Nice hotel, rooms are good with all you need (incl coffee/ tea). Breakfast is good (but can be crowded) and service is okay. Definitely a good place to stay for a business trip or likewise.

The hotel is not crowded during peak season. The parking lot is present. To the center and to the railway station is not far … 15 min not a hasty walk. The city is good. For walking 2… Three days. I recommend both the hotel and the city. And I'll be back myself…

Clean, great hotel restaurant. The front desk staff were very busy trying to accommodate some remodeling and guests. Thought it a little unusual that the housekeeping staff ignored the "do not disturbed" sign placed on the door, but otherwise enjoyed my stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful when we needed wine glasses or a bottle opener.

Clean and well equipped hotel for those without high expectations. It's decoration is closer to a good quality hostel, a tad basic and simple but it does the job. It's proximity to a shopping centre may be a bonus. Breakfast is not spectacular but you won't die from hunger. Friendly and very polite staff.

I stayed two nights at the Novotel Poznan. The room (1323) was spacious and equipped next to the bed and bathroom, with a infusions, a small fridge, a desk, a small seating area and a relatively large LED TV (unfortunately only a German channel). The bathroom was new and therefore modern equipped. Housekeeping was trying hard. Soaps, shower, towels were changed, showers and sinks were cleaned. However, both days were black long hair on the sink and floor (I am blond and have short hair). But the worst, and therefore only two stars, was the stench of cold cigarette smoke in the bathroom. Disgusting! If I had stayed longer, I would have changed the room. The breakfast was OK. For the price, however, I would have expected fried bacon and smoked salmon.

Construction work ongoing. Rooms are nice but mine had a smell as did the hallways. Also the AC didn't work resulting is a room that was to warm. Staff are very friendly and helpfull. Hotel is well placed and not far from the center.

I is exactly what one would expect from a hotel like this. Clean spacious rooms with all luxurious details. Comfortable Big bed. Big television only a pity they don't have a few English channels but if you bring Chroom-cast: problem solved. Breakfast is totally okay. Would stay here again next time.

Good hotel with decent breakfast and accomodation. Not sure where all the hate comes from. It's clean, it's well preserved, it invests in reconstruction and improvements.

I stayed at the Novotel Poznan for one night. The hotel has recently undergone a renovation, so it's sparkling at the moment. Parts of the hotel are still under works but they have been kept out of the way. The room I was staying I was clean, well laid out with good quality fittings and everything. The service was also pretty good. I would certainly revisit.

If you arrive by train, the hotel is already very well-known and you immediately know where to go. Location is right at the Stary Browar Shopping centre, the next entrance is unfortunately only to reach two corners; Unfortunately, the nearest tram stop can only be reached with a fairly long (and sometimes complicated) footpath. To the hotel itself: the staff were all very friendly. We had to change the (corner) room on the first day, because it was just cold. Even when the air conditioner was off, it moved. A technician who was not in the House would not be able to help, because it was rather a lack of insulation on the wall. The receptionist offered us the exchange on her own and after that the temperature was perfectly fine (no corner room anymore). The rooms are very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful and upstairs. You can also hear the street noise from outside, even on the 12th floor. Rooms are very clean, beds quite good, the bathrooms apparently freshly refurbished and thus very appealing (except for the fact that in both (! ) Rooms The bathroom doors could only be closed with "magic Hands"). In the television, exactly one German channel is running, improvement worthy. The fact that you can't open the window is a very big drawback, the air was so dry that I woke up at night (I'm not sensitive). Waiting times at the lift very varying, sometimes short, sometimes extremely long.

Beautiful modern hotel. The beds are AMAZING! I did not want to leave my room, it was so cozy. The coffee shop in the lobby is a nice addition to the ambiance.

It will be nice when it's ready. They are still building the some parts of the lobby and some rooms are being updated. This means that no proper breakfast room and bar at the moment. Apart from all this, it's very good.

Chaotic, clean room cleaning, water in the bathroom brown (probably because of the work in a wing of the hotel that continues for 3 years) lifts unusable as really slow and overcrowded (for 3 years only 2 are available for Way of work) Wi-Fi very slow. Price exaggerated and not in line with the service offered. In other words, I have been a customer of the hotel for almost 5 years and for work I spend at least 1 month a year. The services offered and cleanliness has been gradually degrading over the years. I think this will be the last time in the Novotel in Poznan Centrum.

Central location, room small but clean. Unfortunately, the whole building exudes the charm of the 70s. The breakfast was OK, the ambiance of the restaurant but… as I said, Communism greets you.

Good central location Unfortunately, renovation during running hotel operation. If you get an already refurbished room well, if not — not recommended. Lift during construction is a disaster.

Very well located Hotel, 15 minutes from the square, where there is a great night atmosphere. I recommend seeing it both day and night…

In general staff was really nice and pleasant. Room reasonably clean. Some mainatiance work was really noisy and woke me up at 7:30 am ; ( Room had also some constant beeping that did not allow me to sleep properly. I haven't got time to mention that to reception as I had to rush in the morning. Regards, A.

