Best coffee in Ljubljana from bartender Nataša in the main lobby bar and Agron is world class receptionist and guy for everything. Generaly great staff all around. Profesional, pleasent on eye and allways with smille on their faces. Clean and romee enviroment all around.

Our room was NOT cleaned even if we did NOT PUT the “Do Not Disturb sign”. I called the One Touch Service Button 3x, went personally to the concierge and was dismissed as lying, since they have report that the room was cleaned. I would not even bother complaining 4x if I was lying. I did not receive any apology of negligence of a basic hotel service. I waited until the next day and nobody came to clean the room! There was NO EFFORT to at least check the room and SEE which is the right claim: the housekeeping report or mine?! I said I don’t even have fresh towels and toiletries, soaps. And I was dismissed just saying they will send new towels and toiletries. I have never felt so descriminated my whole life. This experience was so terrible and disappointing! I would have understood if the staff would just apologize and maybe explain to me that you’re short-staffed at night on new year’s eve and offered or even asked me how they can make up for the shortcomings of the hotel. But no, I was accused of lying, did not receive an apology, my concern/complaint was not addressed and empty promises on something as basic as getting the room cleaned.

Room is big nice and cosy. It would have been better if there are some drinking water or at least a kettle to make drinks. Mini bar is even locked!

Pretty nice hotels. Cool design, breakfast was really good (though not really vegan friendly). The hotel is a bit far from ths city center, but there are lots of shopping malls, cinemas and bars in the area (plus a water park). The staff was also very helpful and helped us with everything we needed.

I come to this hotel to attend a conference in July. I thought its location is pretty good — close to a large shopping district in the city and has access to many restaurants. But it is away from the historical district. The hotel itself is nice and clean. Rooms are comfortable. The unique thing is it's conference which is located on the top floor. A great view to the whole city and the mountains. Lovely place, lovely city!

I visited the facility at the time of a professional event. Well-equipped meeting rooms with high views, very bright and spacious.

Second stay at the R store in SLO. Room is suitable, location is good. Surrounding major shopping malls BTC, CITY PARK supermarket SPAR DM and food fast food (gold arch), very convenient. Parking does not require rental of hotel parking (12 euros/day). There are many free parking spaces around. Wireless internet speed is good, recommended breakfast, dinner, bar can be tried. The 15-storey gym is small, but the base equipment meets the need for a simple exercise hour. It is said that there is also a SPA and pool around, you can try it next time.

A good Hotel in itself. But for the Price, Cleanliness is inadequate for you. The Remote Control and the operating Elevator also did not work. All this could be fixed, it was also quick, but you expect a certain Standard and it was not given. The Room itself and the Beds were good.

Large hotel building in the BTC area stand out and can be seen from a distance. A unique arhitectural feature can be admired at evenings when it comes to "light" and it is worth seeing. Accomodation is very well suitable for people who travel by car.

Radisson Blu Hotel is a nice one… ambiance and staff were courteous. My husband and I (and our pilgrim group of 21) just noticed that the ref was inside a LOCKED cabinet. To be able to unlock it, you have to give your credit card to the hotel! WHY… don't they trust their hotel guest? I have been in hotels (better than Radisson) and we never experienced such treatment anywhere in the world. Also, since your hotel is a four star hotel, why no coffee maker? My husband is a coffee drinker and he drinks coffee very early (4am) and at night before bed. Our group are mostly Senior Citizens (60-80 years old) on a pilgrimage to the Adriatic Coast. Just asking…

Location is quite good, near shopping mall. Room is clean and space is large enough. Breakfast is abundant.

This is my favourite hotel in LJubijana! Nice design, clean, perfect service. The rooms are modern. The bar tries to fulfill all wishes. The breakfast ist great. Next to international food, I like that also local specialities are served. Perefect service for OK-price.

Top Hotel! Very modern furnishings, very friendly staff from reception to waiters to the cleaning staff. Everything is clean and still looks very new, the location is perfect with the shopping area and the water park which is all within walking distance. The price-performance ratio is fabulous. If we go again to Ljubljana then definitely in this hotel!

Disappointed by the disgustingly bad Wifi speed when claiming they have ‘HIGH SPEED’, not only that, the signal for the Wifi is dreadful and lacks extremely, most of the time the Wifi signal is not even there any time, couldn’t even connect to the Wifi after several tries, complained at the reception hoping for a fix for our room and NOTHING, I’ve been to 3 star hotels with faster speeds and better signals with is shockingly bad. For a 240€ Hotel on New Years especially, this does not meet my standards by any means, I will never appear here again unless extreme problems like these are amended, but come on, I bet these reviews are just automated and not even appreciated like most places. Also not only that, we could not even keep our card inside the holder for the Power over night because there was an annoying broken light repeatedly flashing despite every switch being turned off, it’s impossible to sleep with that annoyance. Poor. Take this review or leave it. Pointless.

