5 stars because it's actually deserve it if not even more. But I have one think its about my favorite coffee called (hot) mocha it was really decent I expected something above the avarge mocha I think the coffee guy need to study a bit more about hot drinks … What I really like the cold drinks man like just amazing worth every Riyal.

Very beautiful hotel with unique design i live near the hotel and I used to come many times to lobby for coffee and drinks and snacks peace of art, nice place, with very relaxing music the colors of furniture and sound of waterfall is amazing the sky lounge is very nice view but u cant go there for drink or snack except minimum order for person is 200sr there is hooka there.

I visited their restaurant. I loved it. It worthy to pay the money. Soooooo delicious. It has a variety of dishes that keeps you eating.

I had breakfast buffet. The pineapple juice is not fresh despite the label of the container which was clearly written (fresh) The omelette is below average… The ambiance is good with the water front view. The variety of the buffet is limited and not attractive. The ladies restroom is terrible.! I wonder how come this restaurant belongs to the RoseWood famous chain…! I don’t recommend to try food there… I’m very disappointed. Its my first and last time to come here.

The Saturday buffet at Noodles restaurant (located inside Rosewood hotel) is outstanding. They serve high quality Chinese food with a broad selection of appetizers, freshly made noodles, rice and dumplings. Additionally, they serve a wide range of chicken, meat and fish dishes and their sushi is also equally as good. The view from the restaurant of the Red Sea is spectacular and the service is first class. It is a genuine 5 star experience. An added bonus is that it's in the entertainer app so it's buy one get one free for the buffet.

Nice rooms and very organized hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately happening in the period of Ramadan (and having western habits) I could try the buffet only once (exquisite especially the sweets).
Having to eat in the room I often ordered room service, I suggest the real grilled prawns!
For the evening I suggest you take a jump on the rooftop and try the Shisha (hookah) with its innumerable tastes!

Wonderful hotel, its No. 2 in Jeddah and it has wonderful Restaurants and a spectacular view of the red sea.

انا ماجربت غير بوفية البحري يوم الخميس وجلسات السطح اللي عالمسبح. البوفيه البحري لا يعلى عليه من جودة وطعم وخدمة وجلسات أنصح فيه لكن جلسات السطح حلوة للمشاهدة فقط المنظر جميل لكن خدمة سييييييييييئة لسه امس رحت المغرب محد يعبركم وسرا عشان الطاولات محدودة وفوق دا كله لما طلبنا تقريبا مرت ٤٠ دقيقة وماجا اي شي من الطلبات ولا حتى عصير ولما سالنا مشرف الكافيه قال انا كنت احسب تبوا النصيرات بعد الاكل! وتأخير الاكل لأنه المطبخ بعيد تحت والمصعد بطئ! وطبعا كذب لأنه احنا دوبنا طلعنا من المصعد فطبعا اعطيناهم كلمتين ومشينا! مع العلم انه الاسعار نااااار بس لأني أحب الفندق قلت اكيد يستحق بس ابدا لاتخاطروا في جلسات الروف جربوا الفندق نفسه هو التجربة الحلوة

My room’s view is not a city view nor a sea view, it’s a building view! Never come again, they don’t care about their customer services. Although I have booked the hotel for 6 nights, they don’t care if I am enjoying my stay or not. When I complain they said this is my request (i dont remember that I have booked a room with a building view! ) in the middle of my stay, they offered to me a normal room which they should offer it to me earlier! I declined the offer! They should please me in a way that makes me forget the bad experience that I got from the first 3 nights!

Great location. Professional and friendly staff. Easy and quick check in. Lobby and common areas are wonderfully built and decorated. Room design is okey with amazing sea and city view. The master control system is a neat touch and very convenient. Bed is comfy and cozy. TV has fair amount of sports and movies channels. Radio channels are not working. No sound system. Coffee maker and small treats with fruits upon arrival. Bathroom design is average. Shower system has broken switcher. Steamer works fine. Jacuzzi is in the bathroom which is a big let down, should've utilized the amazing view outside. And it was leaking a little. Some of the lights are burned out in the ceiling. Breakfast area is on the 1st floor. Should've been on higher floor for better sea view. The food is great. So many delicious choices. "Noodles" restaurant was a great experience, the dishes taste fresh and amazing, would highly recommend this restaurant. One major let down was the pool was closed for a week :/ and the coffee upstairs not for families until 6pm? What if I want to enjoy the morning sun with my wife? :/ Overall, it's an excellent hotel that needs renovations.

Continuing on the previous review dated a month ago by another customer. We found ourselves having a very similar experience at the "sky lounge". We sat next to a broken speaker that blasted with agitating noise along with the very loud non-loungy music which we' be asked if it was possible to change but nothing really happened. Food was average. It's a shame that such a place with an amazing view doesn't measure up to its prestigious name.

This was the worst restaurant experience I have ever had in Jeddah. We booked a table in the skylounge. When we arrived our table was located right next to a malfunctioning speaker which blasted static and white noise in our ears. We were given a different table after other guests had left. We ordered our food together, my friends food took 1 hour to arrive. It was cold when it was served. My food never reached the table. 1 hour and 30 minutes after ordering we gave up and wanted to leave. The manager came to ask what the problem was. When I told him I never received my food… he shrugged and said they were busy. Staff were unhelpful bordering on rude, food was cold, though possible could have been tasty when it was hot. Drinks took a long time to be served. Atmosphere was horrible with the malfunctioning speaker system blasting noise in your ears. I would never recommend this restaurant.

Today I visited the Rosewood Coffee Shop located in the lobby of the hotel. They a decent selection of pastry and Middle Eastern sweets. The place is a bit pricey.

Good place however the shisha place was over booked and had to wait 30 mins for the waiter to serve me.

Ginza Resturant: The worse sushi I have ever tasted, ingredients were not fresh and soup was rancid, service was lousy, unpleasant noises from kids running and screaming all around the place. The only advantage was the decor!

NOODLES RESTAURANT: Please shut down. After extensively trying out supposedly 5* hotel food, I was left wondering why I paid 450SAR for such disgusting food. The highlight of the dinner were the free prawn crackers. There was no taste in the food and whatever taste there was, put me off of eating all together. I would never recommend Noodles as an original Chinese restaurant to anyone. do not eat here if you're looking for quality food.

Excellent restaurant they have. Open buffet for seafood in Thursday evening. Excellent and delicious. Cook your food as you need and what you need. Worth to visit again.

I came here for my honey moon. Although its 5 stars hotel. The parking employee was very rude and we had to fight with him to enter. And once I used the bathroom, the sink was blocked. My special night was ruined thanks to this hotel.

Very good location, amazing sea view, authentic Asian cuisine restaurants inside the hotel. Room clean, comfortable, good room service and friendly staffs. Overall, elegant hotel.

Waw do not miss this place luxury in Jeddah. Highly recommended for new married couples to spend few days. Very exciting experience.

Excellent ambiance and service. Situated in a great part of the Corniche. Taking long walks along the Corniche in the evenings is wonderful…

The lobby it is amazing place to get meeting with your friend or to do bus. Meeting or to make relax and drink coffee.

Room environment is quite nice, but a little small, service is pretty good, the price is acceptable, bathroom needs to be improved.

It has a central location with a view of the Cornich (sea side). Plenty of dining options are available onsite. The lobby offers good tea and desserts. Service is spot on. The hotel doesn't have fitness center for ladies which is a shame. They have a swimming pool on the roof (only men)
