Had a tranquil spa experience at the Hotel Spa with great service from Sharon and Busi. Highly recommended.

Stuff members are really friendly and the place is really amazing.

I have never ever had such an awesome complete Full Body Hot Stone massage as we did today at Chill Pepper Boutique Hotel Spa! Busi and Sharon where truly amazing… No rush job, music just right! You feel you had a massage. Awesome location, beautiful rooms. Thank you.

The romantic turn down was the best, the pool, food everything.

Excellent service from the staff members and most especially Bheki. Food is the best and not forget their comfortable bed. We really enjoyed our weekend and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

It was mind blowing, the rooms makes u wanna stay there forever, I also liked the view from my room, Breakfast was top class.

Loved the rooms. Spacious and comfortable. My first dinner buffet was underwhelming but enjoyable. Breakfast was good. The design of the hotel is gorgeous and very welcoming!

What a pleasant surprise. Just off the R40 on the way to White River from Nelspruit and close to the N4, this hotel is ideally located for the passing traveller or quick visitor to either Nelspruit or White River. The Riverside Mall and Emnotweni casino is located on the other side of the R40 so that a quick visit to either at the end of the day is in order. Most notably one of the major frustrations for the modern working traveller was absent, namely dimly lit rooms which makes reading strenous. My room was well lit, making working away at night comfortable and a pleasure. Whilst my room overlooked the main road it was sound proof and equiped with a solid blind and one way glass. Makes for a great view. The conference facilities for small to medium sized groups are excellent. Arrangements and refreshments for our meeting was faultless. Definately recommended.

The hotel is quite elegant and great. Only issue was that the initial bed we had in the room was not comfortable, but they made it up giving us a better room. The parking is safe and the service is on point. There is also a gym and it is located in close proximity to the Riverside mall. I highly recommend you visit this place, the breakfast is also on point.

Wonderful hotel! Room was spacious and very clean. Great ambience in the hotel. Staff was exceptional. We arrived at 1am in the morning and we had the warmest reception from the receptionist. Breakfast was fantastic! Would recommend a stay here.

Awesome place to just chill and excellent service.

Nice friendly staff. Easy access from the main road. Road noise a bit of an issue. For the price one would expect descent coffee in the rooms as well as some water in the fridge. Walls are a bit thin and noise does spill over from the corridors as well as the neighbours. I would stay here again only if there was nothing else available.

For a 4star hotel the tea and coffee at the breakfast should be included in the meal. Limited options available. Poor breakfast if rated. The room was OK. I wouldnt recommend to have dinner at the restaurant. Too salty meals. Hotel decor is amazing.

Clean hotel, great room. Breakfast was adequate. Staff is extremely nice and friendly. Decor is very grey and lighting is white so it ends up looking cold. Needs more yellow lighting and some warm color touches to make it more comfortable. Room had a very strong bug deterrent smell, that was the only negative.

Nice vibe and comfortable Just in a noisy area. But still very nice. Close to the mall as well.

Very beautiful and interior decoration are outstanding.
4 Star over all for accommodation. Lack off a sound proof building is rather disturbing.
1 Star lost on dining room. Waiter's not hand's on clearing table's and setting clean cutlery and serviette's for the next customer. Staff's duty to top up breakfast buffet not the customer. On asking for more bacon, I was handed a plate filled with cold bacon to put in the bacon holder. And asking why it is cold, was told that is all there was at that stage. And this was not even half way through breakfast time. Looks like they could not handle the amount off customer's coming for breakfast.

Its quite a chill zone with a relaxing mood and superb staff.

Fresh modern design and feel, relaxing water cascades with open layout reception, restaurant, lounge, sun deck and patio. Relaxed quiet environment easily accessible, with a tasty breakfast available till 11.00.

Perfect place for me, very urban, user friendly, well situated and convenient. Lovely, friendly & professional staff, delicious and healthy food, I will definitely come back or better recommend it to friends, family & colleagues.

Over night stay. The room was warm and cosy. Very clean with a modern design. A bit pricey but worth a visit.

A wow wow wow place to be. Very amazing and super caring staff I think the management knew exactly they wanted when started started this place. I will never book elsewhere due to the fact that all I wanted is available in here. On the microwave point, yes we understand that we should call but for convenience purposes, we would love to warm food in our rooms but one might understand the total number of rooms u guys have so it will b a bit cumbersome, however try to have at least one per floor. Nice place to be indeed hey.

Amazing hotel, the design is absolutely amazing! I love the lightness and structure! The rooms are just tooo adorable and cute! They have everything you need in a boutique hotel, even an ironing room…, BUT the staff especially at the restaurant are a huge disappointment! They are rude, and have absolutely no concept of customer service! I love the hotel but if I was to come back I would NEVER EVER eat in! You are going to lose a lot of customers by the people you employ, at the end of the day, they are your hotel!
