Every room has its own Wi-Fi access point, so plenty of signal and download speed was very good. In-hotel restaurant rather pricy, but cheaper options available across the street. Clean and in good shape (looks fairly new).

Superb reception, luxury establishment, location of the idyllic establishment to enjoy Haeundae and its beautiful beach.

Best things: Location and a very comfortable bed! On the minus part, the hotel shows signs of aging.

Simple. Classic in furniture. A tad too quite… even in the lobby. Great staff. On the sand… back exit to the beach. Anyway nobody spends much time in any hotel… close to renovated walking street.

Been there twice and we will be back. Soooooooooo enjoyable. We have a very family friendly room with 2 big beds and a fantastic sea view, just wooooooow. Very very good staff with perfect English or other foreign languages. We have seen how the rooms have been renovated and we love it. Thanks to all the team of this great place.

Had an excellent stay here for one night in a nicely appointed king ("double" in Korea) bed room. Although the room temperature toleratably stays above 20 degree celcius some of my family members felt that it was a little cold. Central heating of the building starts at 4 pm.

Very food and scenic hotel on the seaside. Smart staff, good room. Free access gym, swimming pool and library. I really enjoyed my stay.

Located close to the beach, hotel offer nice view and accessibility to city via subway which isn't too far, overall is satisfied.

Rooms with sea view, though not all. There is a normal pool, fitness room. Delicious food. The proximity of the sea. Good location near shopping malls, night clubs.

Excellent location overseeing the famous Haeundae Beach in Human and close proximity to many restaurants, shipping and entertainment places. Staff is professional and knowledgeable. Room is clean and well decored. Highly recommended.

Room had water damage. Smelled. Carpet and wall paper warped. Meager coffee and tea supplies. Mediocre breakfast. Weeds for a lobby bouquet. Horrible coffee. Were suppose to get a luxury room but gotsmall, streetwise room. Not at all a five star. Look elsewhere if you want a room.

Reasonably priced hotel which provided brilliant accommodation. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great with a range of choices. Great location! A airport limousine bus stop was located just outside the hotel entrance. That is, one could enter the hotel within a minute after getting down from the bus. For taking a bus to the airport, one just needed to cross the road to the opposite side.

Very very expensive, nothing is free here, but it is a great location and view. If you have money to blow go for it, if not a cheaper hotel a block away will do just fine.

A hotel that sells itself as it is right on the beach and because of this they charge high for everything. Plenty of restaurants and coffee shops so you don't have to pay the hotel prices. It was noticeable how empty the hotel coffee shop and restaurant always were. Rooms were Ok but starting to show their age. Sea views or city views. The city view rooms can be noisy as the hotel is right on a main road. Perfectly located for the shops and the beach and only a short walk to the metro station.

The most affordable hotel by the beach. You can walk right in from the backdoor that faces the seaside. Great location and the view. Friendly staff. Nice indoor swimming pool and gym. Foods are a bit pricy though.

This place is a bargain because the rooms are moderately priced but you sit right in front of the beach. If you don't like seeing things that are run down in your room go to some place else.

We had an amazing time staying at this hotel the staff were friendly helpful and professional I think it felt well beyond 4 star amd is more like a Sofitel then a Novotel and the views are amazing.

For as much as everything costs, I was expecting more, though that is not to say I had a negative experience. The oceanview room definitely had an amazing view, but if you wanted to do anything, it cost an exorbitant amount. The room itself had Wi-Fi (I read another review that said the rooms did not; ours did though), a large HD television, king-sized bed, and a small bathroom. We ate at Seascapes in the hotel for dinner. It also cost a great deal, but was a great deal because of the amount of food and wine you could keep going back for (of course, if you wanted to buy even the cheapest beer, it would set you back at least 10, 000 won. ). The seafood was great; dessert was incredible. The steak was not very good though. That was the only negative of the meal. The pool was nice and we were lucky that only one other group was using it at the time. Otherwise, I could see it becoming very crowded very easily. I did not use the exercise room which looked nice (it is free), the sauna (costs money), or the Thai massage (they were not open that day). Overall, the staff was friendly and made things easy to do. Check in and out took a couple of minutes apiece. We had no problems with our room either.

It's a pretty nice hotel with the beach right outside the back door. Only thing is there is no free Wi-Fi in the rooms, only in the lobby and a couple other areas. There is internet in the room, it's just not Wi-Fi.

When stationed in Korea (2008-2009) this was usually the hotel I frequented while in Busan. While not as nice as the brand new Novotel in Daegu (Which was brand new at the time) this hotel has its ups and few downs. Being directly located on the beach is a definite plus, but the rooms seemed somewhat dated. The staff was extremely courteous which is usually common anywhere you go in the republic. The food was great especially the buffets. All things considered a very nice hotel.
