Good location especially for ladies. Hotel cleanliness is very good only Wi-Fi signals issue in rooms rest staff is excellent n helping. At check in they helped a lot upgrade our rooms even without charging anything. Breakfast is awesome.

Biggest positive is proximity to gate 26 (ladies ziarat). Big rooms with uhud mountain view. Beds are mediocre quality but comfortable blankets and clean washrooms. Staff professionalism is average. Don't pay too much for this hotel otherwise will feel no value for money.

Location was good. Staff is friendly Check in & check out was punctual & easy Breakfast buffet was excellent Although the parking was small & parking lots were limited I was able to find a parking all the time in my 2-day weekend stay.

Nice hotel, near to holy site. Good room services although there is remove for improvement. Rooms are nice with reasonable prices.

Mashallah. Best hotel for family. Very near to haram. Restaurant serves u d best food. And the best thing is at d reception saudis are very polite to their guests at Al eiman royal hotel. Had a wonderful stay here… Thank you. Jazak Allah Khair!

Great hotel to stay near haram gate # 26 Just 3 minutes far away from haram. Hotel lifts are good in condition and good in number too. Hotel cleaning service is good.

Location at Holy City of Madina near Gate 25-26 of Nabawi Holy Mosque. The hotel sarounding many local store and resto.

Excellent hotel. Less than five minute walk to masjid AlHaram… Our stay was made comfortable by very nice and helpful staff… Rooms are good size, neat and clean. Will definitely stay here again.

3rd Class Hotel. I don't know who approved 5 Stars for this cheap hotel. Very congested room, inferior and paint — 10 points. If you turn side on the bed it gives you 100 types of different voices. It's my first night here and over all experience is very Bad…

Great location with high level of service in Almadina. They provide underground parking. There food is great and staff are very friendly. Room is spacious, neat and very clean. Prices were very reasonable as well. I highly recommend it in Madina.

Very nice and comfort to stay here. Good serving. It's close from Great Haram Mosque. Into one with the mall.

Did not like the service nor the breakfast! Juices were watery and egg station was closed on one day because the chef was on holiday! They should have told the guests to arrange their own eggs for the day!

Bad experience. Labor is good, management don't take interest to improve system. Bad lift experience. Door cards becomes faulty every 6-8 hours, needs recharge every time.

The hotel furniture is new and comfortable but the personnel needs trainings and improvement. The guys at the reception would not accept to delay the check out time for 12 pm to 1 pm after Dohr prayer. Breakfast open buffet is not of the expected level for a 5 stars hotel. Croissant cold and untasty, no natural juice, no fresh fruits and proposed coffee and tea are of unknown brands. We spent the two previous nights in another very close 5 stars hotel and quality was really better.

Stayed during visit to Madinah. Rooms are ok, safe in room wasn't working, asked to get fixed for 3 days no response. Elevator is a whole different story. Not sure who programmed it it was horrible. Every time I wanted to use it, I had to wait a few minutes. I should have known from the seats next to the elevators.

Apart from very rush during Hajj, it has very nice rooms and excellent food buffets. Facilities are really good apart from the availability of cold water in cold taps. Reasonable distance from the Prophet's mosque. Easy to travel by foot and come back for another prayer.

Stayed here in quad share room from 14th Jan 2016 for 3 nights. Pros: 4-5 minute walk to the gate 25 which is right infront of the ladies section of the mosque. Quick check in abd check out. English speaking staff at the reception. Comfortable room with 3 full and 1 small bed. Clean bathroom and quick room service. Cons: One bed was small in the quad share, would be uncomfortable for someone taller than 5 and a half feet.

Very small bathrooms very very poor service and very expensive but not good breakfast.

We stayed at el eiman royal for 6 days… our room was located at the 14 th floor, 3 beds with the view on the valley of Ohod. It was a good size and clean room with a very nice bathroom. The reason I give a 3 star is because we really didn't appreciate the breakfast, very disappointing, lack of freshness, lack of choice and restaurant is not very clean. Really need improvement on that! staff was nice and hotel is in a good location, close to haram.

Be sceptical with regards to KSA hotel ratings as this is perhaps, at best a 3* establishment somewhat akin to premier inn in the UK. However it is very close to gate 26 and the woman's entrance to the mosque, and close to amenities. The front of house staff are polite, although their English is not the best. House keeping are also good in ensuring the rooms were kept clean and tiny. Fresh towels were provided everyday and complimentary bottles of water was provided. We had the breakfast option which I must say impressed us all with the quality and variety of food available. Onto some negative points, it's difficult for me to describe the rooms but once you walk inside you can tell it's around a 3 star hotel; the showers don't drain properly due to apparent narrow draining pipes and the fittings etc feel flimsy. However for the price and close location to the woman's entrance to the mosque (I travelled with my mother and three younger sisters) I should state that we enjoyed our stay at Al Eman.

Hotel is outdated. Very close to the masjid. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet had many options.

Room not suitable for stays more than 3 nights Read all 5 points (at least their beginnings) 1. Small rooms — 1 bed room same size as 4 bed room. Only number of beds increase. 2.1/3 of all rooms of the hotel has its beds positioned for feet towards qibla — You have to rotate 180° to face for feet towards the headboard and if you are tall you are going to touch that headboard 3. Bad for family. Choose only 2 person per room as you wont have any place to keep your luggage 4. The toilet-vase just behind the door and has its metal door stop on the floor like 2 inches from that base of the vase. — Just hope you dont step on that barefoot cause you gonna bleed 5. All the sockets around the room are connected to the lights. If you switch off the lights you cant use any socket except one for the kettle which is way far from any bed. — You won't be able to charge your phone near your bed without the lights on.

A bit far from Masjid-e-Nabwi about 0.9km. Good to stay. Economically and hygienically good.

Very very bad experience. How come it is 5 stars hotel? It is less than 2 star hotel. Bad stuff and bad room service staff. Breakfast is limited options and unfresh. I stayed 5days during March 2016.

الفندق جميل وموقعه ممتاز جداً ولكن موظفين الاستقبال سيئين جداً في التعامل وبطيئين لابعد الحدود ناهيك عن الامن على بوابة مواقف السيارات بعد!

Front office staff is illetrate and discourtious. Never try to think about this hotel.

Stayed here for a couple of days after Hajj. The place was packed yet the staff was helpful and cooperative. Food was awesome :)

Bad experience can't be 5 stars hotel. They have to review too many thing reception staff not qualified. parking bad organized not easy to get assign place for your car. Bad service in cleaning & maintenance full night without electricity inside my room. Elevators too small & not available all times. Internet Wi-Fi not free as indicated in their site. the owner & top management have to think deeper for different way to deal this property & guide for better arrangement & organization with competitive staff.

Very bad experience. No parking unless u fight with them. No Wi-Fi. This is a three star hotel. Not a five! I dont recommend for anyone.
