Al Faisaliah Hotel, best hotel of Riyadh, very good location, twenty four hours butler service, safe and sequire place. Largest Banquet hall 4446 sq meters and very good management, all over in the Riyadh Al Faisaliah Hotel.

This luxury high-rise hotel next to the Al Daisaliyah Center skyscraper is 8 km from the National Museum of Saudi Arabia, and 38 km from King Khalid International Airport. Featuring designer furnishings, the sophisticated rooms have free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs and minifridges. The 1-and 2-bedroom suites add separate living rooms. Some have terraces, and 1 has a sunken whirlpool tub and a 4-poster bed. Butler service is offered 24/7. Airport transfers are free. An upscale restaurant in a rooftop glass dome offers skyline views and European cuisine. There are 2 additional restaurants, plus male and female spas with pools and fitness centers.

I love this restaurant. The food is tasty and the staff is friendly. There is an open salad buffet, mix of sea food, different types of salads and soup. The person will cost 200 plus without the drinks. They will serve you chicken, beef, and sea food. Their best is beef and gazal. I will for sure come again.

Decent hotel and good location with a mall attached to it. The hotel is split into two sub-hotels which could get a bit confusing. The first is the Faisaliah Hotel and the second is the Faisaliah Suites. Both are under the same managment just that the suites comes with a small living room attached to the room with more space. Highly recommend to try and get the view of the center courtyard of the building as even the top floors facing the back will be onlooking the alleyway. The rooms are decent and clean, with good furnishings and are all “smart rooms” where you control everything from the drapes to the lights and AC from an iPad. The service was not as great as expected and at times you will have to wait at least 10 min on the phone just to get hold of someone in the hotel. Though the staff are trying to be helpful there are some things (some minor) which could be adjusted to make experience better. The in room dining is decent with some restaurants available in the hotel and the tower Itself (didn’t try the buffet breakfast). For Riyadh it is in the top 10 but compared internationally I would give it 3.5 stars. For that I gave it an average of 4.

A very high end five star hotel. Near to everything you need. Malls, common street, near to the metro station (in the future) … etc.

Exellent service and accomodations.

This is a top calss 5 stars hotel. But you may have issue with parking. It's not easy to find parking but you can leave your car to the drivers. Otherwise it is one of the best in town. And it is huge located on the main road of Riyadh which is King fahad road. Sure it is a nice place to visit and enjoy.

It is in the center of Riyadh and luxury hotel. I came here to try their honeymoon package. It was wonderful with fabulous services.

It's a nice hotel with a shopping mall attached and several restaurants in the hotel. It's good for business and relaxation.

The hotel has great rooms and suites. Plus, you can walk to the mall through the lobby.

Built as a symbol of proud Riyad, it really serves the purpose. Good security, friendly and english knowing staffs, amble parking space, neat and clean property. Loved it.

A bit too colorful for me, but still a higher end hotel.

Hotel was nice and staff was friendly. However, upon checking out on the 28th of July 2015 I used a different card to pay for my stay and asked for the deposit to be released from a card I used when I arrived. The hotel charged us 2000 SR for our stay and didn't give us the deposit, which was 2900 SR, back. So basically they took 4900 SR in total. I called the hotel multiple times and no one was really helping or taking the matter seriously. One guy told me on the 11th of August that my money will be released the next day. It didn't. I sent an email stating my situation to the hotel and I got no response to my email. Today is the 1st of September and I'm still calling the hotel from overseas to get the money back. I'm so disappointed and hope you guys be careful.

My experience with the hotel is extremely frustrated.
1 — the reservation department has made a wrong booking cause they didn't read our email properly.
2 — the room wasn't ready at our checking in time which was clearly mentioned in our booking request 20th April 4:00am.
3 — they didn't allow my guests to take their breakfasts which is already including in our request.
4 — an airport drop is arranged and fully paid and there is no arrangement to drop them in time. It's more than 45 minutes now and car has shown yet.
5 — although a clear email has been sent to the reservation dep that the first night will be covered by the company, the receptionist has asked my guests to pay for it (although the checking in was only 2 hours early)

Very upscale place. I had a junior suite and it came with a butler named "Roland". I had no idea what to have the butler do, I thought about it for a few days and came up blank. If I had more time, maybe I would have had him draw me a bath. In the suite, there were two iPads that controlled the lights and the temperature. Pretty fancy, but not really necessary. It was a nice touch that your name gets put on the iPad when you check-in. There is a TV in the the vanity mirror in the bathroom, nice touch but I didn't think it was necessary. Separate shower from tub (tub was OK sized) and separate toilet. Size of bathroom was pretty good. I stayed in the newer construction so the lounge was a bit smaller, but it was still nice. I enjoyed the guy who filled the afternoon/evening coffee. The view of my room was towards the center, but my colleague had a room that faced the back. There was some construction that kept him up.

All five stars hotels in Saudi Arabia should be downgraded to three stars maximum. They don't have five stars hotel identity at all. Food is not 5s class, lobby is not 5s class, services are not 5a class.
