Great place to stay, great people working there absolutely great.

Simple and used, rooms not realy clean, and its very loud, you can hear when your neighbur does something you dont want to hear. Breakfast ok and food in the restaurant as well. But was a bit choked. At arrivel I had to pay for the entire stay. Fair enough. But if I not have checked the bill, there would have been a difference of approximately 80 Euro in the hotels favor. The night clerk first told me after I asked, otherwise he would not have said anything. Now he said it was a system mistake.

The room was so big and noone waike me up to clean or made noise on the floor. The staff there are very friendly and profesional. Internet full speed. Nice view. Polite people. Very clean room. And wait. Tub.

Modern hotel with every comfort. Staff friendly and helpful although not on time (having found the sheets with stains and pointed out, the next morning I found the same sheets again! ). Location near Parliament and a few minutes in taxy from the train station.
Good in-house restaurant although the timing is a bit long.

Nice and cheap hotel with quality rooms. Really pleased with the experience I've had with this hotel. Even nr rooms have view to the Palace of the Parliament and the Cathedral. Would recommend.

Place seems fine. Bit out of the he way all things considered. Maybe a 15-20 minute walk to anywhere. 10 minutes to the nearest Mart. But a nice place if you can get a good price.

Nothing at all, a low mid level of the IBIS chain, I haven't tried breakfast yet. Position at 200 Mt from Parliament. Bathroom style years 90, economy class.

Decent. An Ibis… Enough to sleep and have breakfast without luxuries. Located 20 ' walk from the center is a good option if you are going to be sightseeing and want a hotel well located, which is not very expensive and not cumbersome.

Perfect location gives you a great opportunity to explore Bucharest's old town, only 15-th minutes walk and to enjoy the special atmosphere. The best view of the Parliament complex from the rooms, and really very good prices.

Typical Ibis hotel close to the downtown. The breakfast has been improved since my last visit there.

Clean, practical. Food is quite ok, staff is friendly. Some parts of the Hotel might be a bit noisy.

Dirty and the staff is not answering you. I asked to wake up at 6:00 and no case. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend.

Standard value the stay in ibis hotel. I have tried many of them and always they didn't desappoint me! They are the bests. The rooms are great for the price you are paying and Wi-Fi is free and working. We cancelled the last day and they didn't charge us although they could! Thanks a lot.

Hotel near the parliament. Good deal. It's fine though something old. At 22:30 close the kitchen and no longer serve anything, so if you are going to arrive at that time or later, take something or dinner before you go to the hotel. In the room there was nothing in the minibar.

Cheap prices. Great service. The blankets of the double beds are short and have not available those of the correct size, this is the only flaw. Excellent location (3 min walk from Parliament)

Food was mediocre, staff was polite, but the lid on the bin in the restroom was broken off, the soap/shampoo wasn't bubbly even though it said on the bottle: "Bubbles inside", I could hear noise from other rooms in the middle of two nights. It's precisely 9 minutes walk from Izvor subway station.

Hotel located in front of the famous government building, only 10 minutes walk from the center, value for money, good.

Definitely needs improvement from the service quality to room refurbishment. Lots of potential as it is located in the City Center in front of Palatul Parlamentului.

The hotel is in a good location although not in the centre, a stone's throw from the parliament building which is worth a visit. The room very spacious to be an ibis, the standards seemed respected except the cleanliness, that unfortunately was awkward and should be improved. Good breakfast for what is the rate, the hotel also has a snack bar open until about midnight. There is also a parking lot (you pay aside) anyway for short stays you can do.

Not bad, a bit worn out furniture, poor breakfast, paid parking, good location. In general the hotel offers like the whole chain a budgetary accommodation but with everything necessary in the rooms — TV set, refrigerator, air conditioning, telephone. The hotel is on a walking distance from one of the biggest administrative buildings in the world — The House of the Republic — the Romanian Parliament. Very near is as well one of the big parks in Bucharest, well maintained. It is perfect for a walk or for jogging in the morning. The place really deserves attention.

A bit worn out place offering budget accommodation but with everything necessary in the rooms, very good location, paid parking. Otherwise it is very near to the famous building of the Parliament, considered to be one of the biggest administrative buildings in the world and just next to the hotel starts very big and nice park, wonderful for jogging and walking any time of the day. It was a bit difficult for us to find a restaurant out of the hotel and we had to walk about half an hour until we finally found something.

Good service but the rooms should improve them.

