Nice that they accommodated us even though we haven’t had our prior booking. We did tried to booked ahead but it’s hard via telephone.

Very normal food & management, technically this is a fake five star resort.

I love the whole experience, the bed is comfy, the room is clean and the air condition is incredibly cold. Our room was situated in front of the pools and beach, the view is perfect! ❤️❤️❤️

Very unhelpful and annoying reception staff. They have racialistic attendance against non Saudi. We book 3 rooms and they took around 600 reyal as an insurance although I pay all the amount needed for 3 days in advance. We ask about open buffet for dinner in the beginning they said it start by 6 PM. Then when we ask again they said no open buffet and it is only set menu for room service. The beach is not allowed to use as there is a company has a day use for its employees. From the start I feel that they are against us and trying to push us out of the hotel.

Water sports activities are highly recommended especially the Jetski plus it’s affordable prices.

It has a particular sea sunset view which is rare in eastern area. Nice services, public shower rooms do exists in small number, warm place for families, good restaurant open buffet selection. Disadvantages: sea shore lacks attention, no chaise-longue, 2 sand showers are not working. Pools depth are only 1.5m only. Pool Could have been larger and deeper. Overall I'll give a decent rate. I would definitely reconsider going back there.

The day use is a nice option. The villa is also nice. But the price is high compared to the facilities. The kitchen doesn't have the main appliances needed like plates, spoons etc.

Really disappointed about room service, lack of towels, dirty beach and pool. There are 2 showers at the beach and does not work. Beach should be cleaned at least once a week, and guests should not be allowed to throw all their dirt outside the rooms. Lack of Supervision or advice from Hotel staff. Lack of maintenance service.

It was really fun there. I loved how you get to have the beach cleaned everyday and the way it feels like it's all yours. Such a calm place with lovely workers and people. The room service is amazing, the food might be expensive but it's worth it. If you're afraid of the sea, plunge to the swimming pools! Have a yummy breakfast at the buffet that offers a variety of all breakfast foods. At night evening go in a ride on a motor boat, at night go have fun riding tricycles with your family and friends. Then sit down at your own desk read some books and go sleep on your own comfy bed. Thanks to the kind staff as well♡

Very nice hotel. Location in the half moon beach, very nice sea and pool view from the room, room is very clean and tidy, service is very good, staff always smile and helpful, food was very delicious. All is very nice.

Resort, location and all are good. But the reception staff, housekeeping Were bad and not professional. No value for the calls and respond to the request of basic things.

Went to this Iftar dinner buffet at the tent. It was simply awesome! Wide range of menu including very good salads.

I wanted to stay over nite with some family friends at holiday Inn half moon beach resort but it's too expensive with no reason, even they don't have the fine balconies at sea-front. Rooms are average. The worst part is the management was reluctant to allow for bbq.

Its a nice place and i'am happy very much for 3days vacation with my employer,,, and I thankfull of us.

زيارتي كانت وسط الاسبوع. فما كان فيه زحمة. خطت شاليه ثلاث غرف. المنتجع نظيييييف جميل ورااايق … الفلل حلوة وستايلها مناسب لشاطئ يعني تصميمها يختلف عن الفندق. النظافة يوميا يجي بدون ما نطلب… الاستقبال شبابنا السعوديين متعاونين جدا. العيوب: الاسفنج حق الكنب والسجاد قديم. بس دورات المياة نظيفة. للاسف فيه شيشه وعادة تكون ع المسبح. البوفية سعره افطار ٥٠ ريال كبار ٢٠ صغار. الغدا ٧٥. العشا ١٠٥ لنزلاء. ١٢٥ لزوار. تجربة جمييييلة وراح أعيدها بحول الله ملاحظة اذا حجزتوا من بوكينق. يحسب خمسين ريال فقط افطار لجميع نزلاء الشالية. يعني موكل قرد يدفع خمسين. نزلاء الشاليه كلهم حسابهم جميع خمسين ريال. يعني اوفر بكثير من إنكم تروحون متفرقين وتاخذون افطار.

Not a bad place at all. The breakfast was not the best. The beach is not to clean as well.

2 star for the location only. The hotel facilities is in a very bad conditions and not cleaned.

Good facilities as resort but no water games (motorized /none) and only one restaurant and a Cafe with shisha.

Lovely place for the families to spend quality time around the pools, the room are good, the service is amazing, they have one of the best restaurants inside the hotels, great chefs I suppose.

Un qualified stuff doesn’t know anything.
Unpolite stuff specially the restaurant man (tunisian) I think I was about to call police for him because of his very bad attitude and he was the important reason to get my money back and leave.

