Salam and good day. Well this is not my first time here. I highly advice you stay at this location. Great service, great food and the price and competitive. I never had any problems with my experience at this hotel. Because of the corona issue the hotel is under staffed and it’s noticed all over the property. In general this will be my best hotel when I visit the capital of Saudi Arabia. Have a great stay and thanks for reading my comments. Dr SD 2020.

I've just spent over a week here. We were part of the large contingent in the Saudi Tour.
I just can't pick out any faults or flaws so I wont try to. We were treated with kindness at all times.
the food was fabulous every day. Beautiful clean rooms every day and the most fantastic staff who bent over backwards to help us all in any way.
the staff on the door you are all particularly cool.
I hope we can return next year to this amazing place where you feel like part of a big family.

Good all around. Good food, workout facilities, indoor and outdoor pool, excellent customer service… you name it. I love this place.

Asst. Human Resources Mr. Ali Shamrani must learn the necessities of professional work as soon as possible as his attitude against our brand was very unprofessional and dissapointing. He wanted to extend his stay at our hotel and demanded complimentary but after his request was refused, he started to disparage for our brand and hotel. Your company should take an action about this employee. Despite we are sister brands ihg group hotels, what he is doing is not acceptable!

Very expensive. Not worth the price at all. Very old renovated hotel. Spacious but old rooms with very small TV with bad reception. Inconvenient location. Will never stay there again.

The restaurant is not the one of five star hotel… boring and not high quality.

During this visit we had lunch at the Al Bustan Restaurant. We had a great time, and the service was good too! It is nice to have good service.

Very big rooms with separate study. Bathroom a bit dated but overall well maintained and clean. Stayed on the fifth floor… bit noisy from the lobby level.

We go there every week for bowling. Nice family bowling and not very crowded.

The ambiance is nice and the waiters are good but the food for breakfast has only few choices. It is like sr 160 something per person but the food is not that many, if there are many choices it could have been nice esp with the multicultural customers that you have. Thank you.

The sale of boulling is great to avoid during the weekends, the price is more expensive and there are too many people.

Very nice fitness centre which includes one bowling centre named as Palms Bowling Centre. Charges Sar 25 for Thursday, Friday and Saturday and Sar 20 for other days of the week for one game of bowling.

We were 35 to try out our team dinner at Intercontinental-Riyadh, but complete disappoint. 1. In the chilling cold winter there was not Heating arrangement. And arranged seating beside swimming pool. 2. Food Quality was really horrible. Saudi Campaign was tasteless. The item they called Chicken Manchurian was something else but for sure not the same. Waiters did not know what they are serving initially they said Biriyani Rice but later they find it is chicken Biriyani. The List is really frustrating and long. 3. Restaurant Manager was rude when we highlighted the vegetable curry is already spoiled and our veg Team members are not able to eat and all the above, he stated "If you want to have as per your quality, Go to a Authentic Indian Restaurant. " I strongly suggest not to visit especially at MONDO Restorent. The Rude arrogant managers name was "Sunil" or Something like that.

Good location. Big conference facilities. There is also a gulf course. The major issue is that the hotel is in need of a major improvements.

Luxury room with very good breakfast, the hotel is big and good located and easy to reach anywhere in Riyadh, they have good facilities for meeting, conference, small exhibitions, it is good for both business and leisure stays, very good restaurant in the site still prices are higher for same level and food quality in other places.

Wonderful place to stay, I recommend you to stay some night in Intercontinental Hotel to experience the best quality service and food tase. Also the accommodation are fantastic. The rooms are big enough to enjoy the real taste of luxury.

The biggest hotel in Riyadh which includes all what you need starting from restaurants to bowling, golf & tennis court. Its location is perfect if you want to stay near every place in Riyadh.

Located opposite ministry of interior building. I was at this place for tennis tournament in 1999. Nice cement grounds. Overall nice place to be there.

A nice hotel, the men at reception were very helpful and cooperative, Mr. Abdullah the person in charge of the reception was really helpful. The room was very nice and restaurants are also good.

Nice hotel with a friendly staff. The room are wellfurnished but the view is below average. It is the only hotel which have a female swimming pool, but the drawbacks that it is only ftom 10 am to 2 pm. Also the problem that there is no seperate Gym for women, she only can use it from 10 to 2 also which is really depressing. Overall everything is good there for men!

Great food, great service, very dedicated staff to match your expectations once you book in the Intercontinental.

Their Gym is awesome. It is quite empty and it is open twenty four hours a day. The trainer there is very knowledgeable and friendly and really knows his stuff. The only issue is the pricing. Recently they doubled their pricing for the gym because they renovated it. However, I give it five stars because of the timings of the gym and how it's relatively empty usually and there is a good parking space available. IF you have the money, then go to this gym, if not, then Fitness Time is the best.

I am not easily amazed but I love this Hotel! The Food Quality is outstanding. The Gym is a Dream and my Room was so comfortable I felt at home right away. This Hotel even features a Bowling alley. Look no further if you need to stay in Riyadh!

Very nice hotel in a superb location. The grounds and the gardens are lovely to walk. However the hotel itself needs attention. It is in need of face left.

The place is good to have an open dinner boufet or a Ramadan iftar.

Fantastic as always. The are renovating the hotel section by section. The new rooms are ultra modern and sleek, and the older ones are super classical and elegant. Amazing service and a pleasure to deal with as always. Thengym facilities are being renovated and im excited to see what they come out with.