Spacious room and that's the only good thing. Deco a remake because badly aged. Very friendly staff. Procedure of prepayment of the house and of the complicated everyday consumptions. For example you have to report on arrival what you could consume to pay in advance. It is unacceptable to have to reprogram the magnetic key every day. In a word arm yourself with patience and don't be looking at the details if you need to stay there… I do not recommend this hotel unworthy of the Accor chain.

Very good all, the only negative is that this to take the ass of everything. I recommend or walk near Old City, for you will find out what is a bite of hotel.

Stayed for 2 nights while visiting Bucharest with my daughter. Great place and exactly what I have come to expect from Ibis. Our room was at the back of the hotel, but the hotel faces the Parliament building and can be seen while enjoying breakfast. Breakfast was standard fare, but they did have homemade jams and breads. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend.

It smells a lot like smoking in the room and it's not nice at all!

Great hotel. It has a lot of event rooms that are really useful. Very clean hotel and great staff.

Not very good experience. The receptionist messed up our bill and when we had a problem wasn't very helpful. Apart from that the room and bathroom were ok but the breakfast wasn't great. Feedback for the management: Please train your staff to smile, be more welcoming and get more involved when the unexpected happens. They need to change their attitude. In our visit the attitude was " ah so you got a problem, sorry you have to deal with it yourself. You can't check-in ". Also, I forgot to mention that, the receptionist told us we can check in and sort out the payment in the morning and said she won't charge our card but did so anyway… She also charged it with the wrong amount. Not very nice at all.

Very nice accommodations. Clean rooms which should have more than 3 stars. The restaurant food is not the best though, but there are a lot of restaurants in i. E. The Old Town in walking distance from the hotel. The service is fine, with 24h service desk. Positive: The condition of the rooms. Negative: The food is better elsewhere.

An intruging lift elevated us gradually to our spacious and clean dorm. A good-looking room with a comfortable bed made us sleep like ferocious roses the first night. Great stay.

Clean room, bathroom also. It was a very small room for two people. Close to the centre (5 minutes walk from the parliament).

I had a very pleasant experience; clean and spacious rooms, friendly staff, great inclusive breakfast, located next to a great park and in walking distance (just under a mile) from the city center and famous Bucharest fountains.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and enjoyed it. On arrival check in was quick and accurate. They deliver us the magnetic keys for the elevator and for the room. We arrive in the room and could smell smoke, probably the cleaning ladies smoke while remaking the rooms. The room is still tidy and clean. The room and the bathroom Mark the presence of the mini fridge and hair dryer. There's no safe. Having arrived around lunch time, the first day we ate at the hotel restaurant. The food was good and cheap (about 40 euros for 4 people). A bar is open h24hr next to the reception, comfortable and with a decent restricted coffee. In the following days we had the chance to leave a rented car in the parking lot of the hotel. The place is not sure why you can't book. The cost is equal to 2 lei per hour, but parking is supervised day and night by a security guard. The breakfast is intercontinental, or with salami, cheese, sausages and eggs, but there are also brioches, bread, cakes. From drinking various juices or cafeteria varies provided by an automatic machine. The last day we also took advantage of the presence of the luggage room, leaving the luggage until the evening without problems (note that at the return were not paired the baggage left with the coupons I had in hand, I could take a suitcase Any). The location is not the best. It is next to parliament, but far from the rest of the city. To get to the nearest restaurants you have to walk at least 20 minutes.

Good price-quality ratio.

I stayed there for one night and there is nothing to complain, I would have given it 3 stars easily (nothing great about it as well). However the nightmare with them started after I left the hotel. I have forgotten my charger and tried to reach them via email. So far I have sent them 5 emails, I have received couple of replies, saying it is not a problem for a friend of mine to come and get the charger. However when he got there they didn't give it to him! And again, I start writing emails and I receive no reply at all. Are you guys trying to steal my charger? This is ridiculous. Could someone from your hotel answer me?!

Great location facing Romanian parliamentary building and walking distance from city center. Absolute value for the money.

I give it 2 stars only because it was warm and clean. But I would not recommend this hotel to someone with a car: the parking is not included in the price, it is a real adventure to find out how to leave it and there is nowhere written that you can pay 28RON per day, so they can charge you with 2RON per hour. I gave it a try only because I use the Accor Hotels card and wanted to earn some points. Well, except the points I've been rewarded with a couple of dead neurons.

What you would expect from an Ibis hotel. Standard facilities, all amenities, clean and cheap.

Great location for Bucharest. Was clean when I visited.

Very average to poor service at reception. Very many dogs in the hotel for a local dog show, barking and snarling and smelling. 20 mins walking out of the old town.
