Room and bed were very small, shower covered by mold. Cutted nails, dust and spider web were on the floor. There are a lot of motels around with more or less the same price, but with incomparable better conditions.

The rooms are dirty, the floors are dusty.

Good price, great location, average services.

I will start this review off on a positive note in that the hotel was locate in a good location close to Sinchon station with local restaurants nearby (also an all you can eat Korean BBQ for 10000won! ) and also a Starbucks.
BUT,
The hotel was dirty from day 1. The hotel was difficult to find at night as the sign was not illuminated compared to the other signs. The outside looked modern, but upon entering the doors the carpet was aged. The reception desk man was nice and willing to help us book any tours we required. When trying to access our room, I had to basically crawl down the stairs as the height of the stairway was probably 130cm and it had a very unpleasant odor which never went away for our whole stay.
The room appeared to be nice when we opened the door, however, upon looking for another second, dust was everywhere, towels dirty, bathroom was disgusting! The room appeared to not have been cleaned and there was dust and mold everywhere. Air conditioner was weak.
The emptied rubbish almost everyday, however, did not lay out any new towels for the whole week and did not attempt to clean the room at all.
I read other reviews about this "hotel" and thought how dirty could it be…
This is perhaps the most dirtiest hotel I have every stayed at and I have stayed in a range of hostels around the world BUT good location at a cheap price with cheap local food nearby.

The toilet has bad smell and small.

Filthy. The room was covered in mold and terribly unpleasant (see photo's for reference). For the price you are better off booking 3 beds in a hostel dorm as it would be cleaner and you would have more space. I have lived out of a backpack all across southeast asia, right through to the middle east, and all through Europe, and I have spent nights sleeping on the street which I found cleaner than this hotel room.

We booked one night in a standard double room. It was really cheap due to reserving it after the check-in time. The hotel is really close to the Sinchon station. The hallways of the hotel are quite narrow and the ceiling is low. The man at the reception was friendly and helpful.
The room itself was in the basement floor, which may be the reason it had a moldy smell. You couldn't see out of the window (surprise). Corners of the room, AC and the fridge were quite dirty. The bed was clean and good. The room was small but it was okay for us — if you have a lot of luggage, then it may be problematic. The bathroom was separated from the other area by glass walls and glass door with metallic frames. The door was noisy to close, and it was quite awkward since you could kind of see through the glass. Also I'd like to point out that while the room door info sheet said that the door "locks automatically", it doesn't! You have to move a switch.
TV was good, but the Wi-Fi wasn't working and it was to be repaired after we checked out. Sleeping was difficult because the noise of toilet flushing from other rooms was quite loud. I could hear someone snoring, so the walls are thin. We couldn't keep the AC on since the air was blowing right onto us. Some small flies and a couple of mosquitos inhabited the room with us.
A bad experience for me, but maybe it's a lot better on the 1st or 2nd floor.

The location is the most important thing about this hotel. It's within walking to distance to Anguk station, Anguk being quite a vibrant area itself. You can also walk to other location like Jongno-3 and Gyeongbok Palace.
The room itself, well you get for what you pay for. It's reasonably sized and has room keeping every day. The mattress was really firm, quite uncomfortable for me. The bathroom was a good size.
Ultimately you get what you pay for. My only real complaint is the mattress. Apart from that, it was not bad for the money paid.