Beautiful hotel comfortable rooms spacious bathrooms great breakfast and meals so I recommend.

Loved the smell of the shower gel and body lotion provided. There is no openable windows so the ventilation depends purely on the air conditioning system. The water heater is able to provided continuously running hot water. The room is neat and clean. However there is no kettle provided in the room. There is a fitness room for those who wants to keep fit. Although not much variety, I have to highlight that their croissoint and soft boiled egg during breakfast is good. The hotel is within walkable distance from the shopping mall.

This hotel is super clean and modern. The breakfast was superb. The gym is well equipped. The rooms are very comfortable and well maintained. It is a bit far from the city center but the hotel negotiated a fixed 5 euros rate so a cab can take you in no time. It is next to a mall where you can find restaurants, grocery store and various shops. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is great. Very modern, super decoration, absolute comfort and an exceptional breakfast. We used it as a base to discover Slovenia because of its proximity to the freeway. To go to Ljubljana they have a concerted taxi service for €5. That's great.

This is a beautiful hotel. Very nice and spacious rooms, very cozy beds. The stuff is very professional and very friendly. It was a wonderful dinner in their restaurant, very attentive waiter! Big thumb up for this hotel. It is not far from the center but takes time to reach it. Bus or 27 if you choose public transport, the hotel has a shuttle as well that will not hurt your valet. To sum up, I will always advice this hotel, nice location, big comfortable rooms, very friendly and helpful stuff. Thank you for nice days.

It's quite challenging to find hotels with AC so we picked the Radisson. We were not disappointed at all. The rooms (1306 & 1307) are very spacious and clean. The breakfast is really good with a wide spread of options. It's right next to a large shopping center that you can walk to. The city center is about 5 minutes taxi ride. The hotel has a negotiated rate with one of the taxi companies so the ride costs 5 euros each way. We also had free Wi-Fi in our rooms. The staff was always very helpful whenever we needed something or if we had a question. We would stay here again.

Nice hotel within driving distance of the city center. A taxi can not charge you more than 8 euros, otherwise you're being ripped off. Nice spacious rooms. Roof terrace wasn't open however it was the middle of summer? Such a shame. Restaurant was too expensive price/quality wise. Breakfast is large and very good!

Fantastic room. Really surprisenly great breakfast. I mean wow. Everything was on offer to eat. Unique layout of food. Friendly staff and the €5 fixed rate taxi to and from the city center is REALLY great value. Also €25 to and from the airport. Do not grab a taxi from the taxi line at the airport. They will charge around €60.

I felt right at home even without knowing the area or speaking the language. The staff is incredibly accommodating and always around when you need them. The rooms are clean and in good condition. The Internet is fast enough to do almost anything. The hotel is close to shopping and a short drive to the city center. I will stay here again when I return to Ljubljana.

minus: in my room (1014) on the wall small damage in the shower *rainforest shower head* out of operation, only the normal shower worked, Smoking cube is on the ground floor, it is tedious to always go down from the 10th floor, would be cool at least 1x tuxedo area in the center, the Parking garage is good, but overpriced, power, therefore, in General, inappropriate for too many children, when so many guests with children, however, would be recommended to split the Breakfast area, so others will have more peace of mind, and the parents can better pay attention to the small.

Hotels in pretty high level and very modern. Recently built, is located in a very convenient area and well served idealer for exploring the city of Ljubljana and its surroundings. The staff who chairs the hotel is prepared, courteous and very helpful. You notice the attention to every detail and the incredible level of service in every aspect of the structure (the cleanliness of the rooms to "management" of the restaurant during both the international lunch buffet during breakfast).
Very modern design and structure allows not to be sterile but hospitable and very functional.

Very nice hotel, new furniture, well equipped, cosy rooms, nice staff, free garage, nice breakfast. I had a great time staying there although I've been in even better 5 starts hotels and similar cheaper 4 stars hotels. Positive side is that almost every shop that you can think of is just outside of the hotel and Ljubljana center is close enough.

Very modern and minimalistic hotel, the interior is very cold, it's basically a concrete block, its quite far away from the downtown, choose if you have transportation, otherwise stay more centrally, perfect hotel for business travellers.

Food is very delicious. I would recommend breakfast and dinner!

Twin bed rooms are reasonably large, modern and very clean and acomodating. Sound proofing is just prefect, not a little bit of noise although my room was overlooking very busy road. Strong Wi-Fi signal everywhere and great choice of TV channels. Must be more than 300 TV channels on I think 30 something inches TV. Too bad many channels are for some (strange) reason locked. Bathroom is also very large, very clean and modern equipped with almost everything a traveler needs. Hotel is not in the center of Ljubljana but is just next to some large shopping malls if you are into that. Breakfast and dinner are served buffet style, maybe lunch too, I don't know. 4 — 5 warm dishes for dinner, little bit weak in terms of desert. Breakfast also has good choice of different food. Coffee on other hand is awful. Other than that, very good hotel.
