Loved the Ivory apartments! The location is good, close to grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants. From the metro about 10-12 minutes at a calm pace. The room is bright, clean, newly renovated, everything you need (iron, dishes, household chemicals, tea, coffee) I liked the contactless check-in, the administrator was always in touch!

Oh, the location is certainly good and the view is nothing special, but the service is simply disgusting… the problems started from the very beginning. It’s bitterly cold outside, we call the manager and ask how to get inside, to which we are told that we need to leave a deposit (the accommodation was paid in advance) and the most interesting thing is that the deposit had to be transferred through a RUSSIAN CARD, which naturally tourists like us don’t have one. We asked to pay in cash, but they refused and we had to stand on the street for two hours until we paid through friends. Next, we went to apartment, everything looked good at first glance, but then the vacuum cleaner turned out to be broken and the mattress was in unusable condition (the depression was right in the middle)
We contacted the managers and explained the situation, but we were told that checking the apartment was the maid’s responsibility, but the maid was not aware of such subtle details of her work. As a result, our mattress was not changed and the vacuum cleaner was not repaired. The conditions left us unsatisfied, so we did not began to stay there until our reservation ended. I don’t know why there was such an attitude towards the guests, but the service leaves much to be desired!

The apartments fully correspond to the photos, clean and cozy, good location, new residential complex. I would like to note that upon arrival in the apartment there was water, tea, coffee, and even a compliment in the form of cookies. I often rent apartments, and this rarely happens. Also, Everything is thought out to the smallest detail, there is everything for cleaning and cooking, you feel comfortable, like at home.
