For a night okay. Because enough is enough. Not worth four stars. The rooms are clean in themselves, you can't take a closer look. In the bathroom not even towels. They only existed on demand. There is nothing for the good. No bathrobe or slippers. Valuables must be taken with you as there is no safe in the room. The bar doesn't really invite you either. Zero cosiness. Next time we will decide on a different hotel. Too bad because the location is very good.

Nice hotel with an amazing restaurant. The air conditioning is problematic… I'm not sure if this is based upon the type of room (basic vs. Upgraded), but in our original room (basic) the air conditioning barely put out any air and did not cool the room. We were offered another room, but its air condtioning did not even turn on. Eventually we were put in an upgraded room with working A/C. Aside from the A/C, no other major complaints. The breakfast has a wide variety of items, and the staff is very friendly with excellent English skills.

It's a nice hotel. The staff are courteous. Convenient location. The most complete breakfast.

Hotel staff is very helpful, music in elevator, breakfasts are good (big plus for waffle machine), near the train station. Everything is near this hotel. Rooms are not so new, but they are okay. Good view from window (you cannot open it).

Clean rooms, friendly and helpfull staff. Breakfast was good and the pool and sauna were excellent.

Amazing service and very comfortable rooms. Always a pleasure to stay there. The hotel is located near the city centre with an easy access to shopping centre and both bus and railway station. Restaurant offers delicious dishes.

Was assured a/c was working, however when I arrived it turned out it was off and couldn't be turned on. Had to sleep with the window open, with trucks running and people smoking directly under my window.

Great Hotel Nice staff. With whirlpool sauna and swimming pool. 5 minutes to the train station. Breakfast was excellent. Staff does not speak German but English. Taxi always stands in front of hotel — which I personally liked very much.

The first and the last time. The level of four stars is only the restaurant. Cleanliness is angelhaft. Towels used until it no longer goes, despite air (unfortunately only warm) gemuffelt it in the room, open socket next to bed, sports equipment ancient and partly broken.
— Saved at every corner: Bath items, handkerchiefs (empty containers), coolies and Notitzblöcke, towels (both in the sauna and in the fitness room, therefore sweat everywhere) ;
— No bathrobes (had to go to buy) ;
— No vault;
— in the underground garage as in the mini-market.
A point for the excellent breakfast (only for 10 Zloti) : Good coffee, 2 long bars and everything fresh.

Great hotel, superb service. Loved inclusive breakfast and pool/sauna. Friendly staff and great location. Will definitely come back again.

Good hotel. Can use a bit more of an update for gym equipment. Breakfast was great and staff were friendly. Overall a good stay and good hotel.

Nice hotel, only the pool could be warmer. Also the cleanliness could be better at the pool.

The location is of course extremely good without question. In the rooms you will find everything you need for a normal short stay. But it could be cleaned a little better. The state of the inventory could also be improved. The style is of course a matter of taste. He was a little too old-fashioned.

Hotel is very nice and good performance ratio, location is close to shops. The pool was so cold that you can't go in, indicated were 26 degrees, but never at most 21grad.

Nice hotel. Luxurious room with the exception of the plastic bathtub… and the waiting time for the checked out.

It used to be better but the hotel is partially run down now. Carpet in my room was dirty upon checking in and was still dirty all my 3 days stay. The stuff is very polite and sweet and breakfast is tasty too. Great location.

This hotel doesn't live up to the 4 stars it have. Very dusty old rooms, aircondition isn't efficient and the cleaning is lacking in supplies like soaps, facetissues and shampoo together with right amount of towels. Breakfast buffet is ok, but nothing speciel. DON'T order dinner from this place, the food is not good at all.

I've been in many Novotel all around the world but this looks a level above rather than the average. New rooms, big TV screen, tidy details. Only issue, bit noisy the rooms facing the street. Anyhow tongs up.

Way back in the nineties I had the pleasure to stay here regular It is a business hotel with a lot of comfort. Always been welcome. Close to the center of town. It is a clean and safe place. Friendly staff. Business price level.

Nice hotel as a Novotel always is! The room is very good and clean. The lounge is big, with many things to do. There is a space for kids, and a lot of living rooms to chat and relax. The breakfast has good options and is tasty, although you can find very good bakeries/cafeterias one or two blocks away to pay less (Starbucks, for instance). The location is one of the best. Close to public transportation, close to two big malls as well. The hotel's parking lot has a decent area and the price is fair. Two drawbacks: — One must be very careful when entering or mainly leaving the bath tub/shower (quite easy to slip). — Besides all the crew is very friendly and polite, the service is not that efficient. The waiting time at the restaurant (for lunch and dinner) is quite long. Also, I had an issue with the heating of my room and they said someone would look at, but nobody went there to verify.

The 4 * star hotel located centrally, approximately 700 metres from the main train station. The rooms are located in a very good condition as at Novotel. There are special rates with discounted breakfast for at least two nights. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

The rooms were not cleaned thoroughly. Lack of soundproofing, lots of noise from the street, especially the tram!

Unfortunately I was in hindsight 200, 00 PLN = 45m euros from the VISA card debited without any justification. Just fighting to get this amount back. Therefore, I can not recommend this hotel. Watch out for billing!

Absolutely clean room, super service, really good breakfast, staff has met each of my Special requests. I would go aufjedenfall again.

Great value for money. The reception is very friendly. Location was also TOP.

State worn, narrow two-person bed, room questionable size, disturbing smell in the room, cleanliness in the defective Spa, fitness equipment old and partially defective, food at breakfast not fresh partially or all and various odds and ends. Internet works well, staff is friendly but quite sure never again the bottom line, this is not a hotel that deserves 4 stars.

Pokoje wymagaja remontu! Wykladzina nie prana od roku, plamy na scianach, brazowe koce jako posciel dla dzieci, jak w schronisku mlodziezowym! Tyle piasku na podziemnym parkingu nie widzialem od dawna. Basen, sauna I fitness OK.
