Reviews of Hotel FIS 3*
We have booked 2 rooms for this week, however we can not arrive to Slovakia due the Covid pandemic situation in Europe, as not possible to pass Poland border without mandatory quarantine 14 days. Therefore, the whole week trying to contact the hotel directly, but not susscesfully, still no response. The only feedback we recieved from Booking that they can not bring the money back even not possible to postpone the dates. I am suprised, as it's force majeure situation and the hotel is not flexible at all and this kind of servise is totally not acceptable! Kindly waiting the feedback.
So tasteful jam-pancakes I didnt eat long time ago! :)

Do not book this hotel without refund in case of cancellation, since covid situation Poland we where unable to travel to Slovakia. Since our booking was without refund in case of cancellation even in this force major situation, hotel didn't refund at leas some amount of what we paid, but they even refused to change date or leave amount we paid to use at some point in the future! Obviously they are not flexible at all even in situation like this.
