Good location on small stoney beach. Good bus service to center of town… liked half board good varied buffet.

Really enjoyed our stay there. Its clean, the foods good with lots of choice. The pool is lovely with plenty of places to sunbath.

What can I say it is a excellent Hotel with very friendly staff and excellent food and super clean. It was a super week would have loved to stayed longer. All inclusive is the way to go here!

The quality of the facilities, first marks in the all inclusive, in front of the beach, its beautiful swimming pools and especially if always smiling staff. To repeat.

It is a very good hotel. Perfect to go with children. The organization of the hotel is very careful, always thinking about the customer. They are very serious about reservations and always try to help with helpful suggestions. We have gone three years and more and more we like it more. The staff, in its entirety ' unbeatable '. From the front desk, the entertainment team, the waiters, the room maids to the management are very professional, in addition to having a wonderful deal.
I have to say that with us they had some nice details for the fact that they were customers for a few years.
The all inclusive of this hotel is really not like others I have ever met.
The buffet restaurant very very good.
Anyway, we'll keep going and of course recommending.

Good sized hotel with nice pool area and grounds. Reasonable food and good sized apartments. Plenty of car parking. Not in Nerja centre so expect 20 minute walk along the beach.

Amazing hotel perfect for the break I needed. We had a perfect ground floor apartment that opened straight onto the grass then onto the beach. Whole hotel is clean and appears to be kept in a very well maintained condition. The food selection is vast, hot and tasty! All the bar and waiter staff are friendly and welcoming. I'm hoping to return with family as I'm sure they will love it! The pool does not appear the be heated which in April makes it a bit like a plunge pool I did wonder why I hadn't seen many people in it. But I cannot fault this hotel at all!

Love it here. All inclusive is excellent and it's so peaceful. We have been twice and no doubt will go again.

Hotelazo in first line of beach, from the pool access to the beach, exceptional landscape. We were a group of friends and reserve spa+food. The spa is great, had everything. The only Regular food from the buffet, lots of variety but quality regular.

Really nice resort right by the sea, beach. All the people are very relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. Many different nationalities, with families from England and Germany prevalent. But all very pleasant people.
Breakfast half board or all inclusive is the choice. Food is good.
Highly recommended.
The hotel is a bit off the beach and has ample parking for car rental.
Certainly there is something to improve for one or the other, but for us it is recommended.

Amazing holiday. We absolutely LOVED Leo, he made our holiday so very, very special. He is what made us want to come again. Great services and food, and you will never run out of things to do. Once again, the highest praise possible to Leo, he made our holiday what it is!

Large hotel complex located two kilometres outside Nerja. Very good food, but only a limited number of seats. The beach is rocky. Very nice staff.

How nice this hotel is! and by the beach! It is great to go both as a couple and with the family. And if we add to that the excellent weather that usually has always in Nerja… becomes ma very good stay. The food very rich, everything super clean, the staff wonderful and the rooms very comfortable.

Spectacular food. Homemade desserts. Very good animation. Direct exit to the beach though with lots of stones.

The staff is super friendly, the animators make several times a day sports and games where you can win something and evening program, the rooms are clean and well furnished. The evening buffet leaves nothing to be desired… Everything's fine!

We are Easter 2018 here you can relax very well however as someone has noticed, the dining room is not so big to take in all the people. However, the staff strives to get free places as quickly as possible. Quiet area, the grounds are just outside Nerja. To get to Nerja (about 2km) either by car or on foot. SAUBERKEIT1A! Sufficient beds available, so the usual 7 o'clock standing up reserve is no longer necessary. (Anyway silly quirk). I recommend trips to the surrounding area. Car's cheap! We had to change rooms once, because in front of the Roosters from 6 o'clock crowed briskly. But all in all top! Earlier we were in Nerja city and I am glad to be in this hotel! Those who love hustle and bustle are well taken care of like Cala Ratjada or the ball man who likes it differently quite clearly here.

Excellent hotel. Very clean everywhere. Staff very pleasant and obliging. Excellent food with a good choice of dishes. This was our second visit already booked our third holiday in November.

It is super good in all aspects of services in customer care in the meals in a car park without problems, as I say, all in all 5 stars well deserved.

