Китеж Country House

We rested for a week in the Kitezh log house. Beautiful location. Nature is very bright. In the mornings we woke up to the sound of a mountain river. There is a Bathhouse right by the river, and a second one is also being built. There are gazebos near the log house; in the evenings, on the grill, we tried local products in the form of lamb and river trout, which we purchased in local stores. The Kitezh restaurant deserves a special mention. Sooooo polite staff, and this was very noticeable in contrast in Arkhyz. The waiters Yaroslav, Carolina, Daria and the restaurant manager Irina Vladimirovna are simply smart. We were looking for a place for a festive dinner in Arkhyz, we went to many places, half closed, half with European cuisine. I asked the restaurant manager for help. She treated me with deep attention. We and the guests really enjoyed it. They prepared a stewed shoulder of lamb especially for us, it was sooooo delicious. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The place that I will recommend and where I want to return.

Amazing hotel, we stayed 5 nights in half of cottage.
It was a little cool in the house; we used the heater.
For those who are especially sensitive, the walls will seem thin; you could hear what was happening on the street and in the second half of the cottage.
The nature around is gorgeous, there is a mountain river right next to the houses. Cleanest air.
I personally didn’t have enough dishes in the house (at least cutlery and a couple of plates).
I understand the desire not to eat in the cottage, but I really wanted to eat fruit or natural cottage cheese.
Considering the location (10 minutes by car to the slope) and the price for the house, I think this option is super!

An excellent hotel, a cozy room, clean and tasteful, you can lie on the bed and enjoy the view of the mountains, and if you open the door slightly, you can hear the sound of a mountain river. Stayed for 4 days in the summer. The house has everything you need, comfortable beds, excellent shower. You can sit on the terrace for hours and listen to the sound of the river. Parking right behind the houses in a closed area. You can walk along the river; my daughter and I picked raspberries and strawberries. There is a bathhouse on the shore, a cafe with good cuisine, and barbecues. There are plenty of trails nearby for day hikes.
