Food is fairly ok. price stated 68 per pax. But end up paying 100plus. Taxi and service charge is about 40%.

5. HONEST! We couldn't find my husband's good Fossil watch, looked everywhere and thought it was either lost or made it's way into the suit case unknown to us. We mentioned it to the front reception on check out, they advised housekeeping, who actually pulled the room a part and found it, then it was returned to us. We obviously were surprised and extremely happy.
We couldn't recommend the hotel highly enough.

Our sincere thanks to Felicia and her team members for their excellent service and support rendered to us throughout the planning and the actual wedding day. Felicia and her team are just amazing. They stood in the gap and took the extra miles to ensure everything run smoothly on our wedding day. We'd highly recommend Park Royal to any couple who is planning on a wedding :)

Absolutely amazing hotel, location is fantastic, pool and gym are great, the view from the pool is wonderful — you can see marina bay sands and the Singapore flyer.
Rooms are outstanding, the beds are so comfy — makes it even harder to get up in the mornings.
Breakfast is lovely, lots of choice.
Staff are so friendly and so helpful, nothing is too much. Dilla is fantastic, she has been a great help to us, has looked after us and made our stay even more enjoyable. She is wonderful!

Fantastic staff, so helpful. Stayed at the serviced apartments and would recommend to any family travelling (having own washing machine and dryer brilliant). Good pool and gym facilities too.

Only One word I can describe that this hotel is a true a 5 star hotel that their service staff from the telephone operator to their bellman and check in counter is truly professional. The check in counter staff is very friendly and all our request was meet even is a busy for them when we check in. The telephone operator did have a nice and clear voice and also accommodate all our request. What surprise me that after our request was deliver w there is called from the operator to check if item is correct and do we need more assistance and also the phrase that the operator use is do call us for any assistance really wow me that I felt I in Fullerton hotel and not park royal hotel. I would sure recommend the parkroyal beach road to my family and friend as it really a place to relax, to enjoy and to get best service as the entire team has a passion on their service. My sincere apologies as I did not manage to get the name of the staff that serve me but the guy who talk on me on the telephone and the check in lady and a senior concierge who assist me on the location that I need to go deserved a outstanding award. To all do stay in this lovely hotel as you will sure enjoy their wonderful service and it truly a five star hotel standard of the best in the world.

Great location. Fridge didn’t work but loved the location.

There is no handicapped toilet stall on the entire ground floor of the hotel, including the restaurant, and we could hardly get the wheelchair through the main door of the restaurant washrooms. Disappointing. We won't be back.

After checking out late last night, carelessly dropped my wallet at the lobby. Discovered that only after 2 hours, but was already on the other end of Singapore (near mid-night). Nervously called and requested Duty Manager Maya to search the lobby. She was calm and composed. Took down my number and called back after a few minutes with the good news that they found it! Collected my wallet the next day from Security Mr. Tan KH. 'Lost and found' form contained a list of items/cards/cash amount in my wallet, to ensure everything is accounted for. Very very impressed with the service and professionalism.

Went there for workout with day pass. Environment is superb with nice view. Toilet is good, facilities are good. Unfortunately swimming pool is abit small.

The variety and quality of food at the buffet is fantastic. There were changes in the menu over the 2 days I was here. Located right next to kampong glam historical area, making it very convenient to explore it, and the rest of the city.

We had our wedding dinner banquet on 2 June 2018, and just wish to thank Felicia, Wei Jie and team for everything from the moment we signed up till the dinner :) Felicia is very experienced and gave us pointers/tips to take note for the banquet. On the banquet day itself, she also came by to support us making sure things go well. To Wei Jie and team, their service was really good and meticulous despite us having a few last-minute requests. Thanks so much again! :D.

Situated right next to one of the coolest places in Singapore — Arab Street, Park Royal exceeded all our expectations. Clean and well maintained room along with great staff that tried to accommodate all our requests. It's situated at a walking distance from the MRT hubs, Marina Bay and most of the other popular places like Little India and Suntec Park. It's definitely worth it!

This is a cute hotel. I really like how they coordinate with their restaurants to put together spectacular seafood buffets. I've dined 3 times to try they lobster and crab buffets. One of the best values in Singapore. I can't wait to go there again. Location is nice for walking around Arab Street area.

I went to the buffet restaurant at park royal. The service was excellent and they were very attentive. The food was also delicious they had lobster my favorite and a variety of other dishes.

We had our wedding dinner in March 2018 in the Sky Ballroom and were glad we chose this hotel. The whole planning process leading up to our wedding day was a breeze thanks to our coordinator Jocelyn Loi. She promptly followed up with us every other month leading up to our wedding, telling and reminding us about things that needs to be done. What made her standout as a coordinator was her readiness and responsiveness. She made the effort to reply our texts or emails even when …she was on leave, and most importantly, she made the effort to be there for our recce with our photographer, our av test and on our actual day. This is extremely imporant as couples tend to be a little more jumpy closer to the wedding but she knows her job so well that we're able to just sit back and let her lead us. Also, we're glad she was there on the actual day to ensure banquet manager delivers as she promised! On our actual day, Ritchie and banquet team were extremely helpful. Our room check in was seamless and room was new and very clean! One issue during our banquet was our soup werent served according to BEO but our guests didnt realise and soup was still tasty and everyone loved it anyway. After the wedding when the banquet team delivered the food to our room, they had to replace the dessert as it wasnt fresh anymore. They actually made the effort to deliver the right dessert on our 2nd night stay! That was unexpected and appluadable. The only downside was the service.

