Good for family travel. Several activities for kids. Swimming pool and spa are located outside. BF is quite expensive and clouded if you go late.

The room is decent, the view of the bay is lovely (especially in the evening), the best breakfast on the citadel and the convenient location (right next to the beach)

Hotel just beside beach and the food and view is so nice. Foods is fresh and high quality.

It lives up to its name. Its literally a paradise. You could spend the whole day there. Its a bit pricy but totally worth it. Its a real VIP experience even for regular guests. But if you're actually VIP or VVIP, I'm sure the experience will be different — there's a Rolls Royce for them.

Fantastic Hotel. Excellent Japanese restaurant the best in Korea. Not cheap but really good. The sushi, sashimi and roll are delicious.

Had the pleasure of having dinner at their buffet and I really enjoyed it. Food was great, some eye popping quality with ingredients that are second to none. Staff was beyond helpful and very kind, without being too overly attentive. Definitely will check out again in near future.

It's very clean. The scenery is amazing. The amenities are awesome. It's literally paradise.

Pretty hotel, but it lacks some basic things like Irons in each room. Also the shower temperature is all over the place. Beware, if you are not used to Korean controls, the light switches are impossible to find!

I just left Paradise Casino after being rejected entry on the basis that I was Greek! I was even living in Busan in 2015 and spend many nights and mornings in Paradise but today they just wouldn't let me in. Their excuse was that I was a foreigner! The funny thing is that the casino is only for foreigners. I've never experienced racism before but I even have videos of them saying that they won't let me in simply because I am a foreigner. KOREA! You just hosted the Olympic Games! I am expecting more of you! Sincerely, a friend of Korea.

This time there is no room for a sea view. A little regret, on the most side of the floor there is a balcony, where the sea is very beautiful, look downstairs to see the pool is free, winter is warm water, there are free hot springs, as well as casinos.

Great location. The staff are wonderful, the rooms are great. Very good experience. I liked everything, and I want to mention the confectioner especially! It's just paradise! 5 +

Its a gorgious hotel from outside. Dont know about the service and room as I was just walking beside the hotel. The hotel is near the beach and in a very good location to enjoy the beach view.

This hotel was nothing like the pictures. It was way too expensive and crowded and the service was terrible. The pool and spa were filled with 50+ people at all times and who wants to swim in a small infinity pool with a million kids in it and Asian guys in speedos. Couldn't even take any nice pictures because it was so crowded. Also the guests must have been mostly Chinese or something because there was litter everywhere and I saw a mom encourage her child to start peeing right on the side of the pool. Disgusting.

Very beautiful hotel with a very courteous service. I stayed in room 722 overlooking the beach and the expanse of the Pacific; you couldn't ask for a more pleasant view. There's a balcony with seats for two. The room is excellent with a bed that's just soft enough without being doughy. Soft pillows too. The carpet is lush underfoot and very clean. The bathroom has all the expected luxuries including a Digitally controlled WC. There's the usual complement of 2 bottles of water, Tea and Coffee. Cutlery and a safe in smooth running drawers. Electric sockets of various types including USB ports ensure hassle-free connections for the international traveller. A Gym, Spa and Swimming Pools are also available for your leisure. Wi-Fi is available in all areas and free. Breakfast is vast and seems to cater to every taste. The view from the dinning is also exquisite. This is a hotel well worth the price.

Beautiful site giving a beautiful view of the ocean with a beautiful garden. Poor Service for a business clientele. Very busy with families.

All of the food was delicious. There are so many staff members everywhere and each one trets you like you're the president of the hotel. They are all extremely friendly and helpful. Their uniforms are immaculate and they look terrific in them. Every restaurant has a really nice view and the spa and pool we're all wonderful. The beds were really comfortable as well. I wish I could've taken the blankets and pillows home with me. I was curious about the driving course for children. The worker there noticed and let me in before opening time. She gave me a tour and explained that there was also a short driving course the kids received for ten minutes. I spent most of my time in the spa during my stay.

This place has a lot, no doubt. It is nice for Korean hotel standards. If you pay more than $200.00 and do not get the executive pkg deal… you can do better price wise for what you get. Staff was super nice and friendly.

Very nice hotel with the front facing the beach and the sea. Premium room is slightly on the high side but still worth the stay.

Rooms are decent and comfortable. Guest services are kind and courteous. Downside is having to pay extra for facilities used on site. If I am purchasing the room in the hotel, I expect the facilities to be inclusive. I understand food and drinks are never included but facilities should be included. You will have to pay an extra 16, 500 Won for the hot tubs on the 4th floor. Other than that, great room and great views.

Very good service, nice view from the hotel upon the beach. All staff are well trained. Highly recommended.
