This hotel is more suitable for a solo traveller. We booked a club suite and it was tiny — there was no where to place our luggage so it was on the floor in the middle of the room which we had to step over constantly. The bathroom does not offer much privacy and way designed in a way that didn't make much sense. Wouldn't book again for a holiday but would be suitable for a solo business traveller. The breakfast was the highlight. I wouldn't pay the extra for the club suite either as the club lounge was packed always packed with people and the food offerings was not great.

Their Sunday brunch much better at $45 with fresh oysters on the house. Service and ambience good. A lot of food varieties. For week days semi buffet lunch their main courses whichever one u choose are done perfect with freshness. I love coming back here often with family and friends.

Fine hotel with a good balance between hotel staff presence and our needs for privacy. Clean rooms and very nice pool. Only thing missing there were umbrellas. And pool menu is not very extensive. Very courteous staff. We will come back ;-)

Wonderful experience! We enjoyed staying at your hotel. What should be highlighted is how friendly your staffs are, like everyone, from housekeeping to the pool staffs. Simply amazing. The only thing that bugged me was laundry schedule. Looking at the paper that accompanied the laundry bag, I assumed it should’ve arrived earlier. But it’s okay, I don’t see it as big problem. Just to let you know there’s a room for improvement. I definitely would want to come back. Thank you for your hospitality. And please reward your staffs for doing great jobs! :)

Great hotel. Staff is very friendly and always willing to help they go out there way to attend to all you queries and needs. Room is stocked with everything you need and more. Food was out of this world. Breakfast was out of this world, the selection offered was spectacular. Pool and the view was breathtaking. Thank you for the stay.

Congrats for having such an effective team of front line staff. Everyone … from concierge to check-in & out counter to restaurant … was friendly, courteous, helpful and efficient. The room was comfortable, and amenities complete. I just wish the shower cubicle were bigger, as it was very very tight for my handicapped brother who needed a chair inside the cubicle. Wonder whether you have rooms for the physically challenged that offers a bigger bathroom. Would also be useful if you could add a trash bin inside the toilet cubicle. Felt infinitely odd about having to carry trash outside the toilet b4 I can dump it.

Good and convenient location with Sumerset MRT nearby.
Room was nice, clean and suitable for us.
Package care after check-out with possibility of using showerroom and pool area was very convenient.
Price too high compared to other hotels.

I absolutely loved my stay at Hotel Jen. Staff were extremely helpful and efficient. I really loved the pool that had all day sun and was opened until 11.00pm of a night. Such a relaxed vibe with so many varied seating options such as bean bags and cabanas. Also enjoyed some of the more unique amenities the nice priced vending machines in the hotel halls in lieu of an overpriced minibar and Jeno delivering water if you ran out. Great location very close to Orchard Road with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Also fantastic if you want to hit the shops. Can't wait to return for another visit.

Almost perfect hotel. At the service, a skip could be put on it. Had to wait a long time for our room … In addition to the very expensive cocktails, we should also pay something for snacks, etc …

My wife and I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. Our room was very nice, comfortable and quiet and we slept well. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and all the staff were very friendly, polite and overall provided an excellent service so a big THANK YOU! Best feature of the hotel is of course the fantastic rooftop pool which is great place to relax before or after sight-seeing. There are fantastic views of the skyline including the Marina Bay Sands hotel. The hotel is also in a great location and with the Somerset MRT (metro) station underneath the hotel, it was very easy to travel to other parts of the city. Also loved Jen the robot who delivers food and drink to your room if requested — fun and something different we haven't seen before. We checked out before 12pm and had a late flight but the hotel allowed us to carry on using the facilities so we relaxed by the pool later in the day, and we were allowed to use a locker and the changing room on the top floor so we were able to shower and change our clothes before a long flight home. Only one negative point, is that there is hardly any parking space at the hotel entrance, so if you have a vehicle transfer arranged to take you back to the airport, the driver won't usually be able to stay parked outside for very long so you need to be early and ready in the lobby for the driver.

Super Hotel for a trip to Singapore. Direct access to the Metro, i. E. It is also very easily accessible from the airport. In the evening, you can easily stand a cocktail in the rooftop bar with pool.

Super location. The view of the skyline from the roof terrace is a highlight!

Thank you for accommodating me for r20 days. I commend your staff for going an extra mile just to make your guests feel at home. I'm a tea lover and I love your tea, and when the room cleaner knew that I always consume all my tea, she started giving more. I also contacted your service desk and they didn't hesitate sending me a teapot and a teaspoon, which allowed me to enjoy the loose leaf tea I bought from clipper. Thank you very much.