Very well located hotel, 5mins of 2 metro lines, including Bugis.

A clean hotel in a convenient location. I actually walked to all my destinations like the National Museum, Asian Civilization Museum etc. Close to the Bay area and the Beach Road itself is beautiful. The staff members were helpful and friendly. The only downside is that I had to wait for a long time to check in. I don't mean the early check-in, even at 3 my room wasn't ready (since I was already sitting patiently for the check in time, I was annoyed). They quickly upgraded me to a room that is ready. However, I felt like the receptionist was entering my entire life story into the system, it took 40 minutes. The check out counter men were rude, I wanted to ask him a question (No, not about a taxi sir, coz I use my Grab. You should patiently listen next time). I felt like they do not care about thier guest as soon as they checked out.

Counter staff do not have Chinese service, and bad attitude do not know is not an intern, in the booking booking has been paid, cancellation and other related issues with the hotel has been contacted later or checked in, the results of the increase in cash, the refund said will send mail results did not send, And the customer calls to booking contact hotel, twists, this kind of hotel is not as good as the general business traveller.

Great hotel. Very clean. The gym is complete. The view from swimming pool was great. Good value for money.

Last June I came to the hotel, expecting to have a booking. By some mistake of my travel agent, the booking was not made correctly. However, here I was, late in the evening. The manager, at the reception, was very understanding and very kind and I was accommodated as I expected. The hotel itself was as pleasant place as it always has been. I know it from several years of experience.

Stayed at the orchid premier club room with access to the club lounge. Am not too impressed with the club services though. The hotel room was lovely with a beautiful view of the Flyer and had the most comfortable bed ever.

The most comfiest bed ever. Check in was smooth. Room was clean except for slippery shower area.

CNY spread has a variety of Asian style dishes roast meats, some seafood, salad and dessert. Service was good, but it's a buffet so not much service required. Food wise there were some hits like complementary seafood based soup and a lobster platter per table. Favor in most seafood dishes were lacking, especially the crabs and lobsters. Meat dishes lack favor and was a bit dry. Grilled stations had squid that ran out quickly but was much better tasting than the crabs. It wasn't the most expensive cny buffet but you get sufficient quality food for the price.

The hotel's room is a little old, the room at the end of the corridor incense to the people, a headache, change a room slightly better.

The rooms are clean. For families with young children is not suitable. There is no ramp for strollers. No cribs. Furniture is pinned to the floor and it is impossible to create more space for children.

Prefer to spend a few Singapore dollars more and book the Park Royal on Pickering.

Had Sunday lunch at Ginger restaurant. Enjoyed the mentaiko lobsters n crabs prepared in various sauces although they can be overcooked at times. The lamb leg though, is nicely cooked n delicious. Staff are friendly n generally prompt in creating the plates. The buffet does not serve sashimi though which is disappointing. Overall still an enjoyable lunch.

Excellent service and cuisine at Sze Chuan Dou Hua.

Had lunch Buffet at Ginger and it was pretty good. Love the black pepper crab! Service by the staff was good too. Greeted multiple times by the dining area staff and also staff at lobby. Pleasant experience.

Simply the best hotel for the rate they offer. Checked in this morning and they upgraded me for only 100 USD. Private lounge with dining. Big clean rooms! Awesome friendly service. Free smartphone in the rooms and countless other discounts. This hotel is AMAZING!

We held our wedding lunch at Parkroyal on Beach Road on 16 Dec 2017 and were very pleased with the experience. Our coordinator Jocelyn did an excellent job liaising with us throughout the pre-event phase, promptly replying to our many queries and trying her best to accommodate our requests. On the actual day, the banquet manager Wei Jie ensured that our wedding was facilitated smoothly. He was meticulous and rendered great service by explaining the proceedings to us, assuring… us throughout, and making sure we stayed hydrated. The feedback from our guests was generally positive. They found the food good and the portions generous. The service staff at the banquet were also polite. Keep up the good work! Finally, we would also like to commend Mia and team from Guest Services for their impeccable service during our stay. We enjoyed the experience very much. Thank you for the wonderful memories. Lunch buffet was amazing! Love that the variety is international and of superior quality. The prawns were fresh and that's delightful. Staff service was friendly, efficient, and real warm. I would recommend the buffet anytime. Don't think you will need a lunch reservation on weekdays.

Excellent ambience. Beautiful hotel complex and courtyard. Service earnest and impeccable. Too bad the kitchen broke down when it came to the buffet.

