Very friendly staff, we went with a check gifted from Wonderbox I guess that's why we were put in a room a little crappy the air conditioner could not be regulated and we almost couldn't put it because it was cold.
For everything else perfect.
This hotel is saved by the staff.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location of the Hotel not far from the center, the room and bathroom were spacious, clean and tidy. It is true that the furniture is a little outdated, but you also pay little, the air conditioning works perfectly and cools the room quickly. Our room overlooked a courtyard and we didn't have the slightest noise problem I don't know if it was because it was August, but of the 3 times I went to park the hotel, two I found room in the same door (with blue area), the third I had to wander a little to end up parking at 300 m I know. The only fault was that the TV controller was not working, I was given another 2 controls that didn't go and I was the one who told them not to send the maintenance guy because I wasn't going to need the TV and there was no need to change it. On a guided tour we did for Zaragoza, we agreed with a couple from Murcia, who had paid almost twice for their room, in another hotel, and had to ask for room change 3 times for cleaning and other problems, we came out delighted, for the value for money. The restaurant, when we pass we do not use it and I can not value it. I'd use it again.

The air conditioning is put with a switch on the wall, and although it has 3 positions, I think it blows at all with the same force, and you can't regulate the temperature either, at least in room 112. With all the heat it was, I had to stop it because I was freezing, and I had a bad night without sleeping practically because of the heat.
They have parking, but it is not free, it costs 15 euros per night (in case you are not informed of the detail, and to avoid surprises)

For the price we paid we would have liked a little more space, but the truth is that everything was very clean, the bed comfortable and the air conditioning appreciated.
I was afraid from what I saw from people who had a sour person in the room, but it wasn't our case, very pleasant stay.
We never saw people at reception (we had to wait a long time) and maybe that's improveable.

Spacious room. Big Tv. Small fridge with paid drinks. Large bathroom But sloppy, the cistern button did not work well and the pipes made a huge noise that you would hear throughout the building. Comfortable bed. Pillows and comfortable cushions. The doors and baseboards are also old ladies. Breakfast buffet good. Good communication with public transport. Difficulty parking. Right attention.

A terrific hotel with lovely classical decoration in keeping with the name. Very friendly and thoughtful front desk staff. This was a return visit and I'd recommend it highly.

We arrived at 5 in the morning to Zaragoza after 12 endless hours of travel and almost 24h without sleep (at 6:30 we went to the hotel) when we thought we could finally sleep for a while, the girl who was on the night shift in bad manners kicked us out of the hotel, on the street to very cold and until 2 noon he would not let us return, to see that we did 8h through the streets of Zaragoza died of sleep and cold, it was horrible, to top off some guys drunk and without T-shirt insulting everyone at the door of the hotel entering And coming out. At 8 in the morning came another receptionist to relieve the turn to which I had the night shift, this more sympathetic and told us that as soon as they stayed a free room we could enter and it was, at 11:30 we were able to enter the hotel.
The rooms were very different to the photo and less luxurious, looked like a block of flats more than a hotel.
The location The staff were very friendly and helpful. For 63 euros/night it was pretty good.

I really liked the hotel opened a door and inside there was a room on each side for more intimacy but at the same time be next to the other couple.

It has both rooms and apartments, my experience concerns one of the apartments, two rooms a bathroom, room and kitchen. New kitchen but with little equipment to use it, the rest quite outdated and with little maintenance.

Accommodation in good condition, quiet, spacious and clean nice and attentive treatment we went with dog, we could leave him alone in the apartment without problems and they respected our request that they did not enter our absence.

Value for money I can't say much because I went on an offer.
Room quite spacious, bathroom clean and large, and the hot water comes out very fast, which I find important. Pretty stiff mattresses and enough pillows.
It does not catch too far from the center, about 15 or 20 minutes walk.
It is located in blue area, so if you do not want to pay the parking, then give you a ride to find parking.

Very clean, nicely decorated, spacious and quiet. How negative aspects could point out that in the breakfast-buffet the natural juice put it to €2, the fruit is scarce and the chairs very noisy.

Perfect cleaning to the maximum and very elegant perhaps pass cold at night as they disconnect the heating Pere ay blankets in case cold in the closet I recommend one hundred percent.

I like this hotel as I feel at home. Very familiar treatment. I'm a regular client. The only thing I miss is that it does not have room service to be able to eat or dine at the hotel.

I think its a great hotel with a lot of confortable things. It has amazing rooms where you can chill. It has a ver enjoyablr stay.

Lousy hotel. I left take by them photos of a web of book famous and nothing to see. Gloomy, without alejas light, bed-like of cuéntame Cómo pasó, we had to turn on the air conditioning going up and down an automatic, there was no remote control for air conditioning, free sockets do not work… And that I just went to sleep. I spend more time in the room safe and continue the drawbacks. To not ever repeat. I have seen hostels more luxurious than this supposedly 3 star hotel…

The attention of the staff has been exemplary. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable.

Unfortunately I have posted a bad review to this hotel on TripAdvisor service and this was eliminated. He simply said that it disappeared in my room my iPad while that weekend I played a tennis tournament. And the answer they gave me the hotel authorities is that I probably lost it somewhere else. But was very safe let it inside a backpack that leave in the room to leave the same. Anyway evil hotel and bad TripAdvisor service since it only seems to accept good reviews and some that do not damage the image of the hotels.