What makes this hotel good? Every floor has a ice dispenser, how cool is that?!? Plenty of amenities around, Better still there is a huge shopping mall just 2 minutes below the hotel! only thing is the lift… takes long… so be prepared to wait…

The hotel is superb! The room that we booked was absolutely I could recommend to my friends and definitely I will book this again when we come back in Singapore. Very cleaned and the staff are very accommodating.

Nice location, helpful staff and the swimming pool at the 19/F is pretty cool. Lighting next to my bed is not functioning very well, it switched on itself several times at night, which bother my sleep and a bit scared.

This hotel is awesome. One of my mates stayed here and when I visited had a chance to check out the interior as well as the amazing rooftop pool that has stunning views of the city. It's open very late as well which is a bonus, meaning you can watch the sunset and enjoy the twinkling lights of Singapore.

The hotel is clean with pleasant staff and the room even for a standard was a good size. The location is excellent to get around easily being right on top of an underground station and bus stops. The only minor inconvenience is the hotel starts on the 10 floor with means from ground level you need to take two lifts up and if you use the one in the shopping plaza it can take a while at busy times.

A very chic and clean hotel located at the heart of town and above Somerset mrt station. It might be helpful to know that their lobby is located on the 10th floor if u are coming in by the main entrance. Excellent service and attention to details. They were not able to check us in on time due to some customers extending their stay and the manager handled it well by apologizing and offering us a Christmas Eve dinner to reduce our agony of waiting. Our room also got upgraded as a result too, which we thought was a nice little surprise. Will definitely visit again!

Hotel staff is very helpful and very friendly. The location of the hotel is ideal for exploring Singapore. MRI station in the basement of the hotel. Rooftop pool in the hotel is quite large and never overcrowded during my stay. The poolside service is also top.
If you like to eat a little something in the afternoon/evening 17:30 to 19:30 and want to drink a glass or two of alcohol, a club room with access to the Club Lounge is worthwhile. There is also a breakfast with plenty of choice in a relaxed atmosphere. Check in and check out can also be done quickly here.
Even if you want to run the Singapore Marathon, Hotel Liegt is well catered for right at the start, and is also easily accessible from the destination by MRI or to foot/taxi.
All in all, a great stay.
Lying poolside in fatboy style are not for everyone. Due to moisture and wet swimwear not always respectable. Didn't bother me now. Comfortable was also the same.
To get to the MRI or exit, the lift must be changed once. But it's not really a problem either.

Had lunch buffet at Hotel Jen. Reasonably priced and good food. Service was good too. Thumbs up.

Update: Last visit to the pool today 13 September 2017, at 5.45 am and the pool attendant ask me to leave because it's not open before 6.00 am. I wasn't swimming, just enjoying sunrise and took pictures. Is that a new policy? Dont like his attitude anyway. Staffs are helpful but room wasn't ready at 16.30. Breakfast is awesome Updated: Upped the stars from 2 stars to 4 stars because of the apology that the hotel make by surprising us with little something inside the fridge. I really appreciate it. Orchard Gateway is daunting at first and can take a bit of getting used too but after a couple of days you know your way about, and even find shortcuts via the bridge and underpass. The area is good for shopping and is very busy, but a calm busy. Not everyone is rushing about. The hotel is clean and quiet. The breakfast is fantastic, catering to a lot of different cultures. I would highly recommend the breakfast. The air conditioning in the bedroom is great as the heat and humidity can be quite stressful. You get bottled water daily, there is a safe and a small fridge in the bedroom. The staff are very friendly and look smart in their uniforms. If I was to come back to Singapore I would definitely stay at Hotel Jen and would recommend it.

Nice hotel, clean and good room. Good view of the city from top floor. I think the food is tasty for hotel standard. For the first timer, rather difficult to find the entrance to the hotel at level 10 from the mall below.

Absolutely fabulous staff. Very welcoming, friendly and speak very good English. Every staff member couldn't do enough to help and we left feeling as though we received great value for money. The pool is an absolute bonus! Great to see there was always pool staff and a life guard there too.

Fantastic At the entrance of the maybe expensivest street of the world. Roof pool and bar is great…! With dancing and Party until 10 pm! But great. The lobby is in 10. Floor.! Exclusive business area with fantastic view!

Very nice hotel with a great central locationlocation. Very clean and staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel is lobby is on the tenth floor with rooms above andlocated above and roof top infinity pool on the 19th floor. There is a restaurant and bar in the hotel but I haven't visited them. They both seem nice but I prefer to explore outside instead. There is a bus stop at the hotel entrance and a subway station under the hotel. There is also a shopping center with many restaurants also directly under the hotel. Around the corner a few blocks away there are some great authentic restaurants that are more affordable than those on Orchard road. The is also a small grocery store in that same area to get food, drinks (including beer / wine) and supplies if you have a longer stay. The hotel provides complimentary bicycles with helmet and a basket for bringing things back. Overall a great hotel and I would stay here again.