No service at all no beach service no towels no thing at all.
I will recommend any one to go there and I will not ever go there again or reserve in any branch of holiday inn group again.

خدمه المطعم من اسوأ خدمات المطاعم ولا تليق بفندق غير مصنف اصلا وليس من مجموعه مثلا هوليدي ان
شخص في المطعم لا اعلم اسمه ولكن اعتقد جنسيته تونسي اقرع ويرتدي نظاره في قمه قله الذوق وقله الادب ولا يصلح للتعامل من بني ادامين لا يصلح حاي لمعامله حيوانات غير مؤدب بالمره ويعامل النزلاء بطريقه قذره وكنت علي وشك طلب الشرطه له وكان من اهم اسباب استرداد المبلغ المدفوع واصراري علي انا اغادر الفندق
لم اكن اصدق التقييم المتدني جداً علي بوكينج ومواقع الحجز الاخري ولكن هذا الفندق يقيم ب — ١٠٠ لن اوصي ابدا اي احد بالاقامه بهذا الفندق الذي لا يرقي حتي لدرجه hostel.

Worst place ever, I went to the caffe near the pool and it cost 160 SAR per person with uneatble food, shisha cost 95 SAR (not included in the 160) very very bad service, they don't even deserve a sing star, they deserve minus Five stars, this is the first time that I wish Google map to have this option (minus Five) and by the way the persons who gave five stars am sure that they work in this place, which means they are trying to fool the rest of the people.

My husband and I, visit here several times for a good breakfast after our morning walk during weekends. But just this weekend we decided to stay overnight. It was indeed a relaxing experience staying in one of their hotel room. The room was so spacious and tidy. The price in Their buffet Dining is reasonable enough. The staff are good. Definitely I would highly recommend this hotel.

الاستقبال جدا سيئ ، التعامل معك الدقه في الوقت ، الخدمة المقدمة ما تسوى ٢٥٠٠ ريال بعد ما حجزت عندهم قبلها بليلة حظوريا ودفعت الفلوس في الاستقبال اتصلت اليوم الثاني اتاكد من الفلة ورد علي واحد اسمه محمد الفقة يقول ما عندك حجز ، اليوم الثاني وقت التشك اوت اتصلوا يقولون اطلعوا معكم ٤ دقايق التعامل سيئ الخدمة اسوء الخدمات مّثّل مطعم زي الناس يقدم اكل لذيذ ما فيه يا اخي انا مستعد ادفع واحصل خدمة مقابل انصحكم روح حط خيمتك على البحر اصرف واحسن واوفر لك

For a romanic might not great sine too many kids. Plus the kids are getting food by them self and making a mess. Also lady restoram was very nasty. After all, wouldn't suggest it for it's price.

Nice hotel on the beach in aziziyah al khobar, nice view of beach and also have swimming pool, delicious food and also good rooms on it, also have a rooms like villa near the beach.

Ambience and all is good. Service is fast and is easily approachable place. So go spend some time.

The location is very good however note that it is far fron city center and I believe price is bit high if you compare it with hotels in Dubai Qatar and other GCC countries.

Its overly priced, but its worth it. My missus and I really enjoyed our time as a couple. The breakfast was really good. I think it was totally worth it. The location is out of nowhere, so make sure you don't rely on taxis and have your own car.

Food was nice, beach and pool are nice, bathroom and changing rooms are really bad.

Good place to enjoy a day use, swimming pools available and a beach but public WC are not good enough to match hotel name Restaurant is good and tidy but limited varieties.

As we stay only one night but marvellouse sea view point, cool enviroment for leisure guest and beautiful swimming pool even we didnot swim. Thank you for Mr. Kumar and shivaraj for nice service. We would like to suggest to improve in room maintenance and decoration. So that guest will feel its 5 star hotel.

What the f***! I came single to see it inside to make reservation for my family, but they didnt let me in! Because I was single and its only to let families in! Are you serious? I called the management to complain afterward, but they are so weak. Really shocked how they manage to set rules! I can judge the place by just knowing that someone with that way of thinking is running this business.

The furniture is very dangerous for kids. Doesn't suit parents.

The management should allow the women to wear even shirt and shorty shorts while swimming.

Management depends only on location, lack of competition, and brand to "force" people to come to this old fashioned place. * Service is so bad … * Expensive compared to service… * Irresponsive and disengaged staff … * Very old furniture and facilities.

I think that everyone who says nice place is lying. Old decoration, expensive, the food they serve is disgusting and the place is not clean at all. It deserves less than one star.

There is no masjed for women, Bathroom is not very clean, as a woman I couldnt swim in the swimming pool and water is very expensive.
