We stay 4 nights in the sunset villa. Every thing was nice and clean. The reception man was very friendly and helping (mohamad). my kids enjoy a lot the kids water park inside the resort. We enjoyed the villa beach. Even the woman picine and beach was great and clean all worker was friendly and helping in everything we need. The entrance to lagoon for free was also enjoyable. The breakfast was perfect whatever it was in sayad restaurant or reaching our room it was variable including so many variety. I will come again for sure. I highly recomend.

We were allowed to spend 12 days at Dana Beach. It was one of the most amazing holidays so far. The hotel was just super nice and very well maintained. The staff very very friendly and accommodating. You could completely relax and let your soul dangle. We will definitely be back.
The animation was also very helpful and helpful. Especially Babsi, Momo, Kimo do their job great. The only point of criticism is Kristina from the animation. I think she's just an animator to get her money's worth. Dealing with people completely zero.

-The worst thing ever is the food, even if it has 4 or 5 restaurants but the food has no taste and they keep adding the food of the previous days which caused us a stomach ache also it’s not cheap at all to provide such a bad service. Not recommended at all.

View is awesome especially during night, all good, a place you can enjoy and relax.

The place looks only, the housing service is very slow, the food is very bad, the bar is poor, the handling of most of the workers is not good, the cleanliness of the rooms only looks, nothing has been changed, such as towels, I recommend the place in the photography only.

-it is a huge hotel but it has the worst staff ever
Reception staff, Bar staff, and beach staff they all need extra money to do their work or even smile in your face
-The worst thing ever is the food even if it has 4 or 5 restaurants but the food has no taste
-Most of the rooms have horrible views
-their is no animation team

I really liked the rest in this wonderful place. The beautiful territory of the hotel. Attentive and friendly staff. During the rest there was no negative impression. The waiter Mohamed Salah was very memorable. A very honest and attentive person. You need to go there and feel all the impressions yourself.

Many thanks to aALLE hotel staff during these difficult times! Knowing that all guests leave (must) all stand is super nice, helpful and accommodating, we felt very comfortable. We will definitely be back next year. A special thanks goes to Taner from the Castello Bar, who took care of us every evening and gave my sister-in-law a wonderful 50 birthday. Stay healthy!

بعدتجربة سيئة وإقامة لمدة يومين (ويك إند) أو إفادتكم عن تجربتي وهي: وجدت تعامل سيء جداً من طاقم العمل وبالذات موظفين الرسبشن غير مرحبين وغير مهذبين. إضافة إلى أنهم لا يسمحون بإدخال أشخاص أكثر من عدد السراير ولا يفرقون بين طفل وشخص بالغ في احتساب الأشخاص. مستوى المنتجع ونظافته أقل من عادي. وأعطيه نجمتين إلى ثلاث نجوم. إدخال المنتجع للزوار مقابل رسوم ونتج عن ذلك فقدان المجمع للراحة والأمان نظرا لامتلائه بشباب غير مريحين للعوائل ويتجولون في أنحاء المنتجع إضافة إلى الازدحام والمضايقة منهم في استخدام مرافق المنتجع كالمسبح. خدمة الغرف سيئة جدا ولابد من الاتصال عليهم عدة مرات حتى تتم خدمتك وفي الأخير لا يتم تزويدك بما تحتاج من مناشف ومنضفات. فلكل دورة مياه منشفه واحدة وما زاد تحسب برسوم. والمناشف التي على المسبح تؤجر بـ ٢٥ ريال. إذا لم تكن فلتك على البحر فلا يمكنك السباحة في البحر ولا يمكنك مشاهدته. ويمكن الذهاب إلى شاطئ فلل تمليك خارج المنتج ويحتاج مشي مسافة طويله ولا تصل إليه بالسيارة وغير مخدوم إضافة إلى أنه مليء بالشباب المزعجين وغير مناسب للعوائل. لا توجد خصوصية في الشواطئ الخاصة بالفلل. مطعم المنتجع متواضع جدا وأطباقه أقل من عادية والأسعار مرتفعة جدا. مختصر كلامي مررت بتجربة سيئة جداً مقابل مبلغ مرتفع جداً وأتمنى من الجميع عدم تكرار التجربة السيئة التي مررت بها.

نظام المنتجع سيء مره، بالرغم من ان سعره مرتفع إلا ان كل المرفقات بفلوس اضافية. اذا حجزت شاليه ب ٣ آلاف لعائلة بتحتاج ٣ آلاف ثانية عشان تستمتعون بالمرفقات. حرفيًا من أصغر إلى أكبر شي بسعر إضافي، حتى مناشف الشاطئ بفلوس!. استغلال مو طبيعي. و الدخول للڤلل ل٦ أشخاص فقط و الاضافة بفلوس حتى لو انه بدون مبيت! و مسبح السيدات له شروط خاصة فيه لازم لبس سباحة "نايلون" و غطاء للرأس. للأسف المكان كويس و النظافة ممتازة فيه، بس ينقصهم حسن التعامل و الضيافة.