Last year my husband and I attend WV dream tour to experience the newly opened near the hotel, the feeling is very good. Transportation is very convenient, just on the edge of the Somerset MRT, buffet excellent, top floor sky-garden swimming pool is very comfortable, beautiful scenery, you can see the Sands Hotel. 10/f Lobby Café and comfortable quiet. Is the sign was not obvious on the first floor, will let guests do not know how to go for the first time, feels bad, and should be improved.

Nice hotel in top of the 313 shopping center, excellently located in the center of Singapore, close to shops (obviously) bars, restaurants. We were a bit disappointed in the size of the room and in the in-room shower, everything looks so small, anyway, service from the employees is great as expected in Singapore, there is also a metro stop just outside the hotel, so great for mobility to other parts of the city and the airport. Would definitively stay here again when in the city.

Very convenient as it is in the heart of Orchard stretch of shopping. The kids love the rooftop infinity pool. Big minus is how thin the walls are. You can hear any noise from your neighbour.

Centrally located with both a rooftop bar and a regular bar on the 10th floor. Rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped. Staff are helpful and efficient. You can often get better deals booking directly than via a travel website.

This is from the restaurant only perspective. The food is not the best in town. There is a large variety. For some bucks you can get buffet. Or if you prefer some a la carte dishes.

Decided to have a change from the hotel we've been going to for years, so we came for a viewing and was shown around by Front Office Manager Naveen Edwards, really nice chap, he was upfront and honest with us. We were shown different rooms and decided we liked 1610 The Panoramic room, very big with 3 different views. All the staff are good and helpful, one of the good ideas they have is that the staff don't wear the normal name tags, they wear American style police badges on their belts, good idea. Restaurant is good, if there's any special food you need re — health foods, the hotel tries there best to get it for you. We always sit outside so Kandau and Mavis always serve us, very friendly staff. Its nice to see smiling staff who you can have a talk with, if there's anything they can do for you they will try to do it The bedrooms are kept really clean housekeeper Alice always asks if all to our satisfaction, and Yang Li always does a brilliant job, and never stop smiling and saying thank you. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jenorchardgate to anybody. If you want the best room go for 1610.

Hotel location is very convenient, easy access to shopping centers and orchard road, room size is little bit smaller, Wi-fi is free.

Outstanding location. Located above a large shopping centre which includes a food court, restaurants and the Somerset MRT station. Rooms comfortable, clean and a good size. Rooftop pool is great. Breakfast is good quality, varied and plentiful. Overall, highly recommended.

My last trip to Singapore was back in June and I was lucky enough to stay in 3 different hotels during my stay. All were within the same price range, different locations and all included buffet breakfast. Although I could recommend all 3 hotels I have to have to say that this Hotel, was by far our favourite as it truly ticked all the right boxes. The buffet breakfast selection was excellent, with a european and asian influence and the staff was very polite and attentive. The roof top pool is sensational! almost like a mini version of the Marina Bay Sands :) without the price tag and the nasty crowds. There is plenty of space and shade to relax, — it even has a little kiosk that offers some snacks and drinks, and little lockable compartments to charge your mobile if need be which was very handy. The rooms were of good size and super clean, the only tiny draw back if I would be looking to list one is the bathroom set up, as it lacks privacy as there is no actual door between the bedroom, shower and or vanity, which is OK if you travel with your partner but may be a little tricky if you travel with a friend :).

One of my all-time favorite hotels! There's a pool at the rooftop with a beautiful view, best in class breakfast and really great service.

Excellent location but the hotel itself is a little odd being at the 10th floor and you need to switch elevators to head up to your room. The room layout is pretty modern but I'm not a fan of the split toilet and shower design. Also make sure to take advantage of their sweet trolleys to move your baggage. Overall, the price is pretty affordable given that it's situated in Orchard Rd.

Nice hotel, quickly check-in and other service provider. Room is unique and convenience use. Power socket was challenge can not plug anything such as computer charger adapter but they provided USB socket also adapter is on request. Hotel is closed to MRT, it is very convenience for transit to other area.

Hotel is nice and quite. Only THING its lacking is the power supply. Being a international tuorist spot they should have universal power supply. But they don't. So I suggest atleast carry the 2 power adapter and/or extention cord while traveling.

Disappointing service. Check in was 2pm, but received our room key only at 5:50pm. Wasted 4 hours waiting for our room. Inexcusable.
