Good place. Good service and staff.

Having been by the pool in the morning up until lunchtime me and my family headed up stairs to our room for lunch. We got in the lift which started moving upwards and all of a sudden the lift stopped moving and we were stuck. My youngest (6 years old) immediately started panicking, crying then screaming, I could also see my eldest getting upset upset, my wife started blaming me and started to get upset with me and then became argumentative. We eventually prized the elevator doors up with help from other holiday makers. My youngest is now refusing to go in a lift. When speaking the the manager who made it out that it wasn’t a big deal and that it wasn’t the Hotels issue and that I should take this problem up with the elevator company, she couldn’t see why I was upset and had a big lack of compassion for me and my family! She took no responsibility for the incident and went on to say she didn’t feel she had to compensate me and my family in any way and then went on to hope we enjoyed the rest of our holiday! This was very patronising as she already knew my family was very upset.

Really clean and comfortable. Within walking distance of beautiful sandy beach and all of the main shopping areas. There is a nice bar but the restaurant is just about ok. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Large 2 bedroom apartment, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen. Not much in the cupboards, no colander, coffee maker, 6 glasses etc. The dishwasher is often empty.
Very clean, attentive and discreet staff.
Very little speaks French.
Warm indoor pool, but well (except when 5 or 6 morons play as if they were out) beach within walking distance (5 mn walk) very good stay in January.

Ok without more for an apartment. Do not consider it as a hotel. Don't go to the hotel restaurant. The center of Portimao is a 15min on foot, there are good restaurants.

Overall nice place to stay nice apartments restaurant could do with improvement for example bigger area more variety for kids menu staff are very friendly and helpful.

Absolutely stunning in everyway, excellent value for money welcomed by kind friendly staff, beautiful pools which are kept immaculate, tidy spacious rooms with all needs catered for, great views from balcony, not to far from beach and strip but enough to get a quite nights sleep, accommodated all of our needs plus many more.
My 5yo son said its the best hotel in the world. At rear of hotel is Portimonense Jrs F. C which you can watch train/play from hotel and bar or go pitch side and contribute to the next generation of the local team by purchasing many of the €1beers they serve. Obrigado!

Loved it great place to stay only downfall is you can't use too much electricity at the same time as it trips the switch.

The apartment is amazing the staff are very helpful and get anything you need. The city is nice and chilled the people are very freindly and make you feel at home. The apartment is a great size very comfortable it's got everything you need for a small family. I would definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends and I'm definitely coming back to stay with my partner in the future. Thanks for making my holiday experience in Portugal the best holiday I've had so far thank you.

Well located between beach and supermarkets. 15 mins walk on either side. Quiet at night off the main strip.

Right, a few issues with this hotel, Rooms were lovely and the views from the sixth floor were quite nice, but the pool was dirty and far too small for the amount of residents, there was no food or bar service at the pool whatsoever, there was the bar in the restaurant that was hugely expensive. Got food one night, I just got some soup and two tiny little rolls, the soup was 3.50 the rolls were 35c and the butter was 1euro. I wasn't told this so expected to pay 3.50 for my meal and was charged 6.10. Absolute joke for barely warm, veg soup. Most of the staff were lovely this is a simple case of people in charge not caring enough. They have your money they don't care if you enjoy yourself, caught some of the entertainment in the restaurant one night, sounded like Takeshi's Castle Karaoke. Massive disappointment for the price. Food selection was also rubbish, if you don't like seafood you may need to eat elsewhere. Apparently it's a four star, I was surprised by this to be honest.

They are really practical and clean self catering apartments. I loved everything about this hotel. Pool was a bit smaller than I would have liked but that's just a personal choice.

Wonderful fully equipped apartments with great views if at front of hotel. Very competitive price for such a good quality hotel. We stayed in room 323 which gave lovely views. Staff very nice. Only issue was cleaners coming late afternoon instead of mornings when you are out but would definitely stay again.

A formidable to rest place, surrounded by nature, marine.

The people of reception not are friendly not you report of anything on that make by Algarve very bad all.

Spectacular all new and clean and the staff super friendly and a very good price. We will return without doubt cuando. Regresemos to Portimão.

We are close… but neither Pope of Spanish. A little neglected, with just enough equipment, a little away from the Center. Close to the Mainland for shopping, this is good. Free Wi-Fi. Some Spanish channel on TV would not be too bad.

Very good apartments. 5 minutes from the beach by car. Buffet leaves to be desired.
