Amazing service, great room, nice location and comfortable.

Exellent, above expectations. Next to left the famous CORTE INGLES, and to the right a couple of blocks there is TRAIN station. Great Price!

Contact catastrophic with the owner and overall a very bad experience : I advise everyone to avoid this place! The owner of this place is virtually impossible to get in touch with, rude and untrustworthy. She debited twice the amount of our booking for three nights, had it on her account for three weeks and it was not until we arrived that we could eventually get a refund. All in all a very unpleasant experience. Don't go there! The amount corresponding to the three nights was debited twice from the account of my wife (a first time to the booking on the 27th of July, for the second time, oddly enough, 3 days later). It is then proved extremely difficult to get the responsible ("Maria") on the phone and she did everything to complicate/delay the refund. Finally this is the day of the arrival of my wife, the 22nd of August, and that it has made from the wire transfer for refund of the amount debited wrongly. On my arrival, to 10am on the morning of the next day, there was no one to perform the check-in (when Maria was aware of my arrival), the only staff on-site being for the waitresses/maids do not speak neither French nor English. My wife was at a conference with the key of the room, and it was very complicated to get a second. While I was trying to get the boss on the phone and that I was trying to communicate with the women of the household, both men were in the process of changing the lock, which nobody had warned us, of course.
