Hotel is ok. Breakfast can be improved. Staff is helpful.

It is a good place to stay during the visit to masjid Nabawi Madinah. The location is close to the masjid (10 minutes walk). And there are also some restaurants, gift shops and convenience store near by.

Ok hotel, not 4 star, more 3 star. Buffet was alright, however bathrooms need updating. Staff were kind, and helpful. 4 min walk for me go the masjid. Went with family, saw alot of big groups using this hotel. Its more for groups that come. I wouldn't come here again with family. Not any family spaces to chill or relax. The space downstairs was always occupied by the big groups. But they had 3 or 4 lifts which was great.

Such a nice hotel and very near to masjid. Real value for money.

This hotel located 600m from Masjid Nabawi, we can walk away towards masjeed.

Hotel was very close to Masjid alNabwi 3 to 4 min walk to women's gate 15. Room cleaning was very nice. They cleaned the room and changed sheets daily Welcomed with plate of fruits and two bottles of water in the room. Room air conditioning was awesome. Checkin was smooth and quick and the staff delivered our luggage in our room. Negatives: 1. No iron and iron table available even though mentioned in hotel facilities. 2. Front desk almost never picked the phone 3. Staff was not very welcoming and hardly smiled. 4. My room card keys needed to be reactivated almost everyday. I asked the reception to fix the problem but they could not. I had to activate the card key daily which was very annoying. 5. Lifts are veryyyyyyyy slow so keep your margins when you leave for prayers. 6. No stove in the room.

Its was an awful experience and I'm glad we only stayed for two days. When we first arrived in at the hotel the guy that was checking us in was very distracted and he wasnt even paying attention to what we saying. They did not even give us a single water bottle even though we booked two rooms. There was no iron and kettle to make tea in. The worst of all was the shower, it god awful. The water pressure could barely move a leave if it tried. There was no hot water in the shower. It was tub shower combo and the tub was very small. I could on and on about this awful hotel but I think this will will give you an idea of how much I didnt enjoy this hotel. So im not going recommend this to anyone.

Rude management. They wouldn’t provide drinking water and glasses in the rooms. Upon asking, manager simply refused. Lifts are small n slow. Better to avoid.

The location is really good if you have women with you as it is less than a 5 minute walk to the women’s section of the Prophet’s Masjid. However after that the Hotel leaves a lot being desired. The elevators desperately need a new program to operate in a more efficient manner. It seemed very chaotic at times. Also the Parking can be an issue at peak times. The cleaners seem to not have any direction behind them in terms of where they should be and what they should be doing.

Not impressed at all by this 4 star hotel. Took ages for staff to send items to room. Basic things such as tea/ kettle/ cups were not there and had to ask repeatedly throughout the day for these. Most of our group had very cramped quad rooms. The AC in our room could not be turned off and we could not heat our rooms either. The number/ speed of lifts were not enough to cope with the number of people at the hotel at the time.

A bad stay. We were told it's a 5 or 4 stars hotel but the truth it's hardly 2 or 3. We were a family of 4, once we arrived they brought us a dish of apples & oranges & 2 mini bottles of water, we asked for more water several times face to face ofcourse as they rarely answer the phone & on the 3rd day they said it's their policy to give only 2 bottles on arrival. Breakfast buffet very bad, too crowded that in 3 days we couldn't eat there not once, plus very limited foods. Room service is terrible horrible, almost no room service. Even the tissues not replaced when finished. Room space is good but no facilities like water kettle, tea, iron nor slippers. Bed sheets & towels seemed clean but the carpet is very dirty, bathroom not very clean also, no bugs or so but not so clean too. What was positive: Very near to The Haram, 3 min walk. Fast elavators. Fast Wi-Fi.

Rubbish hotel management. Poor service. Incompetent arab receptionist who expect you to speak arabic, plus they just busy chatting away or playing on mobiles. Only cleaners, room service and waiters are good people and undestand english. Calling reception is useless unless u can speak arabic. Otherwise someone will be sent to your room where you will again have to repeat your request.

Very nice location, 2 mins walk from Haram gate. Everything is clean. Parking available. Customer service is average.

Had more expectations for a 4* hotel. Very disappointed, restaurant food wasn't nice, bathroom facilities were low — reception kept us waiting 3 hours just to check in and get our rooms! Some staff are friendly whilst others seem unbothered about their duties. The only advantage: Masjid Al Nabawi is 5 mins walk from the hotel. الحمدلله.

They are liars, parking occupied by their staff, no parking for guests, bathroom not clean, no phone, no kettle, worst experience ever had. Not recommended for anyone who is not coming through tour operator with whom this hotel has tie up. Don't waste your money.

One of the worst. No room service. Reception is not that polite. The left availability is limited. 14 levels hotels with only 4 "small " lefts. (It doesn't worth the money)

Issues regarding lift availability needs to be resolved. No Wi-Fi access in room, only available in lobby, limited parking space. Front desk staff must be able to communicate in English.
