Personal foarte amabil, deosebit de ospitalier, cu zambetul pe buze si gata sa ofere cu drag serviciile si informatiile de care dispun. Gazde minunate. Mancarea delicioasa portii mai mult decat generoase. Spatiul interior curat, ingrijit, primitor. Peisajul superb. Asezare optima a locatiei: la baza traseelor montane spre Varful Retezat si a partiei de schi amenajata a zonei. Excelent!

Clean, located perfectly next to the trails, 5 minute walk from the ski slopes. The stuff is very friendly, speaks decent English, they were open to special requests and were very helpful. The facility itself has a soviet atmosphere, especially at the dining room area. Breakfast is very simple and for vegetarian it is very limited. For vegans, well, there are not much options… Wifi worked fine all the time, I didn't check the speed though. The room has a balcony which is great. At the end of August they take out the chairs from the balcony which is a shame if there is a good day. Front rooms has better view over the valley. Note that the credit card machine is not always working, it is best to have some cash.
