➜ I chose this hotel because it is in the middle and reviewing the reviews. When I came to the hotel I was horrified, at first the room was not properly prepared, there were no taps, no air conditioning, I chose a single room when I came to find out that the toilet and bathroom are outside the room. I went to Peter on a business trip when I stopped by and went I told the administrator, I was discharged act, I came home, went to work to report for the business trip and I am told this act is not valid, I call the hotel and I am told that we can not give you cashier's check, then began to ask the BSO and a month later I was told that the check was issued, I call to find out whether I sent this check in the mail, and they tell me that yes, email sent, although I sent them my address, so they asked. And I'm dead again, I'm paid a business trip because I can't report from the hotel, I'm sitting for a month without a paycheck. I've been waiting for a response from the hotel for a month, but it's useless. It's not the first time I've gone on a business trip and at the same price you can find a much better hotel. (where there used to be no places to my great regret)

A small hotel on Mokhova, in the historic center of the city, to Nevsky Avenue 20 minutes on foot. For breakfast we were brought to the room quite tasty scrambled eggs. On this good impression swelled.
The room is very small, in the photo such numbers are not presented. In the photo you can see very spacious rooms, but our room is no more than 8 sq. M.
The room was initially poorly fixed cornice. He fell with the curtains on the first night, miraculously we were not hurt. For two days we lived without curtains (on the ground floor) until we fixed the cornice.
The first night was simply impossible to sleep because of the impossibly loud music. As it turned out, one of the guests was celebrating his birthday. The administrator did nothing to correct this violation of the regime.
On the second day of the evening the window in our room on the ground floor was open open, possibly from strong winds.
On the same evening problems with the toilet began: the descent stopped working and huge puddles formed on the floor. This problem with the toilet, as it became clear later, took place before, but we were not warned about it and did not do anything to solve it promptly. The receptionists showed no involvement and interest in fixing the problems in our room, did not even offer to use the service toilet.
In the morning before leaving we delayed breakfast.
