Horrible service, some of the rooms are just not of a good quality as they look in the picture. I had an a horrible experience that caused me not to even think of going back.

The only problem I faced was the lack of toilet paper in the bathroom. Luckily I used it before showering. Otherwise the rooms were clean, neat and spacious — no welcome biscuits, tea and coffee though. The service by the ladies was great. After the run (I stayed the after Comrades) a lovely lady called me to politely ask how far I am and if everything is okay. Made me feel expected where I'm going. It was a bit uncomfortable walking from one reception to the next though, there's about three in the same block but all were helpful and sweet. I would book again.

Still under construction and the staff don't know how to treat a customer… Security is top notch… The room I booked was not available, they didn't even upgrade me for free they made me pay for the upgrade.

For me Bayside is the best nd it is the only hotel that I have been using 13 yrs ago, the stuff is always willing to help.

Service was good. We enjoyed every moment. We will definitely come back. Thumbs up for Security guys esp Stanley. However staff at reception are not that friendly. Room service moms were very friendly though they didn't have name tags on. We wish next tym there must be escalaters or lifts to make our lives more easier.

Staff; cleaners; management; security; all go the extra mile to make your stay pleasant. Enjoyed our stay will certainly stay over again. 5 Stars to Bayside you deserve it.

I always enjoy my time here. I love the spacious showers and bathrooms. Good for work travel. Lovely and helpful staff. No phones in the rooms and this means when you need help you must go all the way to reception and there are no elevators!
