Hotel

It's kind of a place, but for a hotel to relax after skiing, it will do. The breakfast is delicious, the beds do not creak, there is a special drying rack for equipment, and free Wi-Fi. The only downside is that the owner’s family apparently lives on the ground floor, or simply not shy Georgians, but this doesn’t make me feel very good.

It seemed to me that this is a family hotel. Even in another way, it is more like a guest house. There is a kitchen where food is served. Separate room for equipment. House on 3 floors plus attic. The finish is nice. Everything is cozy and clean. There are no problems with water. Access 24 hours. 3rd time on Elbrus, 2nd time in this hotel. The downside is audibility. Overall everything is very comfortable.

Reading most reviews, of course, the applicant gets a fairly positive impression of the hotel. Apparently we were so unlucky :)
We have been vacationing in the Elbrus region since 2007 (every year we come to ride on Cheget), we treat these places with great respect and love, but this is the first time we have encountered such a boorish attitude.
Check-in has passed good, the room was on the 4th/4th floor, the hotel does not have an elevator, the staff helped lift things with a smile… now I think it was fake.
I’ll tell you right away about the price: room 44, 000 rubles for 4 nights for 3 — their person (about 3666 rubles per person per day) 12/31/18-01/04/18. The floor is attic. Payment is only in cash.
Upon check-in, they discovered that the room had been dishonestly cleaned, there were Nesquik balls and candy wrappers on the floor, they cleaned it themselves, they didn’t bother to talk. The water in the shower was cold, they asked us to look into it: the staff, indignant that “this can’t be happening, ” screwed something up, and it turned out to be hot. Thank you.
Then in the evening we noticed that the radiators were not very hot; we could hear them gurgling all night. In the morning, the radiators and heated towel rail in the bathroom became cold: I had to use the Mayevsky taps and bleed the air, the radiators heated up quite quickly, but the heated towel rail remained cold.

Lived in February 2018 Rooms 304, 306. Everything is great! Polite staff, daily cleaning, delicious cafe, ski storage. There was only one thing — a noisy group of young people came into the studio from above and were constantly banging heads, moving furniture and blasting the music loudly, because… The ceilings on the 3rd floor are wooden, audibility is excellent. If possible, take rooms on the 1st and 2nd floors.

The new hotel "Teberda-Cheget" opened just a couple of years ago. It is located in a beautiful pine forest 150 meters from the famous Polyana Cheget. This location is very convenient. On the one hand, it is always quiet here and there are many forest birds, and on the other hand, in a couple of minutes you can walk to a clearing, where numerous cafes, a ski lift to Cheget, and transport await you. In addition, it is convenient to walk from the hotel along a forest path to the new bridge over the Azau River, beyond which the village of Terskol immediately begins.
The hotel has modern rooms. Prices are inexpensive compared to neighboring hotels. There is a cafe inside the hotel and, of course, Wi-Fi. There is a ski storage and drying facility where you can leave large items. There is a parking lot next to the hotel.
I would also like to say something about its owner, Rose. This woman is very attentive to her guests and never refuses to help them. The hotel is always perfectly clean.
I liked this hotel. Every morning I went out into the pine forest and walked there with pleasure.
