Great facilities and services that was for the dinner that we had at the facility.

Bad attitude of staffInsufficient tools for hotel room, but counter staff required us to collect from counter instead of sending to roomAlready requested for check in on tome at 3pm and we are waiting at the lobby, but there is no further update from staff and we have to remind again at 315pmRequested for extension of check out time to 1230pm but being rejected by the staff with reason of room needed for next stay! Check in time not as per schedule but punctual is needed for check out time? Poor facilities There is no power plug in the lobby waiting area, chargable at sgd12 for usage! I really love to stay here. My stay since 1sep until 8 sep was verry nice. Spacious room. (studio premiere).
Clean toilet. Bed was big and comfortable. There is kitchen, fridge and washing machine with dryer.

We're now staying here for 2 weeks and it feels so good coz its so green and the place is so beautiful and clean. Its really good for kids too. I really love this place❤❤❤

Yesterday (28 April 2019) My RC brought a group of 50+ people Metropolian YMCA Restaurant. When I entered the restaurant, I had high expectations, but when the food was served, I was disappointed, the food was so less and all the items, and the top up was so less we were there for 2 hrs and we were still not full, after that we still had to go to another restaurant due to the stinginess of the serving of each item. The service was so slow, but person at the reception counter was the most polite, but the others were not that good. Not anyone I brought there will want to go there anymore. So I do not reccomend anyone to go to that restraunt.

Fourth time staying here. Convenient location. Clean and moderately priced. Great restaurant with excellent meals.

Feels like Our 2nd home at singapore, affordable rate, clean, near bus stop, near mrt station.

It is a clean and simple accomodation. No frills but good enough for family to stay over if you have a function in town. Room comes with breakfast… Again its a very simple one. No complain.

Can not fault this place for service, food, facilities or staff.

Venue was clean, nicely decorated, and quiet. Function room was equipped with good — sized tables, sound system, and projection machine and screen. However, food at the restaurant was below average.

The staff are really friendly and patient. There is a good spread of food varieties and they are my favourites. The chicken curry was sold out so soon that I didn't get to eat second round. Nice ambience to have lunch with your friends or business associates. It's really value for money. Highly recommended.

The restaurant has a fantastic buffet at a price that is affordable. Recommended for people who want to have a good lunch buffet with a good selection of local flavors and great desserts!

The staff was very good and nice… And soo humble.

Happy with the stay. GM is very friendly and willing to go the extra mile, when she learnt that I am going for Registry of Marriage, she took initiative to take photos in nice backdrop for my family. Then when we got back to our room at night, we found a card congratulating us of the happy occassion. So thoughtful. Staff (reception) is very responsive, and helpful, will take initiative to walk us to the other hotel entrance when the main lobby was under road surfacing for a few hours. Also, when we ask for help e. G. Make up room, borrow iron, etc, it will arrive within minutes. Room was clean, well-maintained, spacious. Basic toiletries (soap, shampoo, toothbrush set, shower cap) and hotel slippers included. Breakfast spread is good enough. Have basic vending machines (containing food, drinks, even body lotion) to make up for the fact that no 7-11 around. Strong Wi-Fi in all levels. My parents were happy with the stay too :)

After refurnished, internal & external looked fabulous, & the food price in the restaurant are reasonable but with 4 — 5 stars hotel quality My son liked to have Fried Kwan Teow although not in menu but the manager is very nice to get kitchen specialy arranged for us. Service is fantastic too!

Recently renovated, this place still has delectable fish head curry that is so flavourful! Great to share with friends and family.

Nice, budget hotel, very very friendly and warm front office team, ready to help always. Near to Little India, just two stops away from Stevens MRT.

Easily accessible for general functions. The amenities are clean but needs to be renovated.

I was booking 26 nights through agoda, check hotel actually said no my booking details, too exaggerated. Treatment for a long time before we stay, bad service attitude, next time will not come to stay.

Easy access, friendly Security staff and open air parking available.

Worse hotel I've ever experience. Unfriendly environment (staffs and services). Pillows in bad smell, I request for but no response and action done, food during breakfast are the same everyday, proximity from city or shopping area is too far. Shuttle to MRT is limited. Pool smells too much of chlorine. Canteen personnel are rude and racist. Never come back to this hotel.
