Just returned from Lotte Hotel in Moscow!

This place has great service and the food was really good. The view is amazing!

At the entrance they asked me if I was an emissary, at reception they looked at me like im homeless … I turned around and walked, maybe your hotel is good and beautiful, but such attitude is exaggerated!

One of the best hotels I've seen in Moscow and entire Russia. Smart system, spacious rooms, high quality furniture and good team to serve and manage.

The upper class. First of all, in relation to the staff to the guests. Restaurants, spas, room equipment — everything is fine. You can find fault with baking at breakfast — croissant is not crispy.

Pompous … But no more than that. The hotel is like a hotel. It's a very convenient location. Friendly staff. There are some decent restaurants.

Definitely 5 star hotel! Stay there every time when on business trips. Have not seen better breakfasts ever, though stayed in quite a few 5 stars hotels around the world.

Lotte is an epic hotel. INCREDIBLE breakfast buffet. Best I’ve ever seen. The night-sky pool and jacuzzi were beautiful, plus a fresh and clean sauna. The bed was so comfortable. Service was amazing overall. Especially at the buffet. It was so nice to be there on our honeymoon and we would love to come back to Lotte and Moscow.

A Terrible hotel, due to the negligence of the porter, almost fell under the wheels of the car. Insulted, the administration only rude. The Prices are incredibly huge, not worth what I saw. Dirty rooms, damp. In food I found hair, not up to fried meat. About hygiene, and it is not necessary to speak. The receptionist was very kind. Terrible, would like the hotel to be closed!

As a venue for events is a great choice. All compact, and at the same time there is a place where to hold negotiations, to discuss details, to talk.

Decoration in favor of the east, room facilities, large bed room space, to provide a conversion plug, bathroom and toilet separate partition, smart toilet cover effect is good. Disposable slippers texture can also be, free drinking water has four bottles, TV has 4 CCTV. Close to the two ring, leaving Albat Street and the Russian Foreign Ministry is very close, the side of the restaurant is a lot, on the edge of a very large boutique supermarket.

Great hotel directly in the center of Moscow close to the main road and Arbat street, and to the Smolenska subway station. The breakfast I'd great, just stay and enjoy this, take your time, probably the best in town. Hotel silent even with the road ourtside.

A grey hotel at an awesome location. The hospitality is immaculate. Morning breakfast is an excellent spread. Red Square is a 20 mins walk or 2 metro stops away from the hotel. Old Arabat street is pretty close the hotel. The building next door houses Lotte plaza which has a mall and globex bank (on B1 level and this branch of the globex bank is open from 10:30 am to 9:30 pm).

Restaurant of Japanese cuisine "Megumi" premium segment, with the author's approach, direct delivery of fresh fish and Kamchatka hornbeam (once a week). Excellent cooking and good serve, good service, but the waiters still do not meet the requirements of the stated restaurant. It is time to study them the culture of Japanese cuisine…

Lotte Hotel: Chic, quiet cozy place to stay, entertainment is not here! There are no walks in the park area, a trimmed lawn outdoors.

In the heart of Moscow, such hotels in the level of luxury abound I prefer to distance from the center in the park area on Mosfilmovskaya Street, there is a golf club with a park area of rest and walks. In silence there you can better enjoy visit our capital of Russia Moscow. The choice is for everyone, the taste and color of the companions a lot. Someone prefers boutique hotels, to whom it lacks huge spaces, a lot of people and bars, a lobby and so on.

It was a great experience, courteous staff and excellent service, I highly recommend.

Stayed on the 20th wedding anniversary and had was awarded with a nice room looking Novinskiy Blvd, a complimentary desert in the room and splendid service. Lotte, as usual, proved to be a place of high hospitality and ready to meet high demand of the guests!

For the value of the night in this hotel, it is worth utterly pssss that in a 5 star, it is a very modern hotel, there is a exeente service, excellent food, so this previous mind is worth paying several nights in this hotel. 10 out of 10.

Great hotel with great service. The wonderful conference hall is equipped with all necessary equipment from microphones to individual voting consoles. Located in the historic center of the city, close to many interesting sights.

One of the most posh hotels in Moscow. High security level, bullet proof glass. Piano player during breakfast, world class pastry, and a selecton of 10 different pillows, one of the best spa in the world. Suoer friendly and highly motivated personnel genuinely trying to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

It is a very great luxurious hotel in Moscow. Great service with nice staff.

They were only at the Lotte Bar on the first floor. The food doesn't corresponding the cost, and the rotten Poomidorys don't match anything. The delivery of tea, to put it mildly, surprised. But the energy, the situation is very pleasant. Sitting with Miozhno's friends is very convenient and good. Just don't order food. Well, cookies.

Great smile and great service at reception; excellent breakfast with lots of stuff to choose from. Room is a bit too ridiculously posh but you can sit at the window and enjoy the fantastic views. Bluetooth stereo system was helpful. Sometimes there are pretty weird people at the hotel though, with their bodyguards telling you to stay away.

Accommodation excellent, food is delicious, the staff is helpful. The only negative is not associated with accommodation is a disgusting Internet, Wi-Fi in the room constantly hangs, on Skype talking is not possible.
