I love staying at the Capital. It is home away from home. Staff are friendly and always willing to help. Rooms are extremely comfortable, very spacious and always clean. The food from room service is also quite yummy with a very wide selection of great wines and amazing gourmet milkshakes.

Very beautiful, neat and quite apartments. The food was delicious. Perfect for group get aways and it's in close proximity to shopping malls.

The environment, service, room and food are all great but I believe there are few areas that needs finishing touches.

The Capital Empire hosted us for a day conference and the facilities were of a high standard. Food was good and the setting was warm and comfortable. The venue was clean and comfortable. Water, mints and coffee was supplied on time at the breaks. A venue I would look forward to using again.

Very modern, almost sterile, furnished apartments, very well equipped, super bathroom and good room service. It was great that the Laundry 2x would be washed per week. Not so nice is the noise from the street was, everything is very noisy. As a result, I could not sleep, always quiet although the beds are class.

Nice apartment, kitchen. Lovely view. The bath tub should have a hose if the shower does not. Between the two there should be at least one hose! I do not like these prison showers with the showerhead comitout of the wall. God… Room service: — They do not have USB chips to lend. — They do not have HDMI to Apple adaptors to lend. — They do not have any deodorant. Is this really a 4 stars hotel?

Luxury apartments. Top service and great breakfast…

Clean, simple and modest. Nothing flashy. Came here for a conference week. The boardrooms are small, air conditioning was erratic but available. Clean bathrooms. It's ok for small groups but kinda gets crowded fast for groups of 50+. Restaurant is out in the front and feels crowded with the small pool right smack dab in front of it and next to the wall.

I'm an event technician, such a beautiful clean hotel with amazing, friendly atmosphere from the stuff. Hopefully next time there will be a bigger back door for loading equipment to the board rooms it's uncomfortable to push boxes next to Guests.

Right in the hub on Sandton. Really close to the mall. Very efficient staff. The hotel is still new. Very clean. There is a nice vibe. Food in ghe restaurant is good.

The rooms are spacious and the staff is super friendly. No complaints / negative comments. The best I've been in actually.

What great service from Jan and Donovan who make you feel absolutely welcome. I have special dietary requirements and they did not fail me. Rooms are also very generous space wise and modern. Well worth a stay if you want to be a walk away from Sandton City as well.

The rooms were beautiful. All the staff were super helpfull. Breakfasts are very well prepared and the produce is fresh… Lunches had a variety of meats and veg options as well as supper. The view was excellent. Could see the sky line… Sandton city and the discovery building. Both gorgeous at nigh. Its about a 5 minute drive from the train station.

Heard good things about this place. Rather disappointed to find myself without a room despite being booked. To top it all there was no explanation or hint of apology from reception staff.

Good place especially for meetings, so busy, staffs are good. I give 3 bse personally I dont like busy places. But its quite cool hotel.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Sandton. It’s situated not very far from the Gautrain and stone throw from Nelson Mandela Square for any shopping needs. The Capital Empire combines contemporary and modern designs. The rooms are very spacious and luxury finishes. It has all you would need for a short or long stay like Wi-Fi, spa treatments, outdoor swimming pools, fitness centre and more. Their room service service has delicious options for every taste bite.

Great location, however it’s quite close to main road, so better to stay in the backside facing the US embassy than facing the street.

It's in the heart of Sandton with shuttles and ample parking so quick to get on the Gautrain. The eventing & conference facilities are among the best in Joburg!

This is the best place to live with your family. It's offers suites apartments fully furnished. Very nice place and spacious.

Convinient location and fantastic service.

It's very unique and relaxing at the Restaurant and Bar Terrace with family or friends or as company functions and conferences.

Great location, great size apartments, really convenient if you have kids… terrible staff at reception they have poor manners, really not welcoming at all make you feel as if they doing you a favor by giving you the keys to your place stayed here 4 times in the past year… same experience every time.

The Capital Empire is a five star hotel situated in the Richest Square mile of African, it boasts a variety of in house services and offers with a grand restaurant facility. You should pop in for a world class cappuccino and meet the smiles that make the journey and destination!

My wife and I dont travel much but when we do, its usually to new or unique places… needless to say that we were beyond impressed with the services and facilities they have on offer! Extremely well located. Obnoxious staff and manager. The response time of all lines of business is poor. Reception, housekeeping and management. I'm very disappointed in the service my husband and I received and would discourage anyone from visiting there if they want a relaxing stay close to a business district. New hotel, massive rooms, and a great bar!

The Executive Room was ok but there were leakages and water comes through the walls and windows when it rained. The bathroom mirror doesn't have lighting for shaving and is dark. The staff very friendly and helpful. We were not given refund for early checkout as they said we booked through Expedia and we should contact them. Breakfast range was good and varied.