Where to begin… we went for full day stay and the resort was very friendly starting at the gate with the help of family friend named Mahmoud. Then we rested at the lobby to cool off from the noon heat with Apple mojito. I then went to the women's ONLY pool/beach — that was so impressive, (and husband to men side) I got my activity, games and TAN! (They can clean the beach sand more but manageable). With food we went to Alsayad الصياد restu and they had variety food options and quality delicious food, as well as great customer services with options of sitting areas. Later on the evening there was World Cup game for big teams and we went to Samari cafe, they had big screen for soccer fans to watch. There is more things to do like; kids festival area, biking option, golf kart rentals, Starbucks is there, villas to stay, horse back ride etc. Overall great experience with a lot of options and next time we are staying over to enjoy all facilities available.

Food was not that much tasty, location was good.

Villas are good but beach is terrible. Cant go in water due to stones. Sand is not good in beach.

It's like a mini US or Canadian neighbourhood. Extremely well designed and executed. Very clean and maintained environment. I stayed in Garden Villa and the view of the water park was really good. Apart from that, bay water was very clean and the food quality was literally sumptuous, both at the club hall restaurant and at the Lebanese restaurant. I would strongly recommend taking accommodation with breakfast as it was at par with any five star hotel. All in All Dana Beach Resort is a great family Destination.

We stayed at Garden Villa for a night and trust me when I say that it was Fabulous … amazing hospitality, extremely prompt room service, great location by the bay and super facilities. Highly recommended for a day's visit with family. One suggestion, just try to reach the resort a little early to make full use of the day. It took us around 4.5 hours to reach there from Riyadh.

What a beautiful place! I never thought such a thing exists here… It’s a premium and clean resort with great staff, good food and generous service… Staying in one of the sea view villas was such a unique experience that I highly recommend to families in Riyadh or the eastern region looking for a getaway!

Family and kids love it. Lot's of activities to do. Very high quality and good service. The villas are always like new. Good variety of choices in breakfast.

Such a nice resort for couples or families. I got to stay in the new section of the resort (Royal Villas/cabin). Honestly, the entrance felt a bit boring and old-fashioned because of the old houses (which belongs to the resort) that faces you after the reception. HOWEVER, inside the new section is something else; very beautiful. Every unit has it's own front yard (w/green landscapes), back yard (w/ swimming pool facing the sea ❤, a beach, and of course the beautiful sea). If you're looking for privacy to swim in the sea that's not possible unless you bring extra clothing lol because basically you get your section but everyone else in the units can see you. Inside the units, the resort provide towels, refrigerators and freezers, sodas, dinnerware, refillable (black tea, green tea, coffee, sugar etc) tray, TV, beds, bathrooms, maid room, medium size grill ❤, and many big windows to see the breath taking view of the sea. I saw different activities provided like horseback riding, bicycling, mini zoo (its very weird and out of place I think. I hope the animals get freed), playground for kids, gulf carts, and def. Other different activities which I cant remember. There is mini market, cafe, and free (yummy) breakfast provided I believe from 7:00 a. M — 10:00 a. M Overall, I really loved my stay in this resort. It's very relaxing and so beautiful. Great scenary esp. The sunrise and sunset. I really loved the swimming pool which changes colors at night.

It's a nice and cozy ambience seeing the sea and easy access at the beach activities like jet skies.

Very nice resort with alot of activities, jet boat, jet ski, huge swimming pool, horse riding, diving, fishing, motorcycle, cycling, childern play, clowns, indoor games… etc Nice villas with access to the beach. Nice restaurant with Mini market (grocery store). However, always late in providing services to the villas and some what expensive charge for villas but reasonable charge for small rooms.

It is a really nice place with various activities for different ages and genders including water games, theatre, restaurants, cafes, green areas, privacy on the beach.

It's a nice place to have like a weekend up there, you can see such an awesome sunset other wise there are a lot of activities to do riding horses and bicycles and other things which are so good.

Very Modern Villas with a Fantastic view by the Beach, well Clean and all you need just around you, They have a lot of Facility for all Ages Spicule for Kids additional to Multiples Choices for Dining and cafes Over all its a place where every one will enjoy it and spend a good time their.

Dana Beach Resort is a great place. I have never seen such a beautiful place in entire GCC. Now, I dont have to go elsewhere to enjoy a beach front holiday. Their villas are spacious and clean, the Housekeeping staff are very hospitable. They have 4 different restaurants plus a Ice cream shop and a Coffee shop which caters to all tastes. The food was really delicious. The place also had a Kids Acqua play making it an ideal place for families with children. The beach is so clean and the staff very responsive. They also have a Horse riding club, a diving club, ATV track, Kids FunZone making it a treat for all. I think Ladies will really enjoy the all exclusive Ladies Spa which has a private pool and a Ladies only private beach. The spa services also were really good. My wife really enjoyed availing the spa service. The most important thing I liked was privacy. So I highly recommend this place to everyone in KSA and outside.

I spent a night recently. Cool family room with balcony viewing beach, free morning breakfast was great. The resort is large and has its own beach area which is cool.

It seems to me that the other reviews are about another resort. I hesitate before going to Dana beach resort after reading all the negative reviews but I was pleasantly surprised that the place is really nice. Clean, maintained, comfortable with lots of activities. One of the best in the area.

The place is dirty. No housekeeping. The receptionists are non-professional and unploite.

Need to improve, no Wi-Fi in balconies, old furniture some of them are broken, needs more employees in reception. More than 1 hour to complete the reservation.