Ate at Ginger, their inhouse restaurant. Fantastic Crab/Lobster Buffet, with many other great supporting dishes. Only qualm was that drink selection was limited, and cold water was only served by very limited number of waiters around (due to it being primarily a buffet)

Attended seminar in Nov 2017 in the grand ballroom. Facilities were good, note the air con is quite strong at the sides. Water and sweets were provided and staff were quick to clear any empty wrappers/bottles during the break. Catered lunch at the event was good. Overall a great experience.

Was holding own wedding and had a stay at the orchid premier room. The location was beautiful and the room was well furbished. Had not used much of the concierge or lounge services. Service was mostly very satisfactory with mimimal oversight.

It's a hotel but nothing special. The first room I stayed in had a very disappointing shower and no power outlets beside or even near the bed. The next night I switched rooms and it is much better now… But still have stayed in better.

The hotel is nice, but the fittings and fixtures are a little worn and could do with an update and replacement.

The Ginger buffet restaurant has a wide selection of cooked food. Seafood on ice includes crabs, lobsters, prawns and mussels. Take note that they lack Salmon and Tuna Sashimi. Overall value for money for money if dining with promotions. Service staff is prompt in clearing plates and refilling of water.

I went to the lunch buffet at Ginger for a birthday celebration. Overall, the food wasn't disappointing, had a wide selection of choices and the seafood was really fresh. The service there was pretty good too, the staffs were generally very helpful and attentive. They made sure the tables are always cleared, drinks and spreads are refilled as and when needed.

Went for the buffet at the hotel restaurant. Good food selection but taste is just average. Hotel lobby is modern and welcoming but the scent used for the whole of 1st floor is overly strong. I prefer a light refreshing scent.

This hotel is amazing! From service to rooms, food and spa. It is an all rounder. Very good service rendered during my wedding on 1 July 2017. The food was delicious and they manage to keep the quality consistent with what we have experienced during the food tasting. My wedding coordinator was changed after we signed the contract but if change is for the better, I will gladly accept. Jocelyn, our wedding coordinator did a phenomenal job. I would like to congratulate her on th…at. Also the wonderful sound guy Suhaimi and banquet manager Anson did great!
The club lounge was fantastic place to watch sunset as cocktail was served by friendly staff from level 6 club room reception between 6pm to 8pm.
We even received f&b coupon to enjoy discount at Szechuan douhua restaurant. Fantastic food! We went back for staycation and even became member of hotels loyalty program. I think we are Very happy to return as customers again. Highly recommend to all who want to host your wedding here! Go for it!

Home away from home whenever I am in Singapore. Facility staff is outstandingly good with a nice professional yet personal approach. Nice location with plenty eateries nearby. The renovated rooms are really nice. The only thing I miss is that there are no longer Asian dishes served during the breakfast buffet. I always liked those a lot.

Good location, menu options for In room dining are very limited. Concierge desk staff are great and housekeeping staff one of the best I have seen. limited toiletries in room. Room service staff asked me to call housekeeping for stocking minibar. King bed is actually two beds put together, so not worth the hype as you start to sink in the middle. Unless you are on the front side the great view is of staff smoking on the bridge behind and a car park. Breakfast buffet is great but after waiting for about 5 minutes had to not worry about the omelette trolley, the chef was too busy to take order.

Old and basic furniture. Carpet looks dirty. Found broken sheets and towel. Desktop is small. Window is small. You can hear and be heard from the room beside yours, very poor experience.

Luxury hotel. Service was impeccable and made everything so easy for me which was appreciated given I'd just gotten off a thirteen hour flight. Rooms are big and mine had a beautiful view and well planted balcony. Rainfall shower heads are a plus. Good central location and if you're in an exec room like I was there are free cocktails in the evenings.

ParkRoyal Hotel by Beach Rd had great customer service. The employees were all very helpful and looking to help everyone. The room itself was great, spaceous, and clean. The prices are also very cheap not thta the hotel itself is in any way.

The hotel is a bit old and smelly. They compensate by placing deodorizers at strategic places (near lifts). No bidets in the toilet. However I like the breakfast selection. I had a small bowl noodles for breakfast (so good I had 2! ) Location: hmm, far from MTR but there is a bus station just outside the hotel. Overall, it's an average rating for me.

I tend to remember this hotel for 3 things — The ballroom dancing The spa The Szechuan restaurant.

The smell of the lobby and hallways is very attractive and also the bed, very comfortable.

We were disappointed from the very start. We arrived at 2.00a. M. From an overseas flight and were shuffled into an inferior room to that which we had booked and paid — in advance. Breakfast for two the following morning amounted to $75.00: And it was almost stone cold. Our complaints were simply deflected — we moved to alternative accommodation that very day. Did I mention that our room air con had been turned down to the lowest possible setting? Well, it was — and we spent the night under the covers — in our separate beds! Never again.

Good little hotel (for singapore standards) with decent rooms and service and perfect for getting around easily, the Arab quarter across the road is also worth a visit.
