Good Biriyani, very good Verity of vegetables curry, plain rice and so on.

Really bad and dirty room, washroom stinks really bad. Stay away and save your money. This hotel is earning haram by telling lies to the customers.

It's 10 mnts walk to Haram… but one straight walk. No tunnels nothing… and yeah a reasonable good hotel.

The hotel is ok Its located on the up hill so going towards haram is easy but coming back looks tiring but then it's ok over all the hotel is good and the staff is friendly.

Walkable distance to Haram, but average type of rooms, indian Pakistani food not available nearby. Building is too old room are conjusted doesn't suit much for families with children's.

It is not near haram but very affordable. You have to use taxi to go to haram. Walk is 10 to 15 minutes or more if you're tired. Hardly a 1* hotel. No cleaning, tea or breakfast service.

I booked through booking, the room was too small, smells very bad, all beds and blankets are bad, in my 2nd night the electricity was down and they have no generator, and they did not replay my phone calls, apart from polite decent staff, ot is a horrible place.

Very nice and cooperative staff, good location 10-15 minutes from Haram and you don't have to climb any mountain while going to Haram or coming back. Free water and zamzam for drinking.

Very reasonable and good hotel. Rooms are clean. Wifi is working. Very Near to Al-Haram walking distance. Easy check-in. Even they let me check-in before their advised time.

Very friendly and polite staff. Wifi is available in the rooms. Rooms are decent.

Hotel is neat n clean. Location is very good n not far from Herm. Unfortunately there is no parking space associated with it. Even you park to drop your family and luggage you are fined with 100. SR which is very much painful. There is no guidance or help from the hotel for a new visitor.

Old building amazingly converted into a full fledged hotel! The transformation is quite unnoticeable…

ALHAMDULILLAH I went to umra on 24th October 2017 The hotel is located 10 minutes walk away from kaaba But it's in bustling area were taxi is available 24 hours and cost only 10 riyal Or quick 10 minutes walk I found this hotel very good value for money Plus it's not even that distance wene you start walk It's nice and clean Good service from the staff who are very helpful Even they provide you with a free bottle cold water each time you come from outside Don't waste your money on big name You only going to be there most a week And it's very worth it.

Simple yet good budjetery palace to stay when you are visiting Meccha.

This hotel provide free drinking water and zam zam water. Good cooperative staff.

Good place to stay at Makkah. Very near to Haram Sharif.

Ok for short stay. Nearly 1 km from haram.

A little far from Haram, not an easy walk for families. For singles it is fine. Beds were good quality. Staff was nice too.

Nothing to say about this hotel otherwise friendly staff and management during Hajj 2012 really thank you. Is what God me back again at home in God willing
