Nice place, friendly staff and reasonably priced. Location is central and close to many restaurants, and the zoo is in walking distance. The hotel allows dogs, has free Wi-Fi, and offers discounts for its guests at the chain's restaurants, sports bar, and spa. Myself and my boyfriend booked an apartment for 3 nights. When we arrived, the room was clean and tastefully decorated, however we were given two twin beds despite this not being mentioned when booking. We spoke with the receptionist, who said that no other rooms were available however we may be able to change to a room with two smaller twins that we could put together to form a double bed and put double bedsheets on. We were initially told that this would be the next day, however were later informed that the second room was now taken and that the earliest we could change would be the third day — the day before we would be leaving. The hotel also did not offer bowls, which was strange considering that the apartment we were staying in had cooking facilities, utensils, cutlery, plates, salt, pepper, and glasses. Overall a pleasant stay but the poor communication between colleagues and initial confusion re. Room change was frustrating thus the 3 star rating.

Too bad the breakfast was in another hotel, around 15 minutes walk distance. However, it was spacious and clean.

It is very well located. The apartments are very nice and very clean. You have to leave the car without a problem.

Magnificent apartment close to the Gulbenkian Foundation and the English court. Its price is surprising because it is very spacious and well furnished. You have to book very early.

Great staff! Very friendly and helpful with the city area. They recommend us a lot of places to eat and enjoy time. The apartments are big, very comfortable; yes, a little bit dates, but also the room gave me an impression of similarity and nice colors on the walls and furniture. The ladies clean our room daily, I mean clean it! They also wash our dishes. Well, I have only good words for this accommodation. I highly recommend and If I will visit again Lisbon, I will check in again here. Thank you guys!

Good stay, friendly staff. We had no problems as some of the reviewers has commented. The staff took good care of us. The appartment was clean and tidy and had all necessary items.

Great location. Spacious apartments with all amenities. Maximum friendliness. Wi-Fi very good. With car parking inside.

Rooms were tidy, but don't expect to be comfortable on the sofa bed, which was propped up by a coffee table. The front desk staff were friendly. Check the fire exit stairwell from your floor when you get there. It was blocked by a rollaway bed when I was there. I would consider staying here again, if there wasn't a better place to stay in the same area.

A bit far from the center but Direct metro line to 5 minutes walk.

I recommend. It's not far from the Corte Ingles. Clean and functional kitchen. Metro Station Sao Sebastiao not too far.

Super appartement very clean and spacieux, only for cooking not many matériel, other wise the personal very friendly. Well situated, I recommande it for a confortable stay in Lisbonne.

Great help desk and tours, the room was ample and nice, it had a small kitchen where you can cook. Also the room has a living room we weren't expecting that.

Very centrally located with access to the metro in two minutes, the English Court to 2.5 minutes… great apra visits Lisbon and surroundings.

Great location, clean, plenty of room, good parking and walking distance to many attractions. Great Indian restaurant on site. (Second (sofa) bed — ok for children). Great Wifi — would recommend-enjoy!

Very economic and excellent rooms with a living room with table, couch and chairs, full kitchen, good bathroom, and a very good bedroom. Had Wifi in the room, working fine. We could do Skype video from the room. The location is excellent. We took the Metro from the Airport to the Sao Sebastiao station and exited in the Corte do Ingles exit crossed the street and walked about 10 minutes to arrive at the hotel. When we left we did the other way around. The Sao Sebastiao station has the blue and red lines that allowed us to go anywhere we wished. Above the Sao Sebastiao station was the Corte do Ingles — — a seven floors market place, including a supermarket, retail stores, and restaurants that closes at 10 PM — — what saved us some days of missing dinner.

We stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. Rooms were very clean. Bedroom and Hall both have separate LCD TV with many English channels. Kitchen was equipped with all cutlery (Electric Plates, Fridge, Freezer, Water cooker, bread toaster, Grill, Microwave, Pans, Spoons, forks, dishes, etc. ) Bedroom and Hall both have separate climate control and Air conditioner worked very well. Toilet and bathtub was spacious and clean. On 2 minutes walk there is metro station called Sao Sebastio where red and blue lines stop and you can reach Lisbon city center in 10 minutes. Just opposite the metro stop there is six floored shopping center with huge supermarket and more than 20 restaurants, cinemas, etc. Only point for improvement is to have Wi-Fi inside hotel apartment rooms, which was missing. Staff was very efficient and gave us free map with all explanation about Lisbon sights. Check In/Checkout took less than 2 minutes. I would definitely recommend this apartment hotel for your stay in Lisbon.
