The best thing about this hotel is the location, all the facilities within walking distance. The hotel is positioning itself as a 5 star, but more than 3 does not deserve. Towels are not marked, it is impossible to understand where for the face, where for the feet, in the shower drain is barely working, mats are not clean on "3", the dust on the Windows lay all the time of our stay-3 days, cleaning is not every day. No air conditioning. No fridge, no kettle. In the restaurant of the hotel drinks do not spill, we even forgot to bring for 2 dishes appliances! We were alone in the hall! And the very Iranian interior, the elevators from the thunderstorm are turned off, and we lived on the 7th floor and with bags-souvenirs are problematic to climb, use the service elevator, which worked, we were not offered, I wonder how the hotel got 5 stars.

The location for the hotel is excellent, close to the Kremlin, all the sights at 3-4 stops from the hotel. The hotel is in a great location. Location We come here again. Modern hotel, clean rooms, near center and historical part of town. Parking is heated in the basement for 200 rub. Per day. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Pros: huge rooms, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, Spa center is awesome (surcharge and agreed time visiting! ), the elevators are super! I mean their design. The S K Royal hotel was very accommodating, had wonderful rooms. Bathrooms were spacious with; heated floor, and towel rack, large, shower, and all the amenities one could expect. The room was contemporary with central air conditioning (the air conditioning could have worked a bit better), huge storage unit and a safe. The room has the energy saving switch you must put your room key in to turn on the lights and plugs, the A/C does continue to work with the card removed. Breakfast was included. Breakfast was very good, cold cuts and cheese to oatmeal and fruit, nearly anything one can dream of. They had the espresso machine of my dreams, it must have made 12 different varieties. Yes, I tried them all. There was no, cook your own waffle maker like in American Hotels. With their breakfast selection who needs to make a waffle. The entire hotel was very clean, safe and in good repair (other than our A/C). They had a lobby bar, club style restaurant, and the more formal room where breakfast was served. There was a gym, but no pool. There was a grand entrance. We really enjoyed our stay. Our only advice is do not open the windows in the summer, the mosquitoes will take you away. Just deal with the A/C that wouldn't get cooler than 25 degrees Celsius, or 77 degrees Fahrenheit, often the room was 27 degrees Celsius, or 80.6 degrees Fahrenheit (we did ask for the hotel engineer to look at it).

Stayed one night in Sk Royal Tula. Very fancy, 5 star Hotel, room was clean and service was perfect!
