Would give them a 5 if they fixed the front sidewalk out side their front door. Super clean. Good breakfast for an extra fee. Very nice staff. Roof top terrace is great. Neighbourhood is improving. Close to everything. Steep hill the to climb to get there from the metro. Comfortable beds. Quiet rooms.

Great city break in a perfect location … Had booked a junior suite but then were checked into the larger room. Room size is absolutely sufficient for a mare trip. Bath is small and a bit centered but still ok. Here you could optimize some details but clean and newly furnished. The rooms are a bit light of hearing but this is also an old building. The roof terrace is the hammer here you can treat yourself to a beer after an eventful day. The location to the city centre is perfectly not a 5 minute walk it takes until you arrive in the old town. The breakfast buffet is small but fine and if necessary you can also prepare your own breakfast in the communal kitchen. On my next visit to Lisbon, I will check back in here.

Good place to stay, friendly staff, well-conditioned rooms and comfortable bed, small but correct bathroom. You have to go up stairs or in old forklifts. Would repeat without problem. I was there for two days without any glue.

Nice and cosy. Really close to the good places of the city. Rooms are clean and the staff polite and helpful. The breakfast is ok, but this is a Guest House and not a Hotel, so therefore it is quite good. If you want a big big breakfast, with a lot of different things to eat, go to a Hotel! The only point, for which I "removed" a star — the matress is really hard! As I am not really heavy/big it was way too hard for my weight and I woke up with my back hurting… Apart from that, I really enjoyed the time there.

Like many other places, the photos do not necessarily reflect the reality. The rooms are tiny, very tiny. You can hear everything from the street. The roof terrace is nice, but you have to bring your own drinks though. We chose to have breakfast elsewhere because what they served seemed too pricey for what you got (some prefab juice, bread, ham, cheese, jam. Nothing out of the ordinary). It's all right for the price I guess, it's clean and the location is good.

Perfect for lounging after visiting the city. Cozy, great room, clean, nice deal with the front desk. Overall perfect for discovering Lisbon.

Sooooo small bathroom, I had to keep the door open to wash. Breakfast a little bit poor. The rooms are clean. Not noisy.

Very good place to past some days in Lisboa!

Small but very comfortable hotel. The rooms are well appointed. The hotel also has a shared kitchen with a kettle and a Nespresso machine. The location is perfect for visiting the city on foot and is also at 500 MT from the metro station Azul Avenida.
