It turns out that the presence of air conditioning in the room is a privilege of the suite! This is how it is done in Russia. The heat is +35, give out a fan that does not blow at all. It was not us who booked, but the organization, so there was no choice. Such a surprise on the spot! I do not recommend, it is better to book any other hotel where you have installed air conditioning and have respect for guests (they themselves sit under air conditioning at the reception! ), then you will have at least a chance to sleep at night.
