Our deepest appreciation and thanks to Jerry, he is very accommodating and friendly; we felt at home and well pampered through his hospitable service while enjoying our breakfast at the absolutely cozy restaurant. The food was delicious and all the staffs are very friendly. The Lobby decor and infrastructure was truly fantastic in details. Again, Thank you indeed to Jerry. Definitely, we will come back again once we have a chance.

بصراحه الغرف وسيعه و التصميم كويس ، و هادي جداً و رايق و اعطيته ٣ لسببين ، الاول و هو الاهم / المخدات سيئه ، نظيفه لكن النوم عليها سيء جداً جداً ، يعني كنت في رحلة عمل و كانت اليومين متعبه بالنسبه لي بسبب اني ما ارتحت بالنومه. السبب الثاني الفندق للامانه لاحظت بعض الكراسي اللي في المطعم ماهي نظيفه و الفرشه اللي في الغرفه فيها اثر وساخه. الفندق اعتقد لو يهتمون بالاشياء البسيطه يطلع اوكي. Spacious and quite hotel I rated it 3/5 because of the pillows they really suck and affect the quality of sleep.

Excellent service and friendly staff. The room was very nice and clean. We were well served during our stay. The staff were helpful and respond to our requests in a quick professional way. I liked the followup call to ask for our feedback or any recommendation to make our stay comfortable. Thanks to staff and managers specially Mr. Loay who was welcoming us during our stay.

Very bad service electricity went out 2 times in my 6 nights stay, and one day there was no water for 4 hours. The management has contacted me directly after posting the review and showed me that they are will committed to provide all residents with top service. I increased Rating to 3 تجربة سيئة جدا فخلال اقامتي لمدة ٦ ليالي انقطعت الكهرباء مرتين في يومين مختلفين. و في يوم آخر انقطعت الماء لمدة ٤ ساعات. لا يوجد خدمة غرف بعد الساعة ٧ الا بالنسبة لطلبات المطعم تم تواصل المدير فورا معي بعد كتابة التقييم و حرص على توضيح أسباب انقطاع الكهرباء وأنها خارج إرادة الفندق. تم رفع التقييم إلى ٣

Although the interior entrance decor was nice the customer service was so bad it ruined the experience for me. As well as the AC and electrics not working properly and the pillows being extremely uncomfortable. Not sure how it received its 5 star rating.

The hotel is clean and nice, but services are for half star only. You might have to call several times to get your request done. Hotel location is perfect and near to the airport.

Wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The room service is not something you will like and if u use some of the room amenities it’s like you have to beg them to replace them. I even made a call to them specifically asking for it. But was only given after the call not after that tho I stayed for 4 nights. It’s like you have to keep asking them day after day! The first day I was given few fruits on the table which was nice gesture but after that not replaced nor taken away! The decorations in the outside of the room is awesome but the room it self is neglected. The restaurant is super bad in a way I had a full meal plan, breakfast, lunch and dinner, but I only ate breakfast. The food variety is horrible.

The lobby is spacious, however the decor is reminiscent of the 15th century French palaces with a lot of gold trim, it's almost nauseating. But this is not the worst part. Checking in took a long long time although it was a slow time of the day. The guys at the desk were very inefficient, almost lazy. They seemed uninterested and at least one looked like he had an attitude problem. I've been to many many hotels in many countries where the receptionists were busy with a lot of people yet never had this bad feeling like this check in. The room was nice, clean and well kept and stocked. This is the only reason I gave this hotel 2 stars. Would I stay with them again? No way.

What a wonderful hotel, the staff are friendly , Hotel is new I would recommend it for anyone going for business or leisure At all it was excellent experience to stay at this hotel.

Room was 4th floor of 10 storeys. Rained heavy and water came seeping down the walls killing all electrics. Very unsafe. Food bland. Breakfast a joke. Egg benedict came out if the freezer ice cold. Take a shower and wait 1 hour for hot water to come through. No wonder it was so cheap.

I have been to this hotel for a meeting. In/out from the lobby take time due to packing slots is limited. Other than that everything is nice.

I have a lovely stay when at this Hotel, the suite was spacious. There is a kitchen that includes a fridge, microwave and utensils. Staff is very friendly and if you need supplies, there is a convenient store near the lobby. Moving around, there is a shops we can buy things right outside the hotel. Thank you.

Great location, right next to the airport. Fancy old style decoration — not my type, you judge for yourself — with very comfortable beds. Service is fine, I particularly had a problem liking the guys at reception. Pricy AF making me reconsider coming here again.

One of the superb five star hotels in Jeddah with highly modern interior designed decorative hotel that really amaze and attract hotel lovers to check in with highly equipped parking lot. Their staff are so polite and helpful that seems ready to serve their customers attired empeccably with smart manner and it's location is accessible to city center and so closed to airport.

This hotel is only 6 moths old so everything is new and shiny. Comfortable hotel with nice rooms and very friendly and helpful staff.

I have a seminar in this hotel it's really new and they might not rated the hotel yet. As long as I am concern the hotel is really clean and well looked what I don't like is the golden colour and the old type way of furniture. For me the buffet at the seminar looking good so everything was nice.

Expens than any 5 star hotel. While is even less than 2 star hotel and nit confortable at all.

Which is smaller than usual. Decor & Amenities — ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Decent decor, classic style. Clean and neat, so far!
