The waiter always serve white people before they serve locals and it took them 1 hr to cook a meal.

The staff at the restaurants in the hotel don't care about the customer (it took over 20 mins just to receive our appetizers of 1 house salad, spring rolls, and a tomato soup which tasted like warmed Campbell's canned soup), no hot water at all during day, night or morning (the pool was warmer than the shower), internet was horrible, and all I was to the facility was a number… they never cared and it showed! Loud music all night and the bathroom has a window that you cannot close ever… was always open! Not even a 2 star hotel that tries to act like a 5 star resort! The staff was more worried about prepping for their night party all throughout the day versus their customers! Very very sad! Super slow and poor service!

For where it is great job. You seriously shouldnt expect much and if you don't you'll be hugely delighted. People are sooooo lovely and friendly.

Im not staying at Heritage Park Hotel but I wish I was, came here for dinner and was greeted by the GM Sanjay, spoilt by the staff, Entina, and the chef came out to meet me! Beautiful food, exceptional service and I felt like a princess, cant wait to come back again!

A clean, and cool place to have lunch. Service is prompt and friendly. Had the dhal, fish curry and chicken curry. Dhal is the outstanding dish, aromatic and smoky. Dishes are generally spicy but not chilli hot.

This hotel is really amazing, warm thanks for Mr. Vamsi Krishna, poolside view is fantastic, well maintained hotel, rooms are neat and clean, indian dinner buffet was good, thank you so much for your hospitality.

The rooms are very is good, but I don't recommend the lunch. In the past they used to offer a good buffet with many options + fresh lemon juice. However now days (at least on Fridays) is just a kind of "curry lunch", with a very basic salad, and a raw and tasteless chicken. We complained, but the second dish had the same tasteless flavor. We asked to speak with the manager, but he/she didn't come and told the waitress to charge us of a half price… Sincerely they shouldn't have charged anything for a food like that… it was completely far way from the standard of a good hotel.

Very expensive, but service or quality doesn't come with it. Service in the restaurant is slow (30 mins) or non-existant. Occassionally you'd get attention but it is hard to communicate when you do get one. Food poisoning (salmonellosis) was an extra.

Nice hotel with good food and clean rooms. Nice ocean views with some rooms. The pool is on the sea front again with great views. Well equipped gym which is free for guests.

Quite central in town, the ART GALLERY and the National Museum are just next door. Close to bus stop and commercial buildings.

Amazing location right on the water front. If its nice weather you can just head out the back door and go for a walk along the water front. Staff here are all very hospitable and friendly. Price is very reasonable and security is good. There is a good selection of food/beverages and the service is fast.

The drink was good before. But ice coffee become very bad right now. Still good if you want some nice cake and sunset. Not the best choice for teatime.

Staffs are very friendly, the food was supper awesome, really love the pool side, very comfortable conference room for meetings and workshop trainings. I would recommend that the hotels management to keep up the good and awesome service provider.

Loved the services and the suite was lovely as it was big enough for 10 bridesmaids and 3 flower girls to move freely inside while getting dressed for the wedding. I recommend HP if you have a big bridal party to dress plus the natural scenario of the place made the photos outstanding. :)

Overall is good, Clean and comfortable. Wireless is available in the lobby. Not much choice for the breakfast.

Will serve coffee till 12midnight. Top staff. The view at the waterfront is legit… good place to kick back and relax if you are not too keen on taking a drive out to the beaches outside of town.

Took my wife there for a candle lit dinner and it was the best time. Staff are so polite and the food was amazing. Highly recommend going there for dinner, no matter what the occasion.

Very nice, clean, modern, friendly. I wish they would have brewed coffee and iced tea. The tea was just brewed tea then cooled down with an inadequate amount of ice.

We visited the most of the hotels in Honiara and Heritage where we stayed was the best hotel over all. It has ocean access, central location, nice poolside, and pretty nice food. The room was modern and clean. However compared to Fiji or Vanuatu, they are far from a resort in atmosphere and services.

Rooms are fantastic, clean and well equipped. Service and restaurants and bars is very 'relaxed' so be prepared to ask if you are in a hurry.

3 for service 2 for food Pretty good for Honiara.

5 for service. 3.5 for food.

Been here on a number of occasions; mainly for family dinners, out of 5; I'd give 5 for the restaurant's atmosphere, comfort, and pleasantness, 3 for the food and 3 for the service.
