The house was built from environmentally friendly materials in the traditional Russian style. It has a full kitchen with appliances, a bathroom, a TV, sleeping places.
This guest house is located in the center of Chernokunovo. Nearby there is the river Kudeb and a pond with an illuminated platform for swimming and fishing, a small farm, an apiary, a bathhouse, a forest.
There is no Wi-Fi in the village. Cleaning is done once after guests check out.
Village house maximum occupancy: 5 adults + 2 children under 5 years old. Baby cot is not provided.
Change of linen and towels - if necessary (for long stays 1 time in 2 weeks). Towels and sheets from a village house are not allowed to be used in the bathhouse.
During the stay, guests maintain cleanliness on their own.

Garden chairs, brazier, skewers, grill are free of charge. Barbecue is strictly forbidden to use under the roof of the bath.

Parents are responsible for the safety of children on the territory of the village house. Leaving children unattended is prohibited due to the presence of a pond, river, forest, mini-farm and apiary within walking distance.
Pets are allowed. An additional fee is discussed depending on the type of pet. By staying with a pet, the guest guarantees that the pet will not harm the village house, will not pose a threat to the villagers, residents and employees of the mini-farm. Otherwise, the damage caused will have to be compensated. It is forbidden to let the pet out on its own.
