Very nice staff. Great location.

This is a very good suite hotel that's a 5 minute walk from Grand Central Station. My room had a king bed, a full refrigerator, stove top, microwave, etc. It was very big for a single room in midtown Manhattan. Very clean, and I did a double take at the low price. Also, a very good complimentary buffet breakfast.

I'll say the one downside first. There was only one elevator for the entire building. Our room was very clean. Good downtown new york view. Breakfast was par for residence inns across the country. The bellboy was weirdly nice. I sat waiting in the lobby for my girlfriend, and the bellboy acted like he was getting one hundred dollar tips from everyone. He must really like his job.

This was my first time in New York City and the Marriott hotel made my stay with their great customer service and hospitality. I have never stayed in a hotel that had the kind of complementary breakfast they had. The breakfast was like going to a diner and ordering. They also had great coffee, which is hard to get in hotels. The amenities were outstanding. There was a microwave, dish washer, refrigerator, freezer, stove, pots, pans, sliver ware, dishes, and even containers to put your left overs in for the next day. Even the soap, shampoo, and conditioner we’re good quality. My boyfriend and I mostly went to Time Square and Museums and it was close to the hotel. Our cab fare was less than $20 every time we went somewhere. (Which was passed Time Square). I just had a very great experience at this hotel and I don’t ever give reviews but because I felt so accommodating and treated very well there I had to expresss how amazing I thought my stay was. (BTW fresh water with fruit in it and coffee was always available in the lobby, as well as snacks and dinners you could put in the microwave if you didn’t want to go out, also accommodating)

Great Hotel in the heart of Midtown Manhattan. A block away from Park Avenue. The rooms are clean the staff is friendly the free breakfast is awesome. Great to have a full refrigerator microwave Stove Top and Keurig in the room. They also have free hot chocolate all day long. My go-to spot whenever I'm in this area of the city.

I had the opportunity of spending quality time at the Marriott, and was genuinely impressed with the front desk staff, notably: Britni-the Manager Oliva — Front Desk Staff Sarah — Front Desk Staff Sam — Bell Boy Jayden — Front Desk staff I needed some baking soda, and Britni who was not at the desk at the time heard my open request to the front desk staff. She gracefully intervened, went to the kitchen area, in which they didn’t have it. Britni then got on the elevator and returned with an unopened box of baking soda. I offered to pay for it, but she gladly said, that it wasn’t necessary. Britni went the extra mile to serve me, and for her kind efforts, I’m truly grateful. Their actions have undoubtedly left an embeddable, and memorable moment, which I’ll always remember. Thank you.

Clean room. Great location. Breakfast was prefect. Olivia at the front desk was friendly and super efficient. Charlie the bellhop was very kind and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

For the second time we stayed in this hotel and would choose. Excellent location, comfortable rooms, well-equipped and the employees are very friendly.

Their customer service was awful. They didn't pay attention what I said. Their name was Olivia, Josie, and Chris. I would not go back.

I have stayed at this Marriott location a few times and I have only good things to say. The location itself is great. The employees were always nice. The facilities are clean as well as the actual hotel rooms. I really love the fact that they have the kitchenette in the rooms. The FREE breakfast is pretty good and there is a lot to choose from. If you arrive early you can check in if there is an available room or they will store your luggage until one is available. I will most definitely stay at this location again.

Ideal Hotel for families who want to spend several days in New York. The location is perfect: A few blocks from Rockefeller Center, United Nations, Times Square, Central Park, Fifth Avenue, etc The rooms have kitchen, refrigerator, micro wave dishes and everything you need for quuere prepare meals. Has a good gym and a laundry that works with tokens that are purchased in the lobby. The breakfast is very complete although you do not have cold and has little variety of cheeses. But otherwise is very good. Highly recommended.

Super clean Super comfortable for being in the city Spacious rooms! Unbelievable customer service experience and stay. Would definitely stay here again in the city. Easy to find parking on 3rd ave even late night. I mean what’s a few blocks but sometimes u might find closer but also lots of parking garages nearby. Subway access and access to all of the city (5th ave, Times Square, uptown, downtown) easy access to everything. A lot of stores and restaurants in walking distance. Wow perfect hotel to stay at in the city. It’s really a residence not hotel. Super impressed. Never been this impressed by hotel in the city before!

Location for a tourist was great, close to 5th Avenue and the metro. Room was small but had a microwave, full size fridge and single electric stove plate so we were able to cook our own food. Free 24/7 gym was available and a coin operated laundromat within the building for guests. Free breakfast was also provided. Staff were nice and helped with any queries.

We visited New York in October and this hotel was a great choice. The room was always kept very clean and the service was great too. My mom and I had breakfast at the hotel and the service was the best. We were taken care of by Carlos and Claudia during breakfast who are such warm and wonderful people and who would have done everything for us to make us feel comfortable. We want to say thank you for your kindness and your effort If we go back to New York some day we will definitely choose the same hotel again :) Best greetings from Germany.

Excellent customer service Spoke with the hotel's assistant general manager, Tim and he could not have been more friendly, helpful and prompt with my requests. A close family friend was staying at this property and I had Tim help me send up a bottle of champagne. Not only was this request done in minutes they also sent cupcakes and it was beautifully presented. Thanks so much!

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well equipped for a long stay. All of the stuff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. The location is great and the building feels safe.

