NH in value for money, I would go back again. The only bad thing is that the rooms are not almost soundproof and you will hear everything.

Excellent accommodation, in a place from which you can easily reach the center by public transport. Clean and cozy, only flaws the restaurant only open for breakfast. Free parking in the area, along the public roads.

Super small room. It needs reform. Breakfast in room service and correct you have to settle for pizza delivery.

This hotel is the glory is the best of the world has bathroom breakfast and has even gym which well haha but is fine and I am sending a message but is fine.

Well. The attention well. The room well, meets with what is expected. The bed comfortable although the pillows a little thin for my taste. The bathroom, with bidet, bathtub and hair dryer. Good communication with the center with buses that have their stop near (3 minutes walk). Observed some shortcomings (the light from the entrance was melted and the desk lamp did not work either). The breakfast correct.

Everything is a bit old and without maintenance. In my room was missing the fridge, although it was hollow in had been installed it. It is not in keeping with the quality that is assumed to any hotel chain. I know that other rooms were in better conditions.

It smells like tobacco and everything is very old. In addition TV does not change with the remote distance. Fortunately that paid the company.

Good hotel. Good value for money. Located quite centrally located. Very comfortable rooms and very careful attention by their employees.
