I would not recommend tjis place to anyone. There is no Spa, our pillowcases were dirty and torn, the duvetcover had suspicious marks on it, they had a double bed flat sheet on a king size bed, one of the bath towels had a hole in. The bath was not clean. Noice levels were excessive. Their replies on mail queries are non-existant. The date of the function we had and the reason we made the overnight booking was moved and they refused to move our booking to the new date, refund was also a no.
Plenty of nice places to stay if you have to travel to Nelspruit, this is definitely not one of them.
I will not recommend Nels River Guesthouse spa to anyone… Not to overnight or provide a service to them.
We are a service provider to them and they have not paid us for months… even after we gave them discount on their monthly premium. We even went back to work after they phoned us for help even though they haven’t paid their outstanding bill.
They are poor at communication and after months of asking and still going to work for them they simply ignore all communication from us…
Highly disappointed in their level of professionalism and business ethic.