The front desk were wonderfull when I ordered some delivery food. The room was also very comfortable and relaxing. Just what I needed after a long day of work in NYC. There was a microwave in the room which made my meals very easy to prepare and reheat. Housekeeping were very nice and got me some fresh towels when I needed them. A light bulb had gone out in my room and they had sent an engineer to my room very quickly and he was in and out in no time at all very polite and professional at all times.

Great location and large rooms with a nice kitchenette. The provided breakfast was amazing. There were so many options!

Overnight stay. Easy walk to Chrysler Building. MTA accessible. Decent breakfast with ticket. Kitchenette is fully functional and everything was very clean. Bedding was soft and pillows firm. Good water pressure with plenty of hot water. Tub was a little too shallow for a bath. Remote and TV were in great condition, no mashing buttons and hoping for the best. Blackout curtains worked. Only downside is the facade looks pretty run down. Definitely recommend.

Old building with new interiors. Courteous staff. Excellent stay. Rooms are little small and outside noise can be disturbing sometimes.

Very convenient to midtown area. Our suite on 17 was very spacious, especially for NYC, and well appointed. Staff were friendly and efficient. If you want to use one, the city bikes are available right in front of the hotel. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Loved the chocolate.

A very good apathotel with a very good breakfast. Fruits included in d breakfast buffet. The rooms are very clean and the room service is great! It's location in Manhattan is good for tourism. Had a good experience.

We brought our 10 month old along on a work trip to the city. The whole staff has been so kind, even bringing a couple complimentary bath toys to our room. The kindest lady ever in the breakfast room, Claudia, made sure we had everything we needed for our son. She would bring over fruit and yogurt. This is a great option for families! The best we've been to here!

This was one of the most plesant stays ever. Friendly staff, very clean room and the breakfast was fantastic. Herbert made the breakfast dining experience so enjoyable. He was so helpful and attentive. The whole dining staff was just awesome. Even the housekeepers were on point with towels and anything else we needed. Very convenient location to Time Square, Rockefeller Center and Broadway. This is my hotel of choice when visiting NYC.

The hotel I thought it was excellent, comfortable, very neat and clean rooms, a fully-equipped kitchen including dishwasher, breakfast, location a half block from lexington, and 2 blocks from the subway.

Location is fine, since apparently anywhere in Modtown Manhattan seems decent to get around the city. Room is alright, nothing special, but clean and has everything I need. It is a little noisy however.

Courteous staff all over the hotel. Rooms are clean, spacious, and well-appointed. Free breakfast and Wi-Fi are good bonuses! Very convenient location to Times Square, Rockefeller Center, and Grand Central.

I visited my family while they were staying at this hotel. The lobby and facilities were great and the staff were wonderful. My family enjoyed their stay.

They had a crib for my infant, a kitchenette, good Wi-Fi, a good, free breakfast, and comfortable bed in a great location. As my wife said, "I could totally love here. " Then, "Look at that big ass TV! "

I stayed here last night for Valentine's with my now Fiancé. All I can say is I had the best experience in my life staying here for the first time. Not only was Nykia from the front desk very helpful but put me in a room with a balcony with an amazing view. I really loved everything about the room which was great for my proposal and would definitely consider staying here again. If I had to rate my experience from 10 out of 10 my expectations were exceeded way beyound the limited scale. I would also like to note the staff and breakfast were amazing. Thank you so much Residence Inn!

Our stay at the Residence Inn was awesome. The overall building and lobby was quiet. Our room was clean. The small kitchen is a plus. We loved our stay for Valentine's Day. We look forward to staying there again.

Awesome hotel! We had tickets to see a show at radio city and last minute decided to stay in the city. This hotel is in the perfect location to food, shopping etc. Studio room was perfect for the night, clean, and all the staff are very kind. I would definitely stay again!

Fabulous hotel with full kitchen breakfast bar dishwasher and decent sized bath in each room, loved the homely set-up. Centrally located, very convenient yet somehow very quiet and tranquil inside the hotel despite being quite busy and my room was next to the elevator. Handy 24/7 coin laundry in basement, gym and small convenience store. Front desk are friendly, classy and low key but efficient. Great stay thanks to all the staff there. I had a small child with me and wanted to mention that this place is great for families yet I saw plenty of suits and people traveling for work, breakfast was free and beautifully set out, very clean and well staffed — a diverse range of guests were able to dine quickly or at leisure, we took trays back to our room with assistance from the attentive breakfast staff. Places was immaculately clean everywhere. Thanks again.

It was my daughter's 16th birthday and the manager here ruined it! She was being eaten by bed bugs, in 1 bedroom on 8th floor room to left at end of hall, and they didn't believe us. I requested new mattress immediately and they said it was taken care of but, they lied. We fought them for 5 nights and 5am we showed them video & they finally moved us 3pm but, still wanted to charge us. Just FYI law states they can't charge you! Also bedbugs aren't visible, they only come out in dark when someone is in the bed. It only took us 1 Google research to find this out but, hotel couldn't do that. Horrible management!

The location of the hotel is excellent, very close to a subway station, also is accessible on foot and in a short time (not more than 20 min. ) to most of the tourist places in NY. The rooms are spacious, have some artifacts (microwave, fridge, hob, coffee maker, Toaster, service, dishes and dishwasher) which facilitate much stay when it is with children. Free Wi-Fi service is very good. The hotel staff is friendly and is always ready to solve any problem that arises. The breakfast is good and varied, the attention of those responsible for it (Carlos and Claudia) is phenomenal.
