I went to get acquainted with this hotel and was shocked by the indifferent behavior of the staff. The hotel was shown UGLY. Many questions were not answered at all. I asked the receptionist about the classification of the hotel — the answer: 4 * (although everywhere it is presented as 5 *). I asked to show the classification certificate — the answer is: and we do not have it, by the way, as well as the Consumer Corner. The rooms do not have an evacuation plan, a guest's folder, a flashlight, it is twilight in the corridor.