Room: It was described as a design room, but there's nothing in the room, no mini-bar. Not even hand towel! Using plastic cups for the bathroom and in-room. Service: Got an email to ask me to do online check-in, and the key will be "waiting" for me. That's not the case, we arrived 11.30pm, waited for a grumpy old man behind the counter to prepare the key for 5 mins at least even though we have paid. Hotel: It was under renovation, we were not informed about this at the time of booking. It could have been made clear on the homepage. It's kind of dead, no lobby, no chairs, no atmosphere, a construction site. Location: Good, across from a large mall.

The hotel is undergoing renovations at the moment so there is construction going on and the elevators are very slow but the staff is amazing.

I am scarce to give the stars because in this period (Aug 2017) They are doing some internal work (I don't know since). Its lobby is close and homely, but luckily the staff in the desk is friendly and caring. The parking is little and difficult because sometimes you do not open the barriers. It is a very big hotel but with only two big lifts that still travel fast. There is a third elevator but there are three people. The rooms are a little dated but large and kept clean with view to the city from 4 sides depending on where your room is. It's a 16-storey hotel. Very céntrico and with taxi service at the entrance. In 15 minutes walk you are in the central square.
My low stars are for the remodeling in work in this period and for the small and not looking well he areas inside of the Hotel. Small Parking The staff of the hotel is great and lovely. The rooms are a little old and clean. Have a refrigerator and water drink. And you can see the nice views of the city from the room. In 15 minutes walking from the hotel you are in center place of the city.

I enjoyed staying at the Novotel. Overall I'm happy with everything, however there are some things I would improve. I would want a good, quality hairdryer in the bathroom, glasses instead of plastic cups, and a fridge in the room. I really enjoyed the availability of Wi-Fi, a clean and spacious room and bathroom, a fairly good breakfast, and a helpful and friendly staff.

Some problems with a renovation in progress not communicated neither in the reservation nor on the website of the Hotel. The location of the bar and restaurant was not good. The reception was deprived of a space (lobby) for the stopover. The staff were very friendly and helpful. In summary the standard of the hotel did not meet the standard of the brand and therefore the price paid (in Sloty but with an exaggerated exchange rate in excess) did not justify the choice.

Room good, toilet OK. At night a little noisy from outside — or supply air. Breakfast is too expensive and the coronation is the two existing elevators that cover the entire 16-storey hotel. From 3 staircases, only one leads to the lobby. I can't recommend this hotel at this time. Stand Juli2017

Catastrophe: From 4 elevators were two rebuilt and a few hours broken. Waiting time at the elevator up to a three quarters. For security reasons the hotel in Germany would certainly have been evacuated or closed.

Nice clean room staff friendly, dye to renovation only two elevators took 23 min to get op to my room, used the stairs after that (room on 12th floor) one day a lot of guests which the breakfast buffet was too small to cope with only two very slow coffeemakers. Very nice location in the old town centre.

The hotel is being renovated so the lobby and every floor outside of the lifts are not particularly attractive, but my room was nice and clean and it had a Nespresso coffee machine! I actually asked to be upgraded to a superior room for this and it was worth it. There is only one (1) treadmill in the gym, which may be a bit of a problem if you are not an early runner like me, but there is also a bike and some weights to do other training. Breakfast is basic but scrambled eggs are nicely done. Cannot complain, really.

The hotel is being renovated so it's not very fancy but the staff is very, very friendly and kind. We had to be moved from one room to another because we asked for the running toilet to be fixed at 2pm and when we returned around bedtime, it was still running. Also, the sleeper sofa is very small. The size of a single bed. Too small for our 9 year old and 3 year old to share so we ended up having to book a second room to have enough room for 4… even so, the location was very central to the beautiful town square and the staff was easy to work with (in english too! )

A bit dated but very good service. Beautiful fruit basket provided by room service on arrival. Very close to the city centre. This is a very good hotel to Poznan.

Decent hotel. Our breakfast buffet for our group was sumptuous. Every thing and any thing on the menu.

I have stayed here many times and each time it gets worse, I used the ironing room to iron my shirt and it ruined the shirt, leaving a huge blue mark on it, the employees on reception weren't interested, this was just one of many things that happened, I also had to make four trips to reception to get into my room, with the shirt incident I visited reception seven times that evening, I asked two of the employees if I could speak to a manager and they said there wasn't one on duty? I asked if the General Manager could call me the following day, I asked again on check out, but to date I have heard nothing, just goes to show they are not interested.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed on. I cant believe that this is considered a 4 Star hotel. It Does not deserve more than 1. The rooms are at least 25 years old. The bed looked Like it has never been changed. I was not able to charge My Phone in the room cause the electricity did not Work. The service was horrible — long Lines for check in. Breakfast is really bad. We were having a conference there and the conference rooms were so old and conditions there are just not suitable for having a conference. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

At the reception constantly turn. The rooms are so-so. The restaurant is really expensive. Breakfast is good but costs 60 zlatovic, which is very expensive.

The only good thing is everything.

Much better than before the renovation but still you can find a better hotel in Poznań on this price level.