Excellent hotel, comfortable and spacious rooms, varied menu and food, short walk 20 mins. Into Nerja or short 1 euro bus ride 5 mins. Nerja is a small town starting as a small Spanish fishing village which has grown into a tourist area but it retains its Spanish feel. The hotel itself has large sunbathing areas and swimming pools. We will definitely return here as many do.

The hotel has been very good and the room fulfilled the expectations with a lot. The lunch buffet, well, it wasn't bad, basically a buffet. Although it was time to eat at 14:30, which for the foreigners will not be bad, but excuse me, in my house at that time you start to eat. Well, it's not important. The breakfast buffet was very good. At night there is some music to entertain in the bar and the truth esque there we were very well. But there were several regular things. 1) They were maintenance in the pool area and no one told us anything at the time of booking. It is not important because at this time I do not think I had bathed, but I did not get the information before and the weekend was good to bathe. 2) and for this I give so low a note. With the reservation you are given a SPA circuit, and it was the reason why we chose the hotel. Well… We arrived and everything was perfect, we changed, the friendly staff invited us in and when we walked in. The empty Jacuzzi (water I say) and not working. The great Hamman and the Turkish bath turned off, we go that there was the same temperature inside them as outside. And the big pool the water was cold, in fact all the people in the spa were in front of the jets because they came out more or less temperate water… The only thing that worked in the spa was the contrast shower and the sauna, which only fit 2 people and we had 10 at a time at the spa. The truth is that total disappointment with the spa and failing it with the hotel.

In hotel in if it is quite well, the employees very friendly and attentive, the buffet is complete and overall it is all good. I would remove the carpet from the bedroom but that's according to tastes. I would also try to improve the lower parking. What we were completely disappointed was the spa, it didn't work the Jacuzzi neither the Hamman nor the Turkish bath was, the big pool The water was cool, this is the first time I leave a spa before the time runs out.

Excellent day at the spa with lunch. Good value. We also had a relaxing massage. Felt like we were on holiday :-) We live in Torre del Mar.

It is a formidable place with beach walking from the hotel.

Good to tell you that this is my second year and I go back to say the same as the first, fantastic, we were my husband and I from November 1 to 8 of that same month, the weather great people fantastic and included all waiters, receptionist, animators, the chef and his team I give them a 10, so tell them that this year I return to book.

Overall a lovely hotel to stay at. At first we arrived early in the morning, our first view was of the cleaning people and all of their supplies. Also, normally at any hotel, you make your payments after your stat but it was insisted that you paid before checking out which for us was unusual but didn't matter. Nevertheless, the rooms were lovely, the cleaning of the rooms could be better. The location of the hotel was very handy, as you are less than a 5 min drive from the city and the beach views were undoubtedly breathtaking! While on our stay, we did have to put up with a loud music from a festival that was taking place next to us for a night had had not ben given any warning from the hotel, however, our rooms were quite high up that this didn't matter as much! The food was great, a lovely selection at breakfast time and overall you just can't beat the weather :)

I have been given for my birthday the spa, and it has been fantastic, as the treatment of their workers, especially Beatriz who provided us everything for a wonderful and super relaxing experience. 'll!

Nice hotel with options for meal plans. We visited in December, so we did not use the pool, though it looked very nice. We purchased the meal plan, the staff was very friendly and they have lots of options to choose from. I would compare this hotel to a cruise ship on land. Also, the internet speeds were the best I had of all the stays in Spain. I was able to upload my pictures without issue.

I don't like that system. I arrived at the hotel to spend 1 night. Not having single rooms I had to pay a whole apartment. €80 in Low season (the 13th of November). I was forced to include breakfast, which I did not drink. The room was outdated. No amenities. Very basic for the price and category of the hotel. They gave me an uncomfortable wristband that made me feel like a sheep more than the flock. In short: a 4 star hotel but with very little category.

All the reviews are very nice, but the adjoining neighbors do not think the same. There was a time when the hotel was open to its clientele. Now it's a closed bunker for your reserves. I say this because as a neighbor and we have to endure the noise of their shows… by the way against noise regulations, if we decide to go for a drink or eat in their restaurant, obviously paying their cost, we are thrown as people not grata, although it is an establishment open to the public and does not have any type of restriction of people. Little kindness and rudeness to its neighbors… that's why it's not gold that glitters.

My partner and I were in October this year in this hotel we were very happy everything was nice the staff very helpful and accommodating the kitchen was good daily The program also pleased us.

