Management is brilliant, friendly and professional. People at check-in also faultless. Cleaning staff were great. Everyone respectful and helpful. Deluxe room was spacious, nice bed, nice AC, dressing table, enough mirrors, comfortable. Bathroom not the largest but does the job. Very clean. Everything just works as it should! Great peace of mind. Well, except the irons, neither the original nor its replacement worked. Swimming pool is males only. Breakfast is nice, good variety for a small hotel. Exactly what we were looking for to be honest, comfortable, clean, high class stay in a central location (major library and park just outside) and we were treated well. Would happily return!

It's good for less than 5 days, you will be wait a lot when you check out.

A very pretty hotel, beautiful on the outside, very nice on the inside. Loved their breakfast selections, their pastries are amazing, especially mini pain au chocolate Nice service, very good location.

Nice Hotel in Riad. Friendly and very helpful staff. Breakfast is very good. Barber Shop inside the Hotel is. Staff from the coffeshop is also friendly and helpful.

Nice quite Hotel. Down side is the restraunt, for dinner I would suggest to have out side. Staff is friendly, Rooms are clean, available on Reasonable rates.

الستاف ماهو مدرب كيف يرتب الغرف سريري من ٣ ايام ما ترتب. مافي اي علامات على اهتمام بالبيئه او التصدق بباقي الطعام. ما اتصح به يحب ان نكون واعين عند اختيار الفندق. للاسف الاعلانات والصور لا تطابق الواقع ومع ذالك يعتبر مو رخيص

Bad quality furniture. Pool is out of order. Poor gym. Service and breakfast ok.

Very slow service but the breakfast is fantastic if your are a healthy eater.

Very poor experience at this so called 4 star hotel. Ideally located near Olaya road but too many drawback to be recommended to any one. The breakfast is very average with a limited spread. Room given was not cleaned, dustbin was full used tissues, the bottles were used, the bedsheets not done and likes like someone had used the room and handed over without being cleaned. Aweful experience.

Staffs were relatively courteous when they feel like being nice. One minute later they don't care at all about being hospitable. The facility is fair enough and the location is outstanding.

Horrible place overall, the rooms smelled like smoke/dust despite having a non-smoking room, and the staff are useless. The internet connection kept disconnecting for long periods, overall it was out more than it worked. Don't recommend at all.

Friendly staff, quick service, spacious clean rooms and prime location.

Just ok; nothing special. Lobby is nice but rooms are dated and have thin walls. After several calls about broken tv, repairman finally arrived and blamed new maids. Restaurant was empty and only offered huge buffet which included an especially tasty fattoush alongside other standard mezze.
