➜ The rooms are cozy and clean. This is not the first time we have vacationed here, but this time we were disappointed, when checking in, the administrator did not warn that there was no hot water, but they took the payment in full, such things need to be told to people.

➜ Accessibility — on the M4 highway. There are no attractions nearby, but we stayed for one night.
Very friendly administrator Nina, answered questions and helped us stay comfortable.
We liked everything, we have been stopping in Aksu for a long time on our way to the south and back.

There is no renovation, everything is old. The windows on the attic floor have no mosquito nets, there are midges and mosquitoes inside all night. We were put in a room for the second time where the window did not close. Doesn't close! When booking through Ostrovok and 101, I wanted rooms in the attic supposedly with air conditioning, but there are NO air conditioners there. The shower hose is gushing in all directions, and the faucet is dripping. The parking lot is NOT guarded, it is in the dark behind the house. There is no one to watch the cameras, there is no guard. Total: noise from trucks, from a Shell gas station and mosquitoes because the window does not close, no air conditioning — this is a junior suite. I went to another hotel and couldn’t sleep. I don't recommend it!
