I am so dissapointed with this lodge/ place
on the 21st of February I checked out of this place, forgetting my shoes and when I got home before sunset I remembered. Phoned the place the following day. They denied seeing my shoes which I was certain I removed them after shower they gave me excuses saying I was sharing so my colleague might have taken them n I asked myself how so because when I went to the shower she was already gone.
I phoned my colleague who resides in nelspruit to go pick em up for me n when she got there, there person she found said her staff is not stealing and they do not wear big sizes.? seriously how did she know that the size was big if they never saw it, such dissapointment mistakes happen and oh so much for forgetting to pack my pair of shoes … and I I understand things are really getting lost as someone said her chargers dissapeared in the same lodge. Disheartening hey. What happened to ubuntu.

Extremely disappointed in this venue. Made booking months ago, for an very important race we are attending in Nelspruit. I phoned last week to make payment and was informed that banking details will be send via sms. Todate I have not received it. I only received an email sorry we can't welcome you anymore for your requested dates. 3 week before our event. Now we are basically without accommodation as most venues are fully booked.
