Best hotel room is very clean every facility is available there… Very nearest of masjid nabwi Haram sareef Gate no 6

3 star hotel at MADINAH near gate easily view from moving Car Has 810 rooms with big lobby and 10 elevators.

Hotel service is good, rooms are clean, and near to MASJID NABWI gate no 6, 7. You can veiw Masjid Ghamama from hotel.

Amazing experience It's okay near to Haram but improved the services I visited 31 Jan 2018 near to gate 6 Haram only 3 to 4 minutes in Haram masjid Nabvi shareef. The love Pakistan.

Wonderful experience so far. Wifi service available. Much space available in the lounge to keep luggage and there are couches as well to sit and chat. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. Masjid e Nabawi is very close and can be reached by a 10 min walk.

Peaceful place and near to gate no 6 of mosque But counter, reception have uneducated arabic people who have not manner to talk with human and in saudia arabia 99% local people is mentally disable who have no manner.

A tough place to live in with the elevators waiting time too long. The occupancy of the hotel is huge for the reason the stay in this hotel is painful. You will get a feeling of staying in an overcrowded haji camp. Room's condition arent very good too. The only good thing about this hotel is its close proximity with the Masjid Nabawi!

Near masjid ghamama and gate 6 so very close. Very small rooms. Room cleaners at floor 7 make lame excuses when requested to clean room. Heavy rush on elevators after salah.

2 star for location only. But the services are very bad. Actually Arabic people are very ignorant By birth so hotel is ok ok but people are very bad.

Reasonably good hotel for pilgrims who are coming to visit Masjid Al Nabawi, in groups of 30 or more. Main Foyer and reception area is normally fully crowded and noisy as also the mess arrangements made for them are average. Here in the mess people are jostling for space as it is over crowded during breakfast lunch and dinner time. The very good plus point about this place is that it is situated very close to the mosque. Gate No 6 which is one of the enterance is about 100 metres from the hotel. In view of the very large number of pilgrims accessing internet simultaneously the Wi-Fi does not connect.

The hotel is good though but the maintanence on thw 1st 2nd and 3rd floor sucks when I came here it was all water dripping out of the roof of my room. When I first openwd the room there was a bucket kept there just below where the water was dripping I tried too much to get it fixed but I cant even the mechanic said that this us out of my reach. After all finally I had to change my room.

Good rooms but hard to get parking, near to Masjid Nabwi.

Near from Babu s salam very far for ladies to go for salam @ muaja mubarak.

Room not very clean poor room service TV just 5 chaneal no phone in the room frig not working expensive price for room bugs everywhere. Good thing it has parking.

Horrible services. No one takes call at reception. Water on floor in the room and no one attends for hours together. No towels in the room. No light at the access door. No in room information even to contact essential services. No one seems to know the Wi-Fi password. All they helped me is give me the keys.

It need more renovation to keep it up to date. It is full of 90's vibes and broken bathtub, old hard bed does not does justice for the money you fork out of your wallet.

Good hotel of 3 star rating… service slow but endemic to saudis coz they and their employees dont care since hajis have to come and live anyway…

3 star hotel, near to masjidil harom nabawi, but need improvement for cleaning @ public area.

Nice place to stay. The problem with cleaners only. They don't return things where they were in first place.

Economical rates and nearness to haram, mind it most buildings are tall here and Wi-Fi is usually linkeable in lobby area, the windows are kept close for air conditioning to work properly electrical disturbance does not let Wi-Fi signals reach top floor or inside rooms due to windows closed, hot weather recommend this hotel.

Very near to Masjid-E-Nabwi gate number 6. Walkable distance of 4-5 min.

This hotel in Medina is about 5 minutes away from the Haram. Very spacious rooms with 12 lifts.

Near about 90/ meters from masjid e Al nabvi is good there's no doubts but some time Wi-Fi not working properly.

I have been there in Ramadan the hotel was clean and nice, close to the mosque and to the main road, have Wifi on reception area.

Lack of cleanliness, no toiletaries, slow reception personel response. +ve : the location is near Al Haram.

I went during Ramdhaan. Honestly, it was very decent and clean. Staff were helpful and respectful to guests. The Jordanian manager is a gentleman and goes the extra mile for even the smallest request. Definitely going back there.

Our one night stay was bad experience. When we checked in our room was totally not prepared and washroom was smelly. No service. Just excuses.