Great place. Nice position beside the beach. Very good food. Rooms are more like mini suites with all the facilities available. It is on a good bus route for Nerja or a 30minute walk approximately.

Nice mid-sized hotel with optional all-inclusive concept. Rooms are great. Food and drinks good quality. Nit much to do in direct surrounding though, you need a car or public transport to get anywhere. Good stay for a week or so.

Hotel is quite ok, however, eating in peace does not work at all, as far too little space. I can't recommend it to anyone.

A good hotel to enjoy your holiday with beach pool etc.

Worst hotel in Europe, staff extremely unfriendly. Played music all night so me and my family could not sleep. I would sell half my organs to see the place blown up.

The place in average I would say) their gym is really poor. Not even elliptical machine and smal… hardly 2 people can be at once. And food is not very good… big choice but not much taste. But service was good and guys at reception was nice.

Absolutely nothing to complain about here apart from the Wifi was a little ropey, but if you go on holiday, Wi-Fi shouldn't be a priority! This place was rated 3 star I think when we stayed but it was worthy of more. Pleasant staff, nice bar, restaurant and reception areas. Rooms were clean and tidy. Food is good, hire a car and use this as a nice quiet base to explore from.

Very friendly staff. Fantastic location (although you will need a taxi to get to the main town and shops), good sized clean rooms. The main disappointment was the quality of the food. Although I am only here for one night I found the quality of the dinner mediocre. The buffet was vast and visually it looked stunning, but I found that most of the food was bland almost as if no spices or herbs were used or applied only sparsely (the cynic in me thinks to save on costs). Mind you maybe I was just unlucky. If I came here for a week and every cooked meal was this bad I would not be happy. The cheese selection was fantastic though.

I spent, with my little girl and, my wife, 10 days in this property, the thing I enjoyed most, was the utmost friendliness and willingness, of all the staff. We also enjoyed the rest of the service. They eat very well (the kitchen is very varied) the cleanliness of the rooms very attentive the animation for the little ones very engaging, in short we were really very good.

Fantastic hotel, with very clean rooms in a lovely location — Nerja is a great town. Staff are very friendly and attentive.

Good facilities and friendly staff, as somewhat limited utensils apartment but the apartment is very cozy and spacious. Very good buffet. This location in a very nice and very well connected site.
I like but I see it a little expensive in relationship quality — price.

Medium size Wedding Salon. At the edge of the beach. Very nice open area. The food is good.

Excellent hotel, rooms are fabulous and just what we needed with a young child. Food is very good and the staff do there best to make it a happy place to holiday. Possibly a little further from the centre of Nerja than you might like. But we probably should have paid more attention to that on the map. All in all, very good. Would we come back, maybe not but that's more a reflection of the choice out there rather than the hotel and it's facilities.

Horrible I went the next day / the food staff never seen /a hotel four star and put you eat needle pork chops. For my you left over at least two stars / the hotel itself is very nice saw for the photos but go there you desengañas you. I would go with all inclusive and the day I just gave you olives and one kikos if you want potatoes the you had to pay.
The horrible Beach had more stones than a quarry is a pension and bad I've been in two-star hotels and 40 times better than that. AH this I forgot only prepared for guiris you put what you put it eat all good is it recommend or worst enemy with that ami already is.

The hotel is nicely decorated and family-friendly. There are very nice events such as a magic show, pool gymnastics etc.
Unfortunately, the water in the pool is cold! The food could have been somewhat more expressive.
The Mini Club felt I very nicely.
I highly recommend it if you want to just relax.

The food is good and varied, staff is friendly.
There are 11:00 pool Gym every morning (except on Sundays).
But on the day we had to tear down the blue all-inclusive were cut off immediately Ribbon us and we could get no more food. But still all in all good.

Hotel reviews are probably correct, depending on the perspective of tourists. We had booked all inclusive and who is satisfied with national drinks, has no problems. otherwise are not without co-payments. The requirement of 12 euro for the spa area was very annoying for us, if you wanted just in the morning in the pool. Wojhlgemerkt 12 euro per person, this is money for a basement bathroom. The food is good, if however at the weekend the Spanish guests come, reflected a much better picture. The rooms are clean, however lacks a professional control here as very phlegmatic. The morning vreschieben of beds in the room service is somewhat problematic for "Late". We had good weather, so we all not too much has annoyed.
