This is my third time to eat in the coffee shop in the lobby with my family. I've experienced the worst treatment of an attendant in my whole life. Racism at its best. Hope that the management could do an action with this kind of treatment to their guest. The name of the guy is Khaled. He even used his middle finger scratching his face, while I'm trying to explain my order, and pretending that I could not understand what his talking about. I just ignored him, and wont stoop down to his level. The thing is that, I'm just availing their promotion from 4pm to 7 pm, and he told me that I was entitled for one order from this… It's ok, but the thing was he made me look stupid and a beggar begging for an order. Anyway, I still remember the times I came here, with a lot of good memories. I hope that the management could correct this kind of disgrace in a Luxury hotel, offering the best service for their guest.

We went to La Voyageur restaurant in Sofitel hotel for lunch. First of all, the hotel is new and it looks like a five star hotel although there is a hint of an art gallery feel to it as there are so many abstract art pieces plotted around the hotel. It's also a bit of a walk to get to the restaurant so have your walking shoes on. The restaurant serves a buffet and was nice with plenty of dishes. The sushi is excellent and in my opinion, better than specialist restaurants like Sakura. The dessert table is large and you'll be spoilt for choice. Call before you go as they have themed days on certain days like when I went — it was an international rice festival and I'm not fond of rice. That being said, it was good and was made even better due to it being in the entertainer app.

Great place to relax or to meet but the prices are a lil bit high.

You have the sens of hospitality we enjoyed it but your restaurant prices are too high.

Fantastic hotel. Laundry services expensive. No iron in room. Food buffet is worth the price most days. All staff very polite and accommodating. Easy to speak English here.

Neat and clean with very good restaurants. The room was not spacious but still good however it was characterized by the bathroom style.

We came to the lounge. Nice view. Small and crowded. Nice desserts. The service is very weak.

Very nice hotel. With good and friendly staff. Room are well furnitured, spacious, location is quite good near to chornich, the main restaurant in the hotel is perfect with a lot of choices particularly for breakfast,, I recommend this hotel.

We stayed one night in the Cornishe tower during the winter school break. The hotel is very beautiful inside and the every member of staff we came across was helpful. The breakfast was fantastic. The room was very large although it was tough to find a socket to plug in my phone and laptop near the bed. The best thing about this hotel though is that it is directly across the street from the public beach. So it was easy to take the kids swimming and then get them back to the room when they were finished. The hotel valets your car for you so make sure you get everything out before you go to check in.

Dunyati Ball Room is a very unique Hall, it’s a round circular hall with a enormous dome, the Hall is clean and as you can see from my photos, sky is the limit when it comes to wedding decorations, I have worked with the staff on many occasions, and designed many wedding with many happy client. I highly recommend it for a wedding or engagement party.

I came with my wife two nights ago to enjoy the evening at the lounge. Even though I called to make a reservation and they told me no need. When my wife and I got to the lounge, they treated us like we don’t exist! No one even welcomed us! The lady was counting the money and the other person was passing us! Then when I told them Is there any table available they told me (go take a look by yourself, if there any table available) and then they left. Anyway the lounge is so small. Really small! I have to admit, the place was crowded. We were at the Sofitel not at small store in nowhere!

Very good hotel prime location but staff not high Standerd over all due to staff Standerd.

I would like to appreciate the front desk officer Mr. Yousef for his kind welcoming and great attitude, as well as Mr. Alam for his unbelievable friendly spirit.

Great food. The lunch buffet is absolutely divine.

Liked the hotel alot. The problem was the area around the hotel! The construction made moving around very difficult.

A very nice buffet and balcony for shisha, only problem is the road works that are still under process on the area.

This was a bad option. The gym is nice otherwise if you ask the staff about anything they will give you different answers just to answer.

I been there many times, I really liked it. Also I met someone there his name is Abadi was so helpful I would really thank him so much.
