Very good hotel. All rooms are well cleaned. Everything in the dining room is very tasty. Friendly and sociable staff, with whom you will definitely not die of boredom. The hotel is located in the forest, so the view from the window is amazing. And not far from this hotel there is a market and a cable car that will take you to the very top of Cheget. While still staying at this hotel you can take advantage of the free shuttle to Mount Elbrus. Many thanks to the owner of this hotel for the warm welcome!

Considering the specifics of Caucasian service, the hotel is very good — large rooms, everything is clean, elevator, bowling alley. Deserves high praise. But…! But the hotel only sells rooms with half board, so let's be objective! We arrived in the evening. We were offered soup for dinner. Yes, yes, you heard right, it really is soup. Which I categorically did not want, but from a conversation with the waitress it turned out that I either had to eat what was offered or remain hungry. Menu ordering is not possible. Additionally, you can only order chips or other snacks. In the morning the same picture — there is no buffet. Porridge or omelette. That's all the choice. Next, they bring you terrible ham, over-salted cheese and a couple of yoghurts. Well, a few words about check-in. Despite the fact that the Internet in the hotel works normally, at the reception the girl categorically states: the terminal is not working, there is no connection. You have to pay in cash; checks are not issued. In general, the hotel is not bad, but the Caucasian service spoils the picture.

The hotel is externally nice. Everything is beautiful inside. The rooms are clean and comfortable.
It’s true that our child didn’t like the sofa. Not comfortable for sleeping. I didn't like the pillows. The mattress is good and comfortable.
The bathroom is clean and comfortable. There are dental kits, soap, shampoo and shower gel.
Robes and slippers for adults.
The TV in the room shows well and has many channels.
Bowling costs 1000₽ per hour. We liked bowling.
This restaurant caused us a little bewilderment. You can only eat during breakfast and dinner and only what you have prepared. It is not possible to order dishes from the menu (optional). The food is a bit greasy for me. The selection is not very varied. The yoghurts arrived for breakfast very swollen (we didn’t dare eat them). The porridge was delicious.
And one more thing because of which I lowered the rating. Upon check-in, the girl at the reception insisted on paying in cash, citing the terminal not working, although I had previously inquired about paying by card and she affirmatively said that it was possible. As a result, we were not given any payment documents (checks, receipts).

On a recent weekend we stayed at the Crystal 139 hotel in the Elbrus region. Despite the fact that we were there for only one night, the impressions were the most positive! And, in general, I decided to write this review because I was pleasantly surprised: — I know that the hotel was opened several years ago, but the feeling and smell (! ) of a new, well-kept (! ) hotel (not to be confused with the smell of renovation :-) ) before are still present; — additional places for children were installed and filled very quickly (we checked in without prior reservation and late in the evening) ; — all the staff are very friendly. The food in the restaurant is delicious, there is bowling and real billiards, a sauna and rentals. There is a shuttle to the ski lifts.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great Place!
